【新唐人2014年09月06日訊】中紀委再發消息 周案審判臨近
中共「中紀委」9月4號再次對外發佈消息說，他們正在「依紀依法」，對中共前政治局常委周永康進行調查。
據中共喉舌《人民網》報導，「中紀委」官員是在當天舉辦的「走進中央紀委」活動上，公布這個消息的。
「英國廣播公司」《BBC》中文網5號報導說，中共當局再次發出的這個消息，雖然在具體內容上沒有新意，但是顯示對周永康的審判正在臨近。
報導說，大陸媒體早些時候也曾披露，周永康涉案金額正在核定，而公審材料已經開始準備。
涉周案官員商人將先上法庭
另外，據香港《南華早報》9月5號報導，有知情人士透露，北京當局已經準備將一系列和周永康有關的官員和商人，先送上法庭。
報導說，這些人最早可能會在下個月開始接受審訊，每個人都會被單獨審訊，而周永康可能會以「經濟犯罪」的罪名公開審判，而這一系列的審訊，是為公審周永康鋪路。
報導引述其中一名消息人士的話說，周永康首先會在10月份舉行的一次中共高層會議上，被開除黨籍。之後，周案就會被移送到司法機構，為公開審判作準備。
這名消息人士還透露，周案的審判形式，將和前中共重慶市委書記薄熙來一案類似。
爭取女兒就學權利 張林被判刑
為爭取女兒上學的權利，而被拘留的安徽異議人士張林，9月5號，被安徽蚌埠市蚌山區法院判刑3年6個月，罪名是「聚眾擾亂公共秩序」。宣判時，張林的辯護律師李方平和劉曉原，因為另有出庭安排，都無法到場。
辯護律師劉曉原在大陸網路社交平臺「新浪微博」上透露，他是打電話詢問法院審判庭庭長才獲得消息的。
劉曉原對《美國之音》表示，張林被重判出乎他的意料。他認為，當局對張林的量刑完全是處於政治目的。他說，根據他多年為訪民維權的法律實踐經驗，如果是訪民以同樣罪名被抓，一般根本不會判刑。
張林畢業於清華大學核物理專業，因宣傳自由民主理念，已經四次入獄。這一次是因為10歲的女兒張安妮失學，引髮網友聲援而被抓。

Zhou Yongkang Trial is Closer
September 4, CCDI released the information again that they
are investigating the former member of the Politburo
Zhou Yongkang according to the discipline and law.
According to Chinese Communist Party mouthpiece
People’s Daily report, officials announced the news at the event
of entering the Central Discipline Inspection Commission.
British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) Chinese network
reported on the 5th that the repeated announcement from the
Chinese authorities means Zhou Yongkang’s trial is approaching
although there is nothing new on the content.
It’s said that mainland media had earlier disclosed that the
public trial material for Zhou Yongkang case has been prepared
except the involved amount of money is being verified.
Officials and Businessmen Involved in Zhou Yongkang’s
Case Will be Judged First
In addition, according to Hong Kong South China Morning
Post report on September 5th, sources said Beijing authorities
decided to send a series of related officials and businessmen
to court first.
The report said that the earliest time for the trial of these people
will be in the next month.
Everyone will be tried separately; but Zhou Yongkang might be
on public trial on charges of economic crimes.
The series of trials are paving the road for Zhou Yongkang’s.
The report quoted sources saying, that Zhou Yongkang will be
expelled from the party first at a CCP high-level meeting in
October.
Later, he will be transferred to the judiciary to prepare for a
public trial.
The source also revealed that the trial form of Zhou’s case will
be similar to the former Chongqing Secretary Bo Xilai case.
Zhang Lin Sentenced Due to Fight For Daughter’s Study
Right
Anhui dissident Zhang Lin was detained due to his fight
for the right for his daughter to go to school.
September 5, Zhang Lin was sentenced to 3 years 6 months
imprisonment on charges of assembling a crowd to disturb
public order.
During the sentencing, Zhang’s lawyers Li Fangping and Liu
Xiaoyuan were not there because of another court arrangement.
The lawyer Liu Xiaoyuan posted on mainland social website
Sina Microblog that he got the information by calling the Chief
Judge.
Liu Xiaoyuan told Voice of America that he was very surprised
at Zhang Lin’s heavy sentence.
He believes that the authorities’ sentence is entirely for political
purposes.
According to his many years’ law experience for petitioners,
they won’t be sentenced if they were caught with the same crime.
Zhang graduated from Tsinghua University, major in nuclear
physics.
He has been in jail four times because of his support
for the concept of freedom and democracy.
This arrest is because his 10-year-old daughter Zhang
Anni’s exclusion from school triggered netizen solidarity.
