【新唐人2014年07月03日訊】中共中央軍委原副主席徐才厚，日前被開除黨籍，並移送最高檢察院，授權軍事檢察機關處理。同一天被開除黨籍並移送司法的，還有江派的另三只「大老虎」。有分析指出，這一切都是為抓捕「江派大佬」曾慶紅，以及前中共黨魁江澤民做鋪墊。
6月30號，中共官媒發佈通告說，中央總書記習近平主持召開政治局會議，決定開除中央軍委原副主席徐才厚的黨籍，有關徐涉嫌受賄犯罪問題及問題線索，則移送最高檢察院授權軍事檢察機關處理。
徐才厚成為中共「十八大」之後，被打下的第二位副國級領導人。原全國政協副主席蘇榮，上週剛傳出已被調查。
徐才厚，是前中共黨魁江澤民一手提拔起來的，被視為江澤民的「軍中最愛」。在長達10年的時間裏，徐才厚掌管著幾百萬中共軍隊和武警部隊的幹部人事大權，買官、賣官情況相當嚴重。
據了解，徐才厚與中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來、和前中央政治局常委周永康，有很深的利益交往，他還捲入薄、周政變。徐才厚也是中共軍隊迫害法輪功學員、進行活摘器官的主要責任人。
與徐才厚同一天被宣佈開除黨籍並移送司法的，還有中共國務院原國資委主任蔣潔敏；原公安部副部長兼610辦公室主任李東生，以及「中石油」原副總經理王永春。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「同時宣佈這4個人，有一個是清點作用，對反腐敗的一個成果做一個小結。這是其一，其二呢，習近平打出這幾個人，其實就是對黨內的政治反對者的一個震撼，習近平想重新調整利益格局，遭到了權貴和幾個利益集團的強力追擊，所以，習近平就通過反腐敗打老虎，來敲山震虎。」
李東生在擔任《央視》副臺長期間，曾積極配合江澤民集團，污衊構陷法輪功。據不完全統計，從1999年7月21號到2005年底，《央視》「焦點訪談」共播出102集詆譭法輪功的節目。其中，2001年《央視》策劃的「天安門自焚偽案」更是挑起全中國民眾對法輪功的仇恨。
2009年，李東生被調到公安部任副部長，並負責與中宣部的協調。同年，李還出任「610辦公室」主任，成為江派迫害法輪功的具體執行人。
據了解，蔣潔敏和王永春是周永康在「石油幫」的馬仔。過去10多年，「中石油」成了周永康家族的錢袋，蔣潔敏被查處後，交代了3000億「遼河油田」被周永康家族以1000萬收購的黑幕。
時事評論員邢天行：「現在4個人全完了，也就意味著江澤民這個勢力已經是徹底不行了，而且現任的習近平這個群組對於原來勢力的打擊是不遺餘力的，他是釋放這樣一個很大的信號，就是給中共其他的人看，你不要再抱有任何幻想了。我想，這個東西一釋放出去，可能接下來會有更多的人向習近平他們表態。」
據中共黨媒《解放軍報》報導，徐才厚被開除黨籍的消息在全軍和武警部隊引起強烈反響，中共軍隊四總部、海軍、空軍與七大軍區在7月1號這一天紛紛表態，表示聽從黨中央、中央軍委和習主席的指揮。
時事評論員夏小強在博文中指出，習近平在掌控了軍權之後，可能升級周永康的罪名，提供了抓捕曾慶紅和江澤民所需要的強力支持。在未來，包括曾慶紅、江澤民在內的任何一個老老虎的落馬，都是不奇怪的事情。
邢天行：「前面這些節奏都是為了後邊在進行鋪墊的，周永康也只是先行一步，他已經被監控起來了，剩下傳聞最多的就是曾慶紅家族，也是要被下一步進行處理，他們這一夥人都是一根繩子上的螞蚱，一旦誰要是倒下去，他不可能不去把別人吐出來。」
據報導，徐才厚等4人被開除黨籍，移送司法的同一天，習近平親信——上海市高級人民法院院長、黨組書記「應勇」，也被升任上海市委副書記。江澤民的老巢——上海被安插習近平的親信，凸顯江澤民已岌岌可危。

Tigers of Jiang Faction were Expelled From the Party and
Taken into Judicial Custody
Former vice chairman of the Central Military Commission Xu
Caihou, has recently been expelled from the party and
transferred to the Supreme People’s Court.
The Military Court is authorized to handle his case.
On the same day, another three big tigers of Jiang faction
were expelled and transferred there as well.
Some analysts pointed out that everything is precluding
the arrest of Jiang faction bigwig Zeng Qinghong
and the former CCP leader Jiang Zemin.
June 30, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official media
released, the general secretary Xi Jinping decided to expel
the former vice chairman of the Central Military Commission
Xu Caihou from the party at the Politbureau meeting
led by Xi Jinping.
The clue related to Xu’s bribery crime has been transferred to
the Supreme Court and authorized the military court
to take care of it.
Xu Caihou is the second state level leader taken down since
the CCPs 18th National Congress.
Su Rong, the former vice-chairman of the Chinese People’s
Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was said to be
investigated last week.
Xu Caihou, handpicked by former CCP leader Jiang Zemin, was
regarded as Jiang’s favorite in the military.
Over 10 years, Xu had administration control over cadre and
personnel in millions of Chinese military and armed police
forces which made the position of title purchase and
sales quite serious.
It is said that Xu Caihou had big interests of benefit with
former Secretary of Chongqing, Bo Xilai and former Politburo
Standing Committee member, Zhou Yongkang.
He was also involved in Bo’s and Zhou’s coup.
Xu Caihou had the main responsibility of persecuting Falun
Gong practitioners and live organ harvesting in CCP military.
On the same day of Xu’s expulsion and transfer to the
judiciary, three other former senior officials ousted from the
Party were Jiang Jiemin, a former minister in
charge of state assets;
Li Dongsheng, former vice minister of public security and
610 office director; and Wang Yongchun, former deputy
head of China National Petroleum Corporation.
Beijing politics watcher Hua Po: Four people
were announced together.
Firstly, they need to summarize the anti-corruption outcomes
by checking-off.
Secondly, Xi Jinping wants to shock his political opponents
inside the party with these people.
He was strongly followed by bigwigs and few interest groups
when he was trying to readjust the interest pattern.
So Xi jinping has to beat the tigers by anti-corruption which
is like warning the opponents via a deliberate act.
Li Dongsheng has actively cooperated with Jiang Zemin to
slander Falun Gong when he served as CCTV deputy
director of the period.
According to incomplete statistics, from July 21, 1999 to the
end of 2005, CCTV broadcasted 102 sets to discredit Falun
Gong in the Focus program.
Among that, the 2001 Tiananmen self-immolation pseudo
case planned by CCTV incited all the Chinese peoples hatred
against Falun Gong.
In 2009, Li Dongsheng was transferred to the Vice Minister
of Public Security which was responsible for the coordination
with the Central Propaganda Department.
In the meantime, Li also served as 610 Office director
and became the executor to persecute Falun Gong
in Jiang’s faction.
It is said Jiang Jiemin and Wang Yongchun were cowboys in
Zhou Yongkang’s Oil Gang.
Over the past 10 years, PetroChina has become
Zhou Yongkang’s family pocketbook.
Jiang Jiemin confessed during the investigation about the
black curtain that Zhou Yongkang’s family purchased the
300 billion yuan (US$ 48.3 billion) Liaohe Oilfield with
10 million yuan (US$ 1.6 million).
The commentator Xing Tianxing: The four people being taken
down means that the Jiang faction has completely died.
The current Xi Jinping group spare no effort to
combat the old force.
He released a great signal to other people not
to have any illusions.
I believe there might be more people to commit
to Xi Jinping later.
According to the CCP media Liberation Army Daily report,
Xu Caihou’s expulsion has aroused strong repercussions in
the military and armed forces.
The four Chinese military headquarters, Navy, Air Force and
seven of The People’s Liberation Army region expressed to
comply with the Central, the Central Military Commission
and President Xi’s command on July 1.
Commentator Xia Xiaoqiang pointed out in a blog that Xi
Jinping will upgrade Zhou Yongkang’s charge after being in
control of military power.
It may provide strong support to arrest Zeng and Jiang.
In the future, it won’t be strange for any old tiger
to be sacked including Zeng Qinghong and Jiang Zemin.
XING Tianxing: There is preparation work for later action.
Zhou Yongkang is the first step to be monitored.
Most rumors are about Zeng Qinghong family and the rest.
He might be the next one to be taken care of.
These people are grasshoppers on one rope.
No matter who gets sacked, he is unlikely to spit
the other one out.
According to the report, on the same day of the four people
including Xu Caihou were expelled and transferred to the
judiciary, Xi Jinping’s crony Shanghai Party Secretary
Ying Yong has also been promoted
to deputy secretary of Shanghai.
It means Jiang Zemin is in great danger because Xi Jinping
placed his crony in Shanghai.
