Xi Jinping Targeted at Jiang Faction By Frequently Mentioning
Anti-Terrorism?
Since the Kunming bloodshed on Mar. 1, General Secretary
of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Xi Jinping
has been repeatedly stressing the importance of anti-terrorism.
On Saturday, Xi Jinping once again said China’s various areas
must be on high-alert, like an “invulnerable anti-terrorism force.”
Analysts say Xi Jinping’s stressing anti-terrorism six times in
the past two months is to deter Jiang Zemin’s faction from
“intentionally creating social chaos.”
Xi Jinping said at a politburo meeting on April 25 that the CCP
is facing more threats and challenges to national security
and social stability, especially from the obvious effects of them.
He says China’s various locales and departments must exert
high-pressure and strike hard, to build an impregnable fortress
that makes terrorists become objects of universal condemnation.
Since April 20, the armed police in Shanghai, Qingdao and
other places have begun 24-hour patrols and are also
allowed to fire their weapons in special cases.
The CCP’s Ministry of Public Security says that
besides Shanghai, cities with large numbers of
ethnic minorities will have armed police patrols.
China senior legal expert Zhao Yuanming says there are
three reasons why Xi Jinping has repeatedly mentioned
anti-terrorism and armed police since the Kunming tragedy.
Zhao Yuanming, China senior legal expert: “The first reason
is to prevent the Jiang faction from creating another incident
like the Kunming Railway Station tragedy;
The second reason is to arrange police through the country
and carry out the so-called ‘stability maintenance’;
The third reason is Xi and Li want to take over the Politics
and Law Committee’s control of police forces, whether it’s
the armed police or those from the public security bureau,
to prevent Jiang’s faction making trouble behind the scenes. “
The Kunming Railway Station massacre on the evening of
Mar. 1 shocked the world, and left 32 dead and 143 injured.
The U.S.-based Epoch Times news website was informed
that Zhongnanhai’s top leaders say the Kunming Incident
was committed by the Jiang faction.
They planed terror attacks in five cities, including Kunming.
The deaths of four assailants in the Kunming attack made
plan fall through, and Zhongnanhai’s higher ups had
the other participants in the four other cities arrested.
A Feb. 26 cleaver attack on former chief editor Kevin Lau of
Hong Kong-based Ming Pao daily left him hospitalized
with serious injuries.
Epoch Times got information that it was
planned by the Jiang faction.
A source familiar with the issue told Epoch Times that many
attacks on Hong Kong media personnel were planned
by Zeng Qinghong from the Jiang faction recently.
Since the fifth generation CCP leaders came to power,
important members in Jiang’s faction have been sacked one by one.
Before the CCP’s two sessions, a series of cases related to the
secretary of the Central Political and Legislative Committee
Zhou Yongkang all targeted at the “Big Tiger”—Jiang Zemin.
Analysis by Epoch Times points to the purpose of the series of
violent terror attacks by Jiang’s faction was to use the resulting
chaos to tie up and threaten Xi and Li’s regime.
The most critical threat to Xi Jinping regime is how to publicly
characterize sensitive issues such as Zhou Yongkang’s case.
Since the Kunming incident, Xi Jinping mentioned
anti-terrorism six times within two months.
On April 25, Xi also emphasized strengthening the so-called
anti-separatist struggle under the new situation;
firmly curbing and cracking down on ethnic separatism,
infiltration and sabotage activities utilized
by inside and outside opposing forces.
Last year, several violent incidents characterized as foreign
separatist invasion happened in Xinjiang, ending in many deaths.
Zhao Yuanming says the conflict between Xinjiang officials
and public the CCP attributed to terrorist forces was completely
a violent suppression done in the name of legitimacy.
Former Hebei People’s Radio editor Zhu Xinxin says
the CCP forced the people to react with violence.
Zhu Xinxin, former Hebei People’s Radio editor: “[The CCP]
depends on violence and high pressure to ‘maintain stability’,
and meets the people’s peaceful appeals with violence.
Thus, when the people’s problems continually fail to gain
resolution after following every legal means,
they have to use violence.”
Zhao Yuanming says that the Chinese people are standing up
against oppression and the Jiang faction intentionally uses
the criminal underworld to make chaos.
Zhao Yuanming: “Jiang faction not only massacred the people
by sudden vicious massacre to provoke social terror;
but also kept the criminal underworld in their pay.
Just days ago, Li Keqiang made a decision to knock down the
underworld in China within 3 years with 16 billion in funding.”
CCP’s recent Sichuan trial of the Liu Han case was
characterized as the largest domestic underworld crime by
authorities, and it points directly to the umbrella above Liu
– Zhou Yongkang.
Hong Kong Trends magazine revealed in April that there are
500 million gangster organizations in mainland based on a report
by the CCP State Council Research Office and other agencies.
Core members of the criminal underworld penetrate party
leadership, public security, the judiciary, finance and other fields.
Premier Li Keqiang signed special order to eradicate
gang forces in 3 years with a special fund of 16 billion.
