【新唐人2013年11月25日訊】中共十八屆三中全會結束後不久「中石油特大貪腐窩案」繼續被高調拋出。日前，大陸傳媒再次拋出重量級報導，披露前中央政法委書記周永康家族的更多斂財內幕。外界評論，目前中共總書記習近平、中紀委書記王岐山對周永康步步緊逼，事態很可能會進一步升級。下面請看報導。
11月22號，被公認與中共總書記習近平、和中紀委書記王岐山關係密切的大陸《財新網》，發表獨家特稿《白手套米曉東》。報導說，原「中國海洋石油總公司」官員米曉東，在「十一」前後被當局帶走調查。
米曉東與周濱關係密切。外界普遍認為，周濱實際就是前中央政法委書記周永康之子周斌。
米曉東主要負責為周濱打理油田買賣生意。僅僅是倒手陝北的兩個石油高產區塊，就讓周濱和親屬從中獲利幾億元。
據報導，1972年出生的周濱，是北京「中旭陽光能源科技股份有限公司」的大股東及前董事長。
時事評論員林子旭：「這就是習、李挑明瞭要和周永康過不去了。對於周永康，很多人一直認為習、李會顧及中共體制的穩定，而不敢真正下手，但是事情到了現在這個地步，直接點名道姓了，這個矛盾就必然要被徹底激化，事態很有可能會進一步升級。」
9月份，《財新網》曾發表文章《拉古娜海灘的黃家》，詳細解析了「中石油窩案」幕後周氏家族的腐敗利益鏈，但不久即被刪除。最近這篇文章又「被復活」，凸顯高層博弈的勢力消漲。
獨立評論員邢天行：「作為周永康勢力本身、或者權力本身，它原有的利益越來越喪失。至於以後到底能到甚麼樣的境地，這要看習近平在保中共這一點上他有多大的尺度。」
習近平就任中共總書記後，開始不斷削減政法委權力，加大力度打擊周永康勢力。中共三中全會之後，當局宣佈，政法委今後將不再介入個案。
時事評論員石靜笛：「針對周永康的包圍圈越來越縮小，那麼周永康的反撲也就越來越激烈。作為前中共的政法委頭子，周永康心狠手辣，在他任上曾經出現過活摘法輪功學員器官的反人類事件，所以在這場內鬥中，由他指使的暗殺、車禍、爆炸等等恐怖手段，可以預見會增多。」
11月22號，青島發生「中石化史上最嚴重的」爆炸案，官方表示已有52人死亡。 11月16號，新疆喀甚發生嚴重衝突，9名「抗議者」全部被警察當場射殺，兩名警察死亡。
三中全會前夕的10月28號，北京更是發生吉普車衝撞天安門金水橋護欄，並爆炸起火的蹊蹺事件，造成5死40傷。負責破案的江澤民派系人馬、北京公安局局長傅政華迅速將此案定性為涉「東突」恐怖襲擊。
這一系列事件，被外界質疑背後都有江派的黑影，顯示江派試圖暴力攪局、製造動盪、脅迫習近平。
時事評論員石靜笛分析，現任中共最高層如果只是為了權力和利益的從新分配、或者是為減輕民憤而對周永康開刀的話，那麼周永康在中共體制內練就的狠毒手段，對於想清除他的一方是很大的威脅。
石靜笛：「但是如果現任中共最高層，拋棄中共這個已經危機重重的統治工具，另起爐灶，從普世的價值、從法律的角度去解決中國現在政治、經濟、民生、環境等各個方面的問題，其中包括解決周永康，那不僅過程更容易，而且更有長遠的前途。」
石靜笛預計，中共內鬥一方面會給中國社會帶來傷害，另一方面，內鬥中暴露出的更多黑幕，將促使更多中國人認清中共、拋棄中共，從而加速中共解體。

Chinese Media Reports Directly Target Zhou Yongkang
A series of high profile corruption cases involving China
National Petroleum Corporation have been exposed recently.
This has taken place shortly after the Third Plenary Session
of the 18th Chinese Communist Party Committee (CCP).
Chinese state media reported information
from inside sources on Zhou Yongkang’s family.
Zhou Yongkang is the former Sectary
of the Politics and Law Committee.
The report indicated his family have illegally collected funds.
Analysts suggest that Xi Jinping, CCP General Sectary,
and Wang Qishan, Secretary of the Central Discipline
Inspection Commission, are cornering Zhou Yongkang.
This indicates that party infighting will intensify.
On November 22, “caixin.com" published an exclusive
report, entitled “Mi Xiaodong Was Easily Caught".
The report said that Mi Xiaodong, an executive
at China National Offshore Oil Corporation, had
been taken away from his home around October 1.
He is now under investigation now.
Caixin.com reportedly has close ties
with Xi Jinping and Wang Qishan.
Mi Xiaodong has an intimate relationship with
Zhou Bin, who is the son of Zhou Yongkang.
Mi Xiaodong was mainly responsible
for the trading of oil fields for Zhou Bin.
Zhou and Mi made several billion Chinese dollars from
deals with two productive oil fields in Northern Shanbei.
It is reported that Zhou Bin was born in 1972 in Beijing.
He was an influential shareholder and Chairman of the
board of “Zhongxu Yangguang Energy Technologies Inc".
Lin Zixu, commentator: “It’s clear that Xi Jinping
and Li Keqiang are closing in on Zhou Yongkang.
Many people thought that Xi and Li wouldn’t
touch Zhou for the sake of the stability of the party.
Nevertheless, they have now directly challenged Zhou.
Conflict between the factions will
begin to flare up, and further fueled."
In September, Caixin published an article,
entitled “Huang’s Family at Laguna Beach".
It conducted a detailed analysis of the
corruption chain in Zhou Yongkang’s faction.
The article was deleted soon after
publishing, but it has now been re-published.
This is an indication of further
infighting amongst the party factions.
Xing Tianxing, independent commentator: “Zhou Yongkang’s
faction is losing more and more power now, and it’s future
depends on how much Xi Jinping wants to defend the party."
Since Xi took office, he has gradually weakened
the power of the Politics and Law Committee.
He has also cracked down on Zhou’s power.
Since the Third Plenary Session, the Politics
and Law Committee has been forbidden
from getting involved in individual cases.
Shi Jingdi, commentator: “Now the target
is getting closer to Zhou Yongkang himself.
The counterattack from Zhou will be more and more intense.
As the previous head of the Politics and Law
Committee, Zhou is extremely cruel and merciless.
During Zhou’s term, organ harvesting from Falun Gong
practitioners took place, which is simply against humanity.
In the political infighting, it’s predictable that Zhou will direct
more assassinations, such as ‘car accidents’ and ‘explosions’."
On November 22, a severe petrochemical
explosion took place in Qingdao.
On November 16, a fierce conflict arose in Kashgar, Xijiang.
Nine “protesters" were shot to death by
police, and two policemen were killed.
On October 28, right before the Third Plenary
Session, a jeep crashed onto the guardrails
of “Golden Water Bridge" in Tiananmen Square.
This unpredicted event caused the death
of 5 people, and 40 further causalities.
Officials from Jiang Zemin’s faction were
responsible for the investigation of the event.
Fu Zhenghua, Director of Beijing Public Security Bureau,
quickly concluded the case, calling it a terrorist attack.
It is suggested that Jiang’s faction
has plotted this sequence of events.
This is to threaten Xi Jinping by
disturbances of violence and turmoil.
Commentator Shi Jingdi analyses that if Xi and Li are
only focusing on Zhou to relieve public frustrations, and
to re-allocate power and vested interests, the cruelty
Zhou has developed in the system will be a great threat.
Shi Jingdi: “Only by getting rid of the collapsing party,
by following universal values, by resolving the political
and economic problems, and protecting people’s
livelihoods with legislation can Xi and Li make a fresh start.
This will make it a lot easier to resolve the issue
of Zhou Yongkang, and earn a more promising future."
Shi Jingdi predicts that the party’s infighting will
bring disasters to Chinese society on one hand.
On the other, the infighting will allow people to see
the party’s face more clearly, and they will discard it.
This will accelerate the disintegration of the party.
