【新唐人2013年04月10日訊】《LENS》主筆袁凌：馬三家不是孤例
因參與報導《走出「馬三家」》而引人注目的《LENS》雜誌記者袁凌，4月8號，被《騰訊網》邀請做了微訪談，在訪談中他揭露了更多中共勞教制度的邪惡。
袁凌表示，用酷刑折磨勞教人員，「馬三家」並不是孤例。
他在回答鄒儉飛律師，關於「馬三家女子勞教所」在全國是否是特殊情況的提問時說，「馬三家」確實有一定特殊性。但是在接觸馬三家女子勞教所人員之前，他也採訪過其他地方的被勞教人員，而有關酷刑——上大掛、老虎凳、死人床的情節，最早他是從別的上訪者口中聽來。因此，他說，「馬三家」或許有一定突出性，但不是孤例。類似酷刑器具也不只是在「馬三家」存在。
H7N9病例規律增長 民疑隱瞞疫情
4月9號大陸官方最新通報顯示，上海和浙江又各新增2例確診病例，江蘇省出現1例死亡病例，目前共確診28人感染H7N9禽流感，8人死亡。
中國大陸官方自H7N9禽流感病毒傳播以來，每天對疫情的通報數字，都穩定增長一兩例，這種基本「等速」增加病例的通報，最近引起民眾的注意，懷疑疫情有瞞報。
有民眾在網上發貼說「估計還有，天天報2個，太規律了！當人傻子」。
外媒：《南方》敢言傳統終結？
中國大陸廣東省政府官方網站4月7號發佈消息說，原廣東省委宣傳部副部長楊健，出任《南方》報業集團董事長，引起關注。
《德國之聲》評論說，這是中共徹底完成對大膽敢言《南方》報業集團控制的標誌。
日本《朝日新聞》報導說，楊健兼任董事長，意味著《南方》集團旗下媒體將按照當局的意見進一步推進自主限制。《朝日新聞》還引述有關人員的話說：「記者和幹部們都很害怕《南方》的傳統會就此消失。」
大陸網友也發帖表示，「一直覺得南方報業在國內還算比較客觀的媒體，敢於發出正義的聲音。不過這次易主，楊健的《新華社》背景實在引人擔憂啊。」
還有網友質問說：「年初的『南周事件』改變了甚麼？這就是所謂的新政？」

Torture In Masanjia Reeducation Through Labor Centers:
It is Common In China
Yuan Ling was a journalist and the author of
a recent shocking report, “Walking out of Masanjia”.
On April 8th he was invited to be a guest on
QQ micro-blog talk show.
He unveiled more details of reeducation through,labor (RTL)
system initiated by the Chinese Communist Party(CCP).
Yuan Ling said that the exposed Masanjia case is not isolated.
A lawyer netizen asked Yuan whether Masanjia RTL Center
was a special place in China.
Yuan replied that Masanjia has some specialties.
Before he interviewed the Masanjia detainees,
he contacted some detainees from other RTL centers.
From them, Yuan learnt the truth about some tortures.
These included being hanged up or tied to a bed
in a body tearing position; being tied to a “tiger bench”.
Yuan said that the Masanjia case is worse,
but is not isolated.
Besides Masanjia, other Chinese RTL centers are all
equipped with torture appliances, according to Yuan Ling.
Regular Daily Growth Of China’s H7N9 Infections Suspected
On April 9th the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) confirmed
two new infections of H7N9 bird flu in Shanghai and Zhejiang.
There was also one death in Jiangsu province.
The latest official figures are a total of 28 H7N9 infections,
with eight dead.
Since the CCP officially released details of human infections,
the daily figure has risen regularly by one or two cases.
The constant growth has aroused public suspicions.
They thought that the real figures of cases of
H7N9 infections may have been covered up.
A netizen posted, “I guess the figure will go on,
with two cases daily.
That’s too regular, just taking us for fools.”
Guangdong Propaganda Deputy Chief:
New Boss of Nanfang Daily
On April 7th the official website of Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) Guangdong authorities posted a news release.
Yang Jian, Guangdong’s propaganda deputy chief, was
appointed as president of Nanfang Daily Media Group.
The news has attracted worldwide media attention.
Deutsche Welle commented that this marks that
the CCP has finalized the control over Nanfang Group.
Japan’s Asahi Shimbun newspaper reported that
Yang Jian concurrently serves as Nanfang’s president.
This means that Nanfang’s media outlets will follow
official instructions by applying the CCP “self-restraint”.
The article cited a relevant staff member, saying “Journalists
and cadres are afraid that Nanfang’s tradition will disappear.”
China’s netizen posted, “All this time, I feel Nanfang Daily is a
media of fairly objective reporting, daring to speak for justice.
But it’s really worrisome with Yang Jian’s experience
in Xinhua News Agency.”
Another netizen asked, “Has anything been changed by
the Southern Weekly Incident at the beginning of this year?
Is this the so-called new administration?
