12月6號,北京知名調查記者、《財經》雜誌副主編羅昌平,在他的個人認證微博上,實名舉報正在俄羅斯訪問的中共現任國家發改委副主任、國家能源局局長劉鐵男涉嫌學歷造假、巨額騙貸和對他人恐嚇威脅等,引發輿論關注。
儘管國家能源局發言人迅速表態說,有關消息純屬誣衊造謠。並且聲稱「正在聯繫有關網絡管理部門和公安部門,正在報案、報警。將採取正式的法律手段處理此事。」
但是,羅昌平在微博上刊登的劉鐵男與情婦的照片,以及其他相關內容卻一直沒有被刪除。而大陸網絡上,網民也仍在紛紛轉發和評論這一消息,僅騰訊微博就已經有超過30萬的網友在討論這一話題。
對能源局發言人的回應,媒體人王星認為,「如果媒體報導說你家老闆有啥問題、被紀委查,然後你回應說造謠,老闆沒被查,那可以。但羅昌平說的是你家老闆涉嫌幾個問題,你家老闆還在莫斯科呢,你就說媒體純屬污衊造謠,你調查了嗎?」
莫言被指間接為中共新聞審查辯護
2012年度諾貝爾文學獎得主莫言,12月6號,在斯德哥爾摩出席諾獎得主新聞發佈會,他在會上對有關中國的新聞及作品審查、人權及自由等問題的回答,引起眾多人士的不滿,被認為是間接為中共的新聞審查辯護。
香港資深媒體人北風在推特上表示,莫言在他的回答中使用了語言的偽術,記者問的是自由,他就先設定了「完全」自由再加以評論,記者問的是新聞審查,他就增加一個沒有司法救濟的暗設前提,然後談論可能的後果,極無恥。
北京維權藝術家艾未未也評論說,莫言是中國作家協會副主席,代表官方,不論是莫言本人還是諾獎委員會,都因此成為一個反人類和反言論自由政權的幫手。
另外,莫言由中共官員陪同,前往領獎,也遭到大陸網友的砲轟,說這樣做不倫不類,簡直是「高級活動上闖進一個推銷員」。
上海逾千名訪民抗議 遭辣椒水驅趕
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導,12月5號,上海一千多名訪民及維權人士,聚集在上海市政府及人大信訪辦,抗議當局掠奪公民合法擁有的私有房屋和宅基地,以及將維權者關入黑監獄、拘留、勞教,甚至送入精神病院等。上海當局派出數百名警察,噴辣椒水將他們驅散,有兩名抗議者被警方暴力毆打後抓走。

Focusing on the media report of a director of energy bureau
On Dec. 6th famous investigating journalist, Luo Changping
vice chief editor of a finance magazine used his real name when
reporting Liu Tienan’s fake education background and
fraudulent loans. He published the report on his Microblog.
Liu Tienan is deputy director of the National Development and
Reform Commission, director of the National Energy Bureau,
currently visiting Russia. It caught the media’s attention.
Immediately, the spokesman of the National Energy bureau
declared that the message is a rumor.
The Bureau claimed that they were contacting the relevant
internal management and security department to report the case.
They would take legal action to deal with this situation.
However, in Luo’s Microblog, pictures of Liu Tienan and his
mistress and other related content hadn’t been deleted.
On mainland internet, netizens forwarded and commented
about this message.
Only in Tengxun Microblog, there more than 300 thousand
netizens are discussing this topic.
In response of the spokesman,
the media person Wang Xing said:
“If medias reported your boss’s problem and
he is investigated by the discipline committee;
you can say that my boss wasn’t being investigated,
that’s a rumor.
However Luo reported your boss is involved in some problem.
He is in Moscow; have you investigated the rumors in the media?
(Spokesman of National Energy bureau said Luo Changping’s
report was a rumor which would be reported to police.)
Mo Yan was accused of defending the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) news censorship.
On Nov. 6th 2012 winner of Nobel Prize in Literature Mo Yan
presented a press conference for the winners of the Nobel Prize.
In the conference, many people weren’t satisfied with his answer
on Chinese news and literary works censorship and human right.
He was thought that he defended for the news censorship of
Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
Senior media person in Hong Kong, Bei Feng said on his twitter
that Mo Yan used Language swindle in his answer.
When the reporter asked about freedom,
he set the absolute freedom at first.
When the reporter asked about news censorship,
he assumed an illegal precondition, then he spoke about possible consequences. It’s extreme shameless.
Dissident artist in Beijing, Ai Weiwei commented that
Mo Yan is vice chairman of Chinese writer association and represents the official stance.
Will Mo Yan or the Nobel Prize committee be an accomplice
of the CCP of against human rights and freedom of speech?.
Also, accompanied by the officials of the CCP to get the award,
Mo Yan was fiercely criticized by mainland netizens.
They said it was nondescript, it was like as a sales job becoming
a noble activity.
Driving away 1000’s of Shanghai petitioners with pepper spray.
According to the report of Radio Free Asia (RFA), on Dec. 5th
about a thousand petitioners and dissidents gathered at the
Shanghai government and petition office of congress to protest.
They protested that the authorities robbed the private houses
and homesteads, detaining dissidents into the Black prisons,
custody, labor re-education, even into mental hospitals.
Shanghai authority dispatched several hundred police
to drive them away with pepper water.
Two protesters were taken away by the police
after violent beatings.
