據中國政法大學教授、法律史專業博導郭世佑11月5號在網上披露，他自己已經被列入中共教育部開出的，十八大期間禁止演講的學者黑名單。郭世佑的微博發出後，立刻引起網絡嘩然。很多人想要他提供這個名單，但是，他回應說：「我也沒有，也懶得找，各大學黨委宣傳部等應該有。」
對教育部列出學者黑名單的做法，很多跟帖的網友都表示荒謬。廣東徐天明律師則評論說：「黨內有監控、整人的黑名單，這顯然與法西斯統治區別不大。法治社會會有這種情況發生嗎？」
進京介紹信 被諷「良民證」
據《法國國際廣播電臺》報導，在中共十八大召開前夕，進入北京的安檢級別普遍提升，河北唐山市遵化、豐寧等縣政府還規定，從河北公路等地公路渠道進京，要攜帶所謂的「進京人員介紹信」。
這個舉動也引起大陸網友的嘲笑，比作日軍侵華時代的「良民證」，和帝制時期的「路引」，也有法律學者質疑，沒有法律依據。
傳薄熙來弟涉洩國家機密 牽連兄妹
海外網站博客寫手瀋虎寧11月5號，在博文中透露，經過有關部門調查，中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來的弟弟薄熙成，涉嫌洩露國家機密和嚴重的經濟問題。
這一消息引起關注，認為從薄家成員被調查，透露出薄熙來事件的嚴重程度，薄家兄妹都有可能受到牽連而遭到調查問罪。
幾天前，有消息人士爆料，薄熙來的弟弟薄熙成已經被中共調查。
美媒：海伍德是英國情報人員線人
美國《華爾街日報》11月6號報導，經過調查發現，被中共前重慶市委書記薄熙來的妻子殺死的英國商人海伍德，是英國間諜機構軍情六處情報人員的線人。有關調查是基於對英國官員以及海伍德朋友的採訪。
報導說，海伍德在去年11月被殺害之前的一年多時間裏，一直為英國軍情六處提供有關薄熙來家庭的情報。
負責軍情六處工作的英國外相赫格（William Hague），今年4月曾違背英國政府「不對情報事務置評」的規定，發佈聲明強調海伍德不是英國政府僱員。
對此，知情人士認為，海伍德確實不是軍情六處的工作人員，但他卻是軍情六處的線人。

Blacklisting Scholars to Ensure the 18th National Congress “Stability”
On Nov. 5, Guo Shiyou, Professor at China University
of Political Science and Law, posted a message on the Internet
saying that he was on the blacklist created by the Ministry
of Education to ban his lecturing during the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) 18th Congress.
Guo’s posts aroused a wave of discussion on the Internet,
many people suggested that he provide the name list.
Guo replied, “I don’t have it; don’t bother to look,
the propaganda department in each university should have it.”
Regarding the Ministry of Education’s behaviors,
many netizens believe it’s ridiculous.
Xu Tianming, a lawyer in Guandong province said,
“the CCP, which has a blacklist for monitoring
and persecution, is no different compared with Fascist rule.
Could this happen in a society governed by the law?”
To Enter Beijing, A Recommendation Letter is Needed
Radio France Internationale reported that before the 18th
Congress, security at the entrance to Beijing has been increasingly tight.
Local councils in places nearby Beijing like Zunhua city
and Fengning county in Hebei province, created a rule that
recommendation letters are required to be brought
during travel to Beijing via Hebei.
This move was mocked by netizens.
They call the letter a “good citizen” identification, which was
used during the period when the Japanese invaded China,
as well as during Imperial Times, when it was referred to
as a “pass.”
Some scholars of law doubt the “recommendation letter”
has any legal basis.
Rumors Say Bo Xilai’s Brother Leaked the State Secret
On Nov. 5, Shen Huning, an overseas Internet writer,
commented on his blog that after being investigated,
Bo Xicheng, younger brother of Bo Xilai, is suspected to have
leaked state secrets regarding the serious economic troubles.
The news drew people’s attention.
They believe that the investigation of the Bo family
is an indication of how serious Bo’s case is.
Bo’s brothers and sisters may all be involved and will
be investigated.
A few days ago, sources said that Bo Xicheng
had been under investigation.
WSJ: Briton Killed in China Had Spy Links
On Nov. 6, The Wall Street Journal reported that
an investigation found that murdered British businessman
Neil Heywood was linked with MI6, the British Secret Intelligence Service.
The investigation was based on interviews with British
officials and close friends of Heywood.
The report said that a year before Heywood’s death
in November 2011, he had been knowingly providing information about the Bo family to MI6.
William Hague, the British Foreign Secretary, broke with
standard policy of not commenting on intelligence matters.
Hague issued a statement in April saying Heywood was
“not an employee of the British government in any capacity.”
Sources said the whether Heywood worked for MI6
is unconfirmed, but that he linked with MI6.
