【新唐人2012年9月7日訊】9月5號,中國國家副主席習近平，取消與美國國務卿希拉里（Hillary Clinton）、新加坡總理李顯龍和俄羅斯代表團等多國政要的會面，引起外界的猜測。分析認為，中共這一罕見的外交舉動，對中共來講是一個重大的「外交事故」，違背了周恩來「外交無小事兒」的原則。

有消息說，是因為習近平背部受傷，還有消息指出，是「十八大」籌備工作出現了緊急問題。人們紛紛猜測，究竟發生了甚麼？

時事評論員林子旭表示，聽到習近平取消與美國國務卿希拉里會面的消息，他感到非常吃驚，林子旭說，這對中共來講可以說是一個重大的「外交事故」。

時事評論員林子旭：「『外交無小事兒』這是周恩來的話，在『十八大』之前，中共的『繼位王儲』突然連續取消三個外交活動，裏面還有一個是美國的國務卿，而且沒有給出任何正當的理由，這在中共歷史上是極為罕見的，其實，目前正好是習近平彰顯自己『領袖風範』的大好時機，但是，他卻毫無理由的消失了，我相信，這背後一定是有甚麼大事兒。」

香港《蘋果日報》透露，習近平正在北京301醫院留醫，但受傷原因，至今仍是個謎。

如果是身體原因，林子旭分析，病情或是傷勢一定不輕。

林子旭：「大家知道，中共的官員只要是能動彈，就不會輕易製造這樣的新聞，江澤民都快成『殭屍』了，還到處做秀呢？當年黃菊死之前，不還是死撐著參加了『兩會』嗎，如果習近平是因為健康原因爽約，不論是得了疾病，或是受了傷，那個病情或是傷勢一定是不輕的，否則中共黨媒也沒有必要去隱瞞。」

如果不是身體問題，林子旭認為，習近平可能是遇到了大麻煩。而這個麻煩極有可能，和他的「十八大」上位有直接關係。林子旭猜測，如果有誰想要搞習近平，那無疑就是「血債幫」的人。

林子旭：「此前，就已經有消息出來說，薄熙來和周永康要聯手搞掉習近平，現在『十八大』臨近，血債幫為了活命可以幹出任何事情來，從中找到苟活的機會。還有一個多月『十八大』就要召開了，這前後會發生甚麼樣的事情，或許會超出我們的想像。」

美國「哥倫比亞大學」政治學博士、時政評論家李天笑表示，這次希拉里訪華，不是要談南海、敘利亞問題，希拉里想在「十八大」接班之前，和下一屆接班人鋪路搭橋。同時，中共高層想了解，王立軍到底向美國交了多少底。例如中共高層的內幕，以及活摘器官等驚天的罪行。因此，江系等血債派會拚命的阻止。

時政評論家李天笑：「有可能說，希拉里利用最後一次機會，把這些東西要向下一屆的中共接班人，領導者，把這些事情要交一下底，因此，我覺得江派會利用所有的機會阻止。如果說是有暗殺、或者是有圖謀不軌的這種情況下，那一定是江派在後面作祟。」

李天笑還指出，中共內鬥的關鍵點，在「活摘器官」這個問題上。

‘No Small Matter with Diplomacy’! Why Did Xi Jinping Cancel Meetings?

On September 5, Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping cancelled

meetings with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong,

and a Russian government delegation.

Observers have many suspicions about the reasons for this.

Analysts thought this rare diplomatic action should be a

major diplomatic incident for the Chinese Communist Party.

This is contrary to the “No Small Matter with Diplomacy”

launched by Zhou Enlai, former Prime Minister.

There exist rumors that Xi Jinping sustained a back injury.

Others suggest an emergency incident during

preparation work for the 18th National Congress.

But what is the real reason? People are suspicious.

Lin Zixu, a current affairs’ commentator said that he was

very surprised when he heard Xi Jinping cancelled the meeting with the U.S. Secretary of State Hilary Clinton.

He said that this should be a major diplomatic incident

for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Lin Zixu: “Zhou Enlai said ‘No Small Matter with Diplomacy’.

Before the CCP 18th National Congress, the Vice-President

cancelled three diplomatic actions in succession.

This including a meeting with U.S. Secretary of State,

but hasn’t given any reason. This is very rare in CCP history.

In fact, it was a golden opportunity for Xi Jinping

to demonstrate his leadership style, but he disappeared.

I’m sure there must be a huge incident behind it.”

Hong Kong’s Apple Daily reported Xi Jinping was staying

in Beijing 301 hospital for treatment, but didn’t know reasons.

If Xi Jinping cancelled the meeting due to health issues,

Lin Zixu analyzed that he must be very sick or has injuries.

Lin Zixu: “Everybody knows that a CCP official

will not take this kind of action if he can move.

Like Jiang Zemin, he appeared in public

even when he was almost a zombie.

Huang Ju, former Vice Prime Minister

had attended the two sessions, even with advanced cancer and being close to death.

If Xi Jinping cancelled the meetings due to his health,

then no matter whether he was sick or he was injured,

his status must be very serious.

Otherwise, the CCP media will report.”

Lin Zixu also said that if a physical issue didn’t pushed Xi

to take this action, then there must be another serious issue.

The issue may relate to his political position

during the 18th National Congress.

Lin Zixu thinks there is no doubt that if anybody wants to

remove Xi, it will be a member of the “Blood-Debt Faction”.

Lin Zixu: “It had been reported that Zhou Yongkang and

Bo Xilai planned to work together to remove Xi Jinping.

Now the 18th National Congress is coming, the ‘Blood Debt

Faction’ may take any actions to try to survive.

The 18th National Congress will start in October.

There may be many things that happen before

and after the congress which we cannot imagine.”

Current affairs’ commentator Li Tianxiao, is an expert

in political science at U.S. Columbia University.

Li comments that Hilary Clintons’ trip to China is not

focused on the South China Sea or Syria issues.

She wants to build the friendship with the new CCP leader.

At the same time, senior leaders of the CCP also want

to know from Hilary Clinton the detail information about

the materials that Wang Lijun gave to the U.S. consulate.

Those materials are related to the CCP’s internal strife,

and many evil crimes of CCP such as live organ harvesting.

Therefore, Jiang Zemin’s ‘Blood-Debt Faction’

tried its best to prevent these meetings.

Li Tianxiao: “It might be the last chance for Hilary Clinton

to tell those secrets to the next generation of CCP leaders.

I think Jiang Zemin’s faction will grab

all the opportunities to block the meeting.

If there’s an assassination or other conspiracy,

it must be driven by Jiang’s faction.”

Li Tianxiao also pointed out that the key point of the CCP

internal conflict is the issue of live organ harvesting.
