最近，一篇名為《一個警察的獨白：見證王立軍》的13萬字文章，在網絡上流傳，首次披露了重慶「薄王時代」的打黑內幕。
文章共分為三十六節，詳細記錄了王立軍在重慶公安局任內，如何「折騰」和推行「運動式打黑」，強奪民間私有資本，以及對重慶公安內部不服從者的嚴酷打壓。文章通過一個個具體的事例和故事，將重慶打黑內幕表現出來，讀來怵目驚心。文章作者表示，用「變態、殘暴、無情、專橫」這八個字可以全面、準確的概括王立軍的全部。
大陸著名律師陳有西為這篇回憶實錄文章撰寫了一個《前言》，他在《前言》說，文章的作者是一名重慶中層警察，經他核實，這位警察是重慶黑打內幕的見證者和記錄者。陳有西還透露，稿子是通過上海名記者楊海鵬轉給他的。據說手抄本在重慶警察內部早就流傳，有的人看後抱頭痛哭。
楊海鵬（微博網名叫「蟹爸在上海」）他在微博上表示，以他的經驗判斷，文章內容多是真實的。他說，他知道文章的作者，但沒有獲得授權，不能披露。楊海鵬還表示，「重慶當局應有義務，指摘真偽，公布警隊內情。」
大陸律師陳光武也在博客上表示，他是王立軍踐踏法治、殘害無數重慶無辜警察的見證者，而這篇文章所揭露出來的，只是王立軍違法犯罪行為的冰山一角。他說，一旦中共正式公布王立軍犯罪事實後，王立軍被槍斃1,000回也不過。
韶關工人罷工 警察施催淚彈
廣東韶關市犁市鎮一間由國營轉為民營的民爆器材廠，五百多名工人罷工近一個月，抗議公司領導貪污受賄、侵吞工人的買斷工齡費。
6月23號罷工行動進一步升級，罷工工人趁廠領導和一些政府官員到廠房視察的時候，將路面封堵，並封鎖廠房大門，圍困廠領導，隨後，中共當局派出上千防暴警察，施放催淚彈鎮壓，十多名職工也一度被抓捕。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，4月24號早上，數百員工繼續維權抗議，當局加派警力，超過千名的防暴警察將工廠重重包圍，雙方再次陷入對峙狀態，直到晚上，被抓捕的員工才全部被釋放。目前，事情仍然沒有解決，廠房仍被大批防暴警察包圍著。

Chongqing police’s monologue: “Witnessing Lijun"
Recently, a 130,000-word article entitled “Monologue of a
Police officer: witnessing Wang Lijun" is circulating on the web.
For the first time, it disclosed the evil secrets of “fighting black
(gangland)” in the era of “Bo and Wang in power”.
The article is divided into thirty-six sections.
It records in detail how Wang messed up and
implemented the campaign of “fighting black”.
He grabbed civil private capital and seriously suppressed anyone
in the Chongqing Public Security Bureau who didn’t obey orders.
The article shows the evil secrets of “fighting black”
in Chongqing through specific examples and the story.
It makes readers shocked to read the secrets.
The author said that using the words “perverted, brutal, ruthless
and imperious” sums up Wang comprehensively and accurately.
Chen Youxi, famous lawyer in mainland China, wrote a
“preface” for this article.
He wrote that the author of this article is a intermediate level
police officer in Chongqing;
after his verification, the police officer is a witness and recorder
of the evil secrets of “fighting black” campaign in Chongqing.
Chen also revealed that the manuscript was forwarded to him
through Yang Haipeng, a famous reporter in Shanghai.
It is said that the manuscripts have long circulated within the
Chongqing police and some of them cried bitterly after reading it.
Yang said in the microblogging that judging by his experience,
the contents of the article are mostly true.
He said he knew the author of the article. Without permission,
he can not disclose the details.
Yang also said: “The Chongqing authority will be obliged to
verify authenticity and publicize inside stories of the police force.”
Chen Guangwu, lawyer in mainland China also said that
he is a witness of Wang’s disregarding laws and
harming countless innocent police in Chongqing.
What the article revealed is only the tip of the iceberg for
Wang’s violating laws and his crimes.
He said once the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) announced
Wang’s criminal actions he deserves shooting at least 1000 times.
Workers in Shaoguan strike, police fire tear gas
An Explosive Material factory in Lishi Town, Shaoguan City,
Guangdong transferred from state-owned to private-ownership.
More than 500 workers went on strike for nearly one month,
protesting against the factory leaders’ corruption,
bribery and misappropriation of workers’ buyout fee.
On June 23rd, the strike escalated further.
When the factory leaders and some Chinese Communist Party
(CCP) officials inspected the factory,
the striking workers blocked the road, and factory gate,
besieging the factory leaders.
Subsequently, CCP authorities sent nearly one thousand riot police,
shooting tear gas to suppress, with 10 or more workers arrested.
According to Radio Free Asia, on the morning of June 24th,
hundreds of workers continued to protect their rights and protest.
The CCP authorities deployed even more police. Over one
thousand riot police surrounded the factory.
The two sides had further confrontation.
The arrested workers were not released until the evening.
At present, the issue has not been resolved,
with a large number of riot police still surrounding the factory.
