【新唐人2012年6月9日訊】「薄熙來案」何時公開審理？各界都在關注。《美聯社》報導，中共領導階層對於如何了結薄熙來案件，而不對黨造成更多傷害，面臨棘手選擇。美國有線電視新聞網《CNN》評論指出，薄熙來事件打亂了中共總書記胡錦濤下臺後的佈局，為使自己下臺安全，胡錦濤縮小薄熙來案件的調查範圍。

《CNN》6號發表評論指出，中共總書記胡錦濤縮小薄熙來案件的調查範圍，以換取自己繼續擔任兩年軍委主席，並安插自己人馬，使團派未來在政治局中佔據優勢。

評論還指出，中共最新內部文件說，此案只是一起「孤立事件」，胡錦濤決定把薄熙來案件的調查範圍限制在薄熙來及他妻子谷開來。

時事評論家橫河：「薄熙來只是在短時間內，最大限度的製造了最多的冤假錯案，在性質上他和中共自己的做法沒有甚麼不同，因此他們(中共)會避重就輕。」

對於薄熙來案件的從輕處理，時事評論家橫河分析有四個可能，第一就是：中共內部路線鬥爭，第二是：各派陰謀篡權，第三是：打黑過程違反法律實施，第四就是：避開定下刑事罪名。

橫河：「中共現在整個是無官不貪，而這個薄熙來被很多人認為是能夠去打黑的，如果把他揭出來也是這麼黑的話，那豈不是原來說中共當中只有一個人敢打黑的，結果這一個打黑的自己黑到這種程度，那不是把中共的整個黑又曝露在光天化日之下？因此在提出他的罪名的時候，一定是避開他真正的罪行。」

而時事評論員張粟田認為，整個薄熙來案件，其實就是在挑戰中共的執政地位，這犯了中共的大忌，中共對於周永康涉嫌謀反罪絕對不會嚥下去。但如何了結？胡錦濤面臨棘手選擇。

時事評論員張粟田：「胡錦濤公開處理薄熙來最大的障礙不是周永康、曾慶紅這些人，也不是中共元老，他最大的阻礙就是在中共這個體制。現在胡錦濤擔心他一旦公開處理這些人，判他們一個政變罪，他擔心會威脅到中共自身安全，會威脅到中共這個執政地位，執政合法性。」

日前，胡錦濤高調顯示已掌控北京軍區，軍頭紛紛發聲效忠。在查辦薄熙來的同一時間裏，溫家寶衛士長、中央警衛局副局長被免職﹔國安部副部長助理涉間諜案被逮捕，同時牽出350多名國安部官員涉案，而這些事件背後似乎暗含圍剿對手勢力的動作。

張粟田：「他(胡錦濤)現在加緊鞏固這些軍權，這些家門口這些槍桿子，那麼在我看，結合這個看，就是他不動薄熙來的原因，就是他在急需力量，在佈局他下一步。」

中共領導層交班將在第18次全國代表大會上進行，有關薄熙來的處置方式，外界預測可能在交班之前宣佈。至於胡錦濤下一步怎麼走，還有待觀察。

When will Bo Xilai’s case hear publicly?

Many people in the world have focused this case.

The Associated Press reported that the Chinese Communist

Party’s (CCP) leadership is facing a difficult choice.

They want to end this case but don’t want hurt the party.

The U.S. CNN commented that Bo Xilai’s case disrupted

Hu Jintao’s arrangement.

To guarantee a smooth step down, Hu Jintao

is scaling back on the investigation scope of Bo’s case.

CNN commented on June 6 that Hu Jintao, the general

secretary of CCP, is scaling back the investigation into

Bo Xilai in exchange for two more service years

as the chairman of the Central Military Committee,

as well as an arrangement for his faction to gain leadership

in the Politburo.

The comment also pointed out that a CCP internal

document labeled Bo’s case as an “isolated incident"

and Hu Jintao wants to limit the scope of the investigation

to Bo Xilai and his wife Gu Kailai.

Heng He, current affairs’ commentator: “Bo Xilai had

maximized his power and created so many injustice cases in such limited time.

In principle, his actions are not different from CCP’s actions.

That’s the reason why CCP doesn’t want to handle

his case appropriately.”

Heng He thinks there’s 4 possible explanations to Bo’s case:

first is internal struggling within CCP on its guildlines;

second is each factions plot to usurp power; third is violate

the law’s enforcement during striking the gangland.

And the forth is avoiding to set a criminal offense.

Heng He: “All the CCP officials are corrupt now.

But Bo Xilai was thought by many people to be a person

who can strike against the gangland.

If CCP unveiled that Bo Xilai is a gangster, people will see

the only person who dare to strike the gangland within CCP is a big gangster, which is like to expose the evil of CCP.

That’s the reason why CCP will gloss over Bo’s real crimes

and only give him a slap on the wrist.”

Zhang Sutian, another current affairs’ commentator, thinks

Bo Xilai’s case is challenging the CCP’s ruling position and violates the biggest taboo of CCP.

CCP leaders will not ignore Zhou Yongkang’s rebellion

attempt, but how to end it is a difficult choice for Hu Jintao.

Zhang Sutian: “The biggest obstacle blocking Hu Jintao

in dealing with Bo Xilai’s case publicly is not Zhou Yongkang

or Zeng Qinghong, is not the CCP’s founding members,

but is the CCP’s system organization.

Now, Hu Jintao is worried that once he deals with

those people publicly and sentence them with the crime

of coup d’etat, it will threaten the ruling legitimacy

of CCP, and the safety of CCP.”

Recently, in a high profile way, Hu Jintao showed that he

controls the Beijing Military Region, and many military leaders showed their loyalty.

During the Bo Xilai case investigation, the chief bodyguard

of Wen Jiabao, who is the vice secretary of the Central Guard

Bureau, was fired;

the assistant to Deputy Minister of State Security was arrested

on charges of espionage relating to more than 350 officials in Ministry of State Security.

Behind these cases is further meaning

that is moving the opponent.

Zhang Sutian: “Hu Jintao is consolidating his power

in the military.

In my eyes, the reason why he hasn’t make the decision on

Bo Xilai’s case is that he need power to arrange the next steps.”

CCP’s leadership will shift in the 18th National Congress.

Many people suspected that Bo Xilais’s case

will conclude before it.

But for Hu Jintao’s next steps, the development will take time.
