【新唐人2012年4月27日訊】自從前重慶市委書記薄熙來夫婦被立案調查後，他們的兒子薄瓜瓜行蹤和私生活也引發公眾的廣泛關注。25號薄瓜瓜發表聲明，反駁有關他在海外學習期間生活奢靡的傳言，他聲明說，在英美留學的生活費及學費，全來自獎學金及母親從事律師和寫作所得的積蓄。分析指出，薄瓜瓜的聲明是「此地無銀三百兩」，越描越黑。
現在還在美國哈佛大學甘迺迪政治學院讀研究生的薄瓜瓜，美國時間24號在哈佛大學校報《哈佛紅》上發表聲明，聲明說，我對自己家遭遇的事情深為關注，但我對正在進行的調查沒有可置評的。
薄瓜瓜在第一條聲明中寫道，他在牛津(Oxford)和哈佛(Harvard)唸書的費用來自兩個「獨立獲得的獎學金」，以及他母親作為一名所謂成功的律師和作家所存下的積蓄。
大陸律師李天天：「他得到了獎學金總有一個書面的東西是吧？或者學校的一些證明吧？（另外）在中國出版一本書，版權費是很低的，不是太高的，一個名作家出一本書也沒多少錢，就是他們腐敗來的錢，在中國簡直閉著眼睛不用想就知道。他爸那麼大的官，不腐敗可能嗎？在中國是無官不貪，怎麼可能呢，權力就是換錢。」
目前，薄瓜瓜的母親谷開來因涉嫌殺害在華英國商人海伍德，已被關押。去年11月，海伍德在重慶酒店房間裡神秘死亡。中共當局說，海伍德與谷開來和薄瓜瓜關係良好，後來因為商業糾紛關係惡化。但薄瓜瓜聲明中沒有提到海伍德。
「權利運動」發起人胡軍說，文革中薄熙來的父親薄一波被關押，薄熙來為邀功打斷薄一波三根肋骨，現在薄瓜瓜對自己父母落難不發聲，和他父親的所為沒甚麼兩樣。
胡軍：「在這個時候他迴避說他母親和他父親的事情，證明他這個人長期受到中共的..這些做惡多端的，缺少人性的這些東西太多了，所以說，他說的話也是不可信的，因為他拋棄了人性，所以說的話經常都是謊言。」
薄瓜瓜的其他聲明除表達他留學期間成績優異外，還表示，他「在牛津大學期間曾參加派對，但多數屬於學生正常的社交生活。」以及他「從未駕駛法拉利﹔也未到過美國駐中國大使的官邸，九八年以來也未踏足過美國駐華大使館。」等等。
去年11月《華爾街日報》曾經報導，薄瓜瓜曾開著一輛紅色法拉利，接美國前駐華大使洪博培(Jon Huntsman)的一個女兒共進晚餐。
今年中共兩會期間，薄熙來說，對於外界對他家庭的指控感到「非常氣憤」，並說那些都是「一派胡言」，是有人向他本人和家庭「潑臟水」。他聲稱自己、兒子和夫人沒有任何個人資產，對兒子在國外讀書的資金問題，一直都是全額獎學金。
胡軍表示，中共整個體制都是靠「謊言」維持。薄瓜瓜頗有他父親的「本事」。
雖然薄瓜瓜在聲明中說「從未在中國或海外參與商業活動」，但在中國有創辦一個非盈利的社交網站。
英國《衛報》25號揭露，一家花費近70萬人民幣從美國購得的網站，註冊人為薄瓜瓜，而在這一網站的同一註冊地址被註冊為「瓜瓜科技有限公司」，是由薄瓜瓜的姑姑谷望寧資助起始資金2百多萬人民幣，在北京註冊。
《路透社》報導說，薄瓜瓜此前在牛津大學目錄註冊時，登記自己是「瓜瓜科技有限公司」的創始人。

Bo Guagua’s statements cause for more distrust of his family, analyst says
Since the former Chongqing party Secretary Bo Xilai
and his wife’s case have been under investigation,
their son Bo Guagua’s private life and whereabouts
have drawn widespread public attention.
On April 25th, Bo Guagua made a statement to deny
rumors about his extravagant life while studying abroad.
In his statement, Bo claimed that his living expenses
and tuition is paid by his mother, who earned the money from her jobs as a lawyer and writer.
An analyst remarked that, the statement is a confession
rather than a denial, which only makes the public distrust his family even more.
As a current graduate in the Harvard Kennedy School,
Bo Guagua made a statement in the University’s
daily newspaper, The Harvard Crimson.
He claimed to be deeply concerned with his family’s situation
in China, but had no comment regarding the ongoing investigation.
In his first statement, Bo Guagua wrote that his study
expenses at Oxford and Harvard came from two
“independently awarded scholarships,” as well as his
mother’s income as a so-called “successful lawyer and writer.”
(Chinese lawyer Li Tiantian): ”He should at least show
an official file or proof from the university if he had really won any scholarship.
Furthermore, the copyright royalties in China are pretty low.
Even a famous writer won’t make much from writing a book.
So the money must be from corruption,
which is a no-brainer for anyone living in China.
His father being such a high official,
who would believe there’s no corruption?
In China there’s no official who is not corrupt,
and political power is something to trade for money.”
Bo Guagua’s mother, Gu Kailai, has been detained since she
was found to be a suspect in the murder of British businessman Neil Heywood.
In November 2011, Heywood died mysteriously
in a Chongqing hotel room.
The CCP authority claimed that Heywood was once close with
Gu Kailai and Bo Guagua, but their relationship became strained due to a business conflict.
However, Bo Guagua didn’t mention Heywood
in his recent statement.
The founder of Human Rights Campaign in China, Hu Jun,
said that during the Cultural Revolution,
Bo Xilai broke his father Bo Yibo’s ribs just to win
political merit when Bo Yibo was arrested.
This time, Bo Guagua said nothing about his parents.
He and his father are no different.
(Hu Jun) says: ”He (Bo Guagua) avoided talking about
his parents at such a moment.
This only tells us how he lacks humanity under the effect
of the CCP’s evilness.
Therefore his words carry no credibility because a person
without humanity would lie constantly.”
Other than claiming that his grades are excellent during his
study abroad, Bo Guagua also wrote that,
“the parties he attended at Oxford were mostly
the normal social life type”
and “he never drove a Ferrari or visited the official mansion of
the U.S. Ambassador to China.”
He also claimed that he never visited the United States
Embassy in Beijing.
Last November, the Wall Street Journal reported that
Bo Guagua once drove a red Ferrari to pick up a daughter of Jon Huntsman for dinner.
During the Two Meetings (high level internal meetings)
this year, Bo Xilai once remarked that he felt “very angry”
about the allegations from outside and that the reports
were “total nonsense” aimed at “defaming his family.”
He also claimed that his family had no private properties
and his son studied abroad with the financial support of scholarships.
Hu Jun remarked that, the whole CCP regime is sustained
by constant lying so in this sense, Bo Guagua has inherited his father’s “talent.”
Although Bo Guagua claimed that he was never involved
with any commercial activity in China or abroad, he owns a non-profit social networking site in China.
UK newspaper the Guardian revealed on April 25th that
Bo Guagua purchased a website from the U.S. for 700,000 Yuan.
The website was purchased under the company name,
“Guagua Technology, LLC.”
Bo Guagua’s aunt, Gu Wangning, who invested over 2 million
Yuan as capital, initially registered the company.
Reuters reported that Bo Guagua had called himself
“the founder of Guagua Technology, LLC” when he registered in the Oxford University directory.
