據《大紀元》新聞網獨家報導，被王立軍事件觸發的中南海激烈搏擊，實際上是圍繞奪取十八大將接掌中共最高領導權的接班人習近平展開，而被江澤民秘密選定的人選是薄熙來，由於中共高層各種因素制約，江澤民被迫選定習近平。
本來江澤民、曾慶紅、周永康、薄熙來等計劃先在十八大奪取政法委位置，然後再鞏固武警部隊的武裝力量和輿論，並且鞏固所謂「重慶模式」的政治綱領等，等各方面成熟後再廢黜和逮捕習近平，這項「政變計劃」已經完成了一半進程，誰知道被王立軍出逃美領館事件給曝光摧毀、全盤崩潰。
報導說，由於江澤民、曾慶紅、周永康、羅幹等鎮壓法輪功的元兇，十三年來犯下「反人類」的「群體滅絕罪」，其中包括前中共政法委書記羅幹用暗殺方式製造「天安門自焚僞案」，以及，政法委系統下的全國勞教所與黑社會、貪官勾結，形成「活體摘除法輪功學員器官」的「殺人網」等驚人的罪惡，爲繼續掩蓋事實真相，江澤民、曾慶紅絕對不能讓出中共最高權力，這就是「江、胡鬥」的核心，也是中共十六大、十七大、十八大權鬥的核心。
報導還說，這場圍繞奪取中國最高領導權驚心動魄的生死搏擊已持續十年，現正進入尾聲，真相即將大白。

方勵之遺體告別儀式在美國舉行
中國著名異議學者方勵之教授遺體告別儀式，4月14號下午在美國亞利桑那州圖森市舉行。按照方勵之家屬意願，告別儀式低調舉行，不對媒體和公衆開放。但仍有兩百多人到場出席悼念活動。在海外從事民運人權活動的王丹、王超華、肖強、李曉蓉、鄭存柱等出席了儀式，大多數與會者是方勵之的學生、同事。
曾任「中國科技大學」副校長的方勵之，4月6號在圖森市家中突然逝世，客死異鄉。「中國科技大學」在海外的一些校友會和聯誼會發出唁電，高度評價了這位遭到北京嚴厲整肅的學者。

Due to various factors effecting the CCP leadership,
Jiang Zemin had no option but to support Xi Jinping.
Originally, Jiang Zemin, Zeng Qinghong, Zhou Yongkang
and Bo Xilai planned to secure positions in the Politics
and Law Committee at the 18th congress.
They would control the Armed Police Force and public
opinions, to consolidate the so-called “Chongqing Model”
political program.
When other aspects matured, they would depose
and arrest Xi Jinping.
The “coup plan" had been half completed, but did not predict
the Wang Lijun event to expose it and cause overall collapse.
The persecution of Falun Gong culprits, Jiang Zemin, Zeng
Qinghong, Zhou Yongkang, Luo Gan, have committed
“crimes against humanity" and “genocide" for 13 years.
Luo Gan, secretary of the Chinese Communist Politics
and Law Committee (CCPLC) directed the Tiananmen
Square self-immolation incident.
This was run under the system of the Politics and Law
Committee of the National Labor Camp.
It also included the Triads, corrupt collusion, establishing
live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners,
as well as a “murder network," and all sorts of evils.
To continue to conceal the truth, Jiang Zemin and Zeng
Qing-hong refused to give up the highest power
of the Communist Party.
This is the core of the struggle between Jiang and Hu, as well
as of the last two CCP National Congresses.

Fang Lizhi funeral ceremony to be held in the United States
The funeral of famous Chinese scholar Professor Fang Lizhi
was held on April 14 in Tucson, Arizona, USA.
As was the wish of the family of Fang Lizhi, the funeral was
low-key and closed to both media and public.
However, more than 200 people arrived at the scene
to attend the memorial service and pay respects.
Attendees included overseas pro-democracy human rights
activists Wang Dan, Wang Chaohua, Xiao Qiang, Li Xiaorong,
Zheng Cunzhu, as well as ex students and colleagues.
Fang Lizhi, former Vice President of China University of
Science and Technology, suddenly died in his Tucson City
home on April 6.
China University of Science and Technology Alumni
Association and the overseas Association issued a message
of condolence.
It spoke highly of Fang Lizhi who had been severely
purged by Beijing.
