【新唐人2012年2月7日訊】中俄上週六在聯合國安理會的譴責敘利亞決議案中投下否決票，引發全球輿論的驚愕與反彈。一些國家指責中俄不負責任的態度將鼓勵阿薩德政權擴大鎮壓。而中共喉舌媒體6號發表文章聲稱「要堅持和平對話解決問題」，這一表態被外界斥責為強盜邏輯。
這是中俄在4個月中第2次阻撓安理會通過譴責敘利亞政府的決議案。去年10月，中俄對歐盟國家提交的敘利亞問題草案也投了反對票。
《紐約時報》研究員趙岩認爲，中共的表態完全違反國際正義的原則。
《紐約時報》研究員趙岩：「對待（阿薩德）這樣的統治者，全世界的人民、有正義感的政府和人民，通過安理會這個決議、支持安理會這個決議，那才是正當的聲音。」
敘利亞最大的反對派組織「敘利亞全國委員會」，指責中俄否決相關議案等於向阿薩德發放了「屠殺執照」，並說中俄將為「殺戮升級而負責任」。
《希望之聲電臺》評論員藍述：「作爲中國人來講，我們感覺是非常遺憾的。一看到敍利亞大小城鎮上，血淋淋的躺在街上的民衆屍體，就不難想起89年，天安門和長安街上的血淋淋的鏡頭，它是一脈相承的。」
美國國務卿柯林頓高調批評中俄的做法是「拙劣之舉」，並把這稱爲是「一齣滑稽鬧劇」。突尼西亞總理傑巴利也斥責中俄濫用自身的否決權。
那麽，中共為甚麼逆世界潮流而動，反對制裁敘利亞呢?
《希望之聲電臺》評論員藍述：「 他們（中俄）從價值觀上，不認爲敍利亞政府這樣血腥的鎮壓民衆有甚麽不對的。它就是自由與極權這兩個最根本價值互相之間的衝突。在同樣的情況下，它（中共）也會採用相同的辦法去鎮壓中國的民衆，而且在過去他們也是採用這種方式，比如説六四、法輪功等等。」
趙岩則認爲，中共是為自己將來可能發生的對大陸民衆的鎮壓作鋪墊、找理由。
中共喉舌《新華社》2月5號發表文章聲稱，敘利亞危機的解決需要更多的「時間與耐心」。而另一喉舌《人民日報》在6號的報導中說，要「堅持通過和平、對話和政治方式解決問題」，並說中共投了否決票「是對敘利亞人民的根本利益負責」。
武漢公民鄢裕祥斥責中共的做法非常不負責任，《人民日報》的言論則是個強盜邏輯。
武漢公民鄢裕祥：「（中共）所謂的根本利益就是維護他（阿薩德的）暴政不放鬆，這就是它們（所說）的根本利益。它這種利益絕對不是敍利亞人民的利益，是它們偷換了概念。」
《希望之聲電臺》評論員藍述認爲，中共對屠殺者不去制裁，卻以所謂的和平對話為藉口，是一種虛僞和説謊者的表現。
《希望之聲電臺》評論員藍述：「你看到一個流氓搶劫婦女，他在燒殺搶掠的時候，你不但不去制止他，別人要去制止這個流氓的時候，你相反的要求這些正義人士，你不能做這些事情。要採取和平對話去解決問題。人家那邊在救命啊！」
與此同時，敘利亞國內對民眾的暴力鎮壓絲毫沒有停止的跡象。
據敘利亞人權觀察組織表示，週日，敘利亞境內又有56人在暴力鎮壓中死亡，其中包括5名兒童。國際人權組織表示，自從阿薩德政權開始鎮壓民眾的示威抗議活動以來，死亡人數已經超過7000人。

Chinese Regime Rejects UN Resolution on
Syria’s Killing, this is Gangster Logic
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Russia vetoed a
UN resolution on Syria last Saturday.
This has aroused widespread public criticism.
Some countries condemn the veto, saying that the CCP and
Russia’s irresponsible attitude will encourage Assad’s brutal regime to increase the killing.
However, the CCP mouthpiece media claimed on Feb.6,
that peaceful dialogue should be allowed to solve the problem.
Many have said that this attitude is gangster’s logic.
This is the 2nd time within four months that the CCP and
Russia have vetoed the Security Council’s resolution on condemnation of Syria’s actions.
Last October, Sino-Russia also vetoed an EU draft resolution
condemning the violence in Syria.
Zhao Yan, the New York Times researcher, said that, the CCP’s
attitude is against the principle of international justice.
Zhao Yan has said that: “For dictators like Assad, people
around the world, including governments have a sense of justice,
and are supporting the UN’s condemnation of Syria.
This is a righteous voice.
The Syrian National Council, the biggest opposition group,
has criticised Sino-Russia’s veto as being a “licence to kill”.
The CCP and Russia should be held “responsible for the
escalation of killing”.
Lan Shu, commentator of the Sound of Hope radio (SOH) said:
“Being a Chinese, I feel very regretful.
Once I saw the bloodied civilians’ dead bodies in the street, it
made me think of the Tiananmen massacre in 1989.
It is the same scene in Syria now as then, bloodied bodies
were lying everywhere in Tiananmen Square and Chang’ a street.”
US Secretary of the State Hillary Clinton has described
the veto as a “travesty”.
Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali has also condemned
the CCP and Russia and said that
they had “misused” their right in blocking the resolution
against Syria.
So why does the CCP go against international will and
reject condemnation of the Syrian government’s actions”
Lan Shu says: “From the CCP and Russia’s point of view, they
don’t see anything wrong with the Syrian regime’s brutal killing.
Freedom and the totalitarian state are fundamentally
opposed to each other.
In the same circumstances, the CCP will adopt the
same methods to suppress its own people.
However, in the past the CCP already did so, such as in the
suppression of the Student Movement on June 4, 1989 as well as with the suppression of Falun Gong and so on.”

Zhao Yan believes that, the CCP is paving the way for its own
further suppression of the people.
The CCP mouthpiece Xinhua News Agency published an
article on Feb.5, which claimed that solving the Syrian crisis needs time and patience.
Another State-owned media, the People’s Daily reported on
Feb.6, that using peaceful, dialogue is the best political way to solve the Syrian problem.
Wuhan citizen Yan Yuxiang blamed, the CCP as being
irresponsible.
He said the People’s Daily’s editorial article is an example of
gangster logic.
Yan Yuxiang: “The CCP’s so-called 『basic interest’ is to
maintain Assad’s dictatorship. This is what they call basic interests.
However these basic interests are not Syrians’ interests,
so the CCP substitutes the concept.”
Lan Shu believes that, the CCP does not want to punish murderers,
Using the concept of a so-called “peaceful dialogue” as an excuse for inaction.
It is a manifestation of the CCP’s nature of hypocrisy
and lying.
Lan Shu says of the CCP: “When you see an evil man robbing
a woman or committing arson, you not only don’t stop him,
but you also stop those who want to rescue the woman.
In addition, you tell those people not to do this anymore,
instead of having a dialogue to solve the problem of the evil man.
However, people over there are saving each other’s lives.”
Meanwhile, the Syrian regime’s suppression of its own people
has shown no indication of stopping.
Syrian human rights groups said that, on Sunday alone, 56 people
were killed in further violence in Syria, 5 of them were children.
International human rights groups have said that, since the
Assad regime started the suppression of protest; the death toll has risen to over 7000.
