Thai military secure an armored personnel carrier to a truck as floodwaters reach the front of a military base in Bangkok.
當洪水到達曼谷軍方基地的前緣，泰國軍方護送一部裝甲運兵車到一部卡車上。
A total of 16 APCs were moved to a military base in a non-flooded province some 350 kilometres north of Thailand’s capital.
總數16部的人員裝甲運兵車，搬遷到一處非洪水淹沒省份的軍事基地，大約是在泰國首都北方350公里處。
Meanwhile, angry flood victims tried to access a flood gate, demanding more water be released into the San Seab canal – as they have been flooded for nearly a month.
同時，憤怒的洪水受難者試著進入一處防洪閘門，要求更多的水，釋入the San Seab 運河，因為他們已被淹了近一個月。
Thai media reported the protest began on Sunday when residents outside the protection of the flood wall started dismantling flood defenses.

The protest continued for seven hours, until officials agreed to open the water gate slightly.
