This is no ordinary boxing match.

這不是一般的拳擊比賽。

Twenty-nine-year-old Sujet Salee is blind and, to keep things fair, his opponent has been blindfolded.

29歲蘇傑撒利是失明的而且，為了讓比賽公平，他的對手也將眼睛矇住。

Many blind people in Thailand become masseurs or work with handicrafts, but Sujet always wanted to be a boxer like his father, and decided to pursue his dream anyway.

在泰國許多的盲人成為按摩師或者作手工藝，但是蘇傑總是想和他父親一樣成為一個拳擊手，並且決定無論如何也要追求自己的夢想。

[Sujet Salee, Boxer]:

“When I was young, my father was a boxer, but none of my brothers took up boxing as a career. I wanted to be a boxer like my father, but I’m blind. I didn’t think I could do it, but I made up my mind."

[蘇傑撒利，拳擊手]:

“當我年輕的時候，我的父親是一個拳擊手，但是我的兄弟裡面沒有半個人傳承衣缽。我想和我父親一樣成為一個拳擊手，但是我是瞎子，即使我不認為我做得到，但我還是下定決心。"

Sujet has won five consecutive matches since starting his boxing career in October last year, and his trainer says his blindness works to his advantage.

蘇傑自去年十月開始他的拳擊生涯，已經獲得連續五場勝利，他的教練說，眼盲反而成為他的優勢。

[Sirowat Somboon, Sujet’s Trainer]:

“When he touched his opponent in the ring, he attacked instantly. His sense is good, which is an advantage over blind-folded boxers."

[西羅萬松邦，蘇傑的教練]:

“當他在比賽場上碰觸到他的對手，他會快速的攻擊。他的判斷力很好，這是超越其他蒙眼拳擊手的優勢。"

Sujet is one of 15 boxers training in a newly established boxing camp in Surin.

蘇傑是15個最近在蘇林建立的拳擊場訓練的拳擊手之一。

He earns around $46 every time he wins a match.

他每贏得一場比賽可賺取約46元美金。
