鮮豬肉香腸400克 – 400g of fresh pork sausages

洋蔥1個 – 1 onion

西芹1段 – 1 stick of celery

牛油20克 – 20g of butter

喼汁（英式黑醋）2茶匙 – 2tsp of worcestershire sauce

意式煙肉3片 – 3 slices of Pancetta

鼠尾草7塊 – 7 sage leaves

芥末粉2茶匙 – 2tsp of mustard powder

鹽少量 – small pinch of salt

麵包屑2湯匙 – 2tbsp of Panko breadcrumbs

酥皮2塊 – 2 pieces of puff pastry

蛋液 – eggwash
