二百克鯇魚肉
六十克粟粉
酸甜汁
兩湯匙茄醬
一茶匙茄膏
一茶匙喼汁
四湯匙醋
兩湯匙糖
四分一茶匙雞粉
少許胡椒粉
半茶匙鹽
Ingredients:
200g Grass carp fillet
60g corn starch
Sweet and sour sauce ingredients:
2tbsp tomato ketchup
1tsp tomato puree
1tsp Worcester sauce
4tbsp vinegar
2tbsp sugar
1/4tsp chicken powder
some ground black pepper
1/2tsp salt
