【新唐人2014年12月22日訊】日前，中共國務院副總理汪洋，在美國舉行的中美商業關係論壇上，坦承引領世界的是美國，中國既無意願，也無能力挑戰美國的地位，不過這些帶有示弱色彩的話，在大陸媒體的報導中並沒有出現，根據英文稿翻譯出來的中文稿在網上也都被刪除。那麼，為甚麼中共官媒敢封殺副總理的言論，我們來看看。

12月17號，中共國務院副總理汪洋，出席在美國芝加哥舉行的第25屆中美商貿聯委會會議，併發表了主題演講。汪洋在演講中說，「中美是全球經濟的夥伴，但引領世界的是美國」。

隨後他還補充說，雖然中國經濟總量已經是全世界第二大，但只有美國的55%，人均GDP也只有美國的八分之一。中國沒有想法、也沒有能力挑戰美國地位。

大陸時政評論員陳明慧：「汪洋講的是大白話，也是大實話，一方面表示他的坦承，第二，向美國也是一種示弱，第三為了達到訪問的一些結果，表示一個友好， 同時也是代表當局習近平先生的意圖，來傳達這麼一個信息。」

大陸時政評論員陳明慧指出，中共當局面臨內外交困，目前最大的任務是維持政權的穩定。陳明慧說，俄羅斯的形勢更加讓他們認識到，如果和美國叫板，會帶來更多很多內外麻煩，和付出不必要的代價。汪洋希望通過這番話告訴美國，中共當局沒有稱霸世界的意圖，也沒有輸出共產主義的打算，這樣能夠緩解在國際社會相對孤立的局面。

《亞洲新聞週刊》總監黃金秋：「中國目前確確實實也沒有能力挑戰美國，之所以在美國這樣講，主要是傳達一個信息，中國不會成為一個侵略者，或者是不會成為經濟上的一個掠奪者，是要西方放鬆對中國的這種警惕之心，當然也比較務實。」

《新華社》在英文報導中，還提及了汪洋在演講中說的，「引領世界的是美國」，以及「人均GDP只有美國的八分之一」等說法。不過在《新華社》的中文報導中，這些有關示弱的內容全部遭到刪除。

報導強調的是，美方願意在相互尊重和互利基礎上，同中方加強合作，增進了相互理解，達成了多項共識。

黃金秋：「十八大以來，所謂的愛國主義抬頭，民族主義抬頭，官員為了試圖轉移老百姓的注意力，轉移視線，要煽動仇日、反美這樣一個情節，在這樣一個大環境下，汪洋的講話如果在國內報導，就會被司馬南這種五毛迎頭痛擊，原來國家領導人都承認美國在世界經濟的領導地位，成天反美不是很搞笑的事情了嘛。」

陳明慧：「國內的主流媒體整天宣傳的都是假大空，虛假的東西，跟汪洋副總理說的完全是背道而馳的，它不能說自己說謊圓不了，自己打自己的嘴巴，只能說都屏蔽掉，都刪除。」

汪洋在演講中還表示，美國已經主導了體系和規則，中國願意加入這個體系，也尊重這個規則，希望從中發揮「建設性作用」。

陳明慧：「共產黨會根據現階段它的需求作出種種的承諾，一旦危及到它的統治地位，它立刻把所有的承諾都拋棄，過去無論是加入WTO還是 簽署了《聯合國人權宣言》，都違背了。」

國內網友對汪洋在美國的這些演講，也有許多議論，有網友認為汪洋「代表了開放、務實和全球化視野下的國務院的聲音，和紅色黨的意識形態不一樣」。也有網友批評說，「靠服軟換取美國的恩賜簡直就是痴心妄想。」

海外中文媒體說，汪洋這番談話據傳遭到了高層領導批評，說汪洋的演講是為了聽掌聲，博笑聲，忘記了代表國家的身份，要求汪洋做好總結檢查。

不過也有評論認為，鑒於俄羅斯因為遭到制裁經濟「千瘡百孔」，可能帶來的「共振效應」，汪洋能夠正視自身實力，謙和的態度是最好的保護色。

Party Propaganda Media Blocked Wang Yang’s

Speech for “Sign of Weakness" in America.

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Vice Premier Wang Yang

recently spoke at the opening ceremony of a China-U.S.

business forum.

In his speech, Wang admitted that the U.S. is still playing

a global leading role.

He said, “China has neither the intention nor the capability

to challenge America’s leading status."

However, Wang’s words showing weakness were not

mentioned by any mainland Chinese media.

Reports translated from English ones were also deleted

on the Internet.

Why did the CCP block speeches of its vice premier?

Let’s look at the following report.

On Dec.17, the CCP’s Vice Premier Wang Yang attended

the 25th session of the U.S.-China Joint Commission on

Commerce and Trade (JCCT) in Chicago and spoke at the

opening address.

Wang stressed that “China and the U.S. are business

partners in global economy.

But it is the United States that is leading the world."

Wang added that “China’s economic aggregate, although

already number two in the world, is just 55 percent of

that of the US, and China’s per capita GDP is merely

one eighth of the U.S. level."

Wang stressed “China has neither the intention nor the

capability to challenge America’s leading status".

Chen Minghui, Chinese political commentator, “Wang Yang

is simply telling the truth.

Both to show his frankness and a sign of weakness.

Those are also friendly comments as a visitor, to reach some

deals and possibly a message for CCP president Xi Jinping."

Chen Minghui comments that, the CCP is facing huge

difficulties both from inside and outside China.

The most important thing for the party now is to maintain

“stability" of its regime.

Chen said, CCP leaders may learn from Russia that taking on

America will be more trouble than benefit,

Wang Yang hoped to deliver the message with his speech that

the CCP has no intention to challenge America.

Nor does it intend to promote its Communism theory.

The main purpose was to ease the CCP’s isolation

from the world, said Chen.

Huang Jinqiu, director of Asian News Weekly, “There is no

doubt the CCP is currently not able to challenge the U.S..

Wang spoke like that in the U.S. to pass on a message

that China wont be an invader or a plunderer in economy.

It serves to relax western countries’ vigilance against China.

Of course it is also a realistic statement."

In its English report, the Xinhua News Agency quoted

Wang Yang’s words including “America is leading the world"

and “China’s per capita GDP is merely one eighth of

the US level".

However, all speeches showing a sign of weakness have

been deleted in Xinhua’s report in Chinese.

The Chinese version of the Xinhua report stressed that the

United States is willing to enhance cooperation with China.

On the basis of mutual respect and benefit;

the forum promoted understanding between both countries

and consensus have been reached on many issues.

Huang Jinqiu, “Since the CCP 18 National Congress,

patriotism and nationalism have again become popular.

CCP officials have been working on inciting hatred against

Japan and America, to distract Chinese peoples’ attention.

In this situaiton, if Wang’s speech is reported in China,

it will be heavily criticized by leftists such as Sima Nan.

Anti-Americanism will become a joke if Chinese people learn

that even CCP leaders have admitted America’s leading

role in the global economy."

Chen Minghui, “Chinese media are repeating empty talks

day and night.

Wang Yang’s words are completely opposed to this style.

Since the party cannot slap its own mouth, the only option

is to block all relevant reports in Chinese."

In his address, Wang Yang also said America has dominance

over various rules shaping the world order.

China “basically accepts these rules and are willing to play

a constructive role in the global economic structure,

established under the US leadership".

Chen Minghui, “The CCP can make any kind of

promise if necessary.

However, once its regime is threatened, it can backpedal on

any commitments in no time.

In the past, it never kept its words when joining WTO

or signing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights."

In discussing Wang Yang’s speech in U.S., Chinese netizens

have different opinions.

Some said the address “represent an open and realistic

attitude of the State Council with from a globalized

viewpoint, which is very different from the CCP’s

red traditions".

There is also criticism such as “It is wishful thinking to expect

favor from the U.S. by saying something showing weakness".

According to Overseas Chinese media, Wang Yang was

said to have been criticized by party leaders for the sake

of “speaking for applause instead of his country". The report

said, Wang was required to make self-criticism for that.

There are other comments saying that, Russia’s economy

has been seriously struck under economic sanctions;

Considering its resonance effect, Wang Yang’s realistic

and modest attitude can be a good way of self-protection.
