【新唐人2014年11月22日訊】中共海軍副政委馬發祥跳樓身亡的消息還在盛傳之際，日前又傳出吉林省軍區副政委宋玉文也已上吊身亡。短短的3個月就有3名中共軍隊的高級將領自殺身亡，有媒體評論說，中共軍隊已經到了「將不聊生」的地步。那麼這一切的背後又說明了甚麼呢？我們一起來看下面的報導。
日前傳出，中共海軍副政委馬發祥13號跳樓身亡的消息。海外《博訊網》說，中共總書記習近平赴澳洲參加G20峰會期間，中共軍紀委奉命對軍隊一批涉貪將領採取黨紀措施，除馬發祥外，另有至少7名將領落網，而這批落馬將領大部分涉嫌前軍委兩大巨頭－－徐才厚和郭伯雄。
19號，這個網站再度爆料，落馬的8名將領中，吉林省軍區副政委宋玉文在調查期間上吊身亡，時間是在11月15號之前。
報導說，宋玉文長期在吉林省任職，曾擔任通化軍分區政委，吉林省軍區政治部主任，今年8月才升任吉林省軍區副政治委員。
吉林省軍區隸屬瀋陽軍區。公開資料顯示，1972年到1984年，中共前軍委副主席徐才厚也曾在吉林省軍區擔任過政治部副主任等職，此後長期在瀋陽軍區任職，2007年到2012年任中共軍委副主席。瀋陽軍區被認為是徐才厚的地盤。
據了解，宋玉文是近三個月來，第3個被傳出自殺的中共軍隊將領。
香港《南華早報》披露，9月2號，中共海軍少將姜中華在浙江舟山市一座酒店大樓跳樓身亡。北京一名前海軍軍官透露，馬發祥和姜中華的死是真實的，在海軍圈子裡人所共知，但是，誰都不能討論背後的原因。
美國中文雜誌《中國事務》總編輯伍凡：「三個月內3個將軍跳樓自殺、上吊自殺，外邊人看到很吃驚，但是我覺得很正常，這是共產黨內部鬥爭必然會發生的。前不久，習近平到福建去開新古田會議，他強調抓政治，因為軍隊到現在為止，習近平還沒有完全掌握住，他要清洗軍隊，軍隊有些人被抓了小辮子，跑不掉了，就自殺。」
香港《蘋果日報》評論指出，習近平上臺後的所謂反腐，已經從清洗中共前政治局常委周永康的嫡系石油幫、政法幫、四川幫、秘書幫等文官的「官不聊生」，發展到目前清洗軍隊將領的「將不聊生」。
時事評論員夏小強：「『將不聊生』只是一種說法，其實這個說法表明了中共軍隊現在所謂的反腐的一種真實現狀。習近平在四中全會後，在古田召開軍事會議，是他穩固軍權和進一步清除江澤民集團在軍隊中勢力的一個信號。因此，日前發生的軍隊將領紛紛自殺就不太奇怪。」
時事評論員趙邇珺指出，徐才厚已在6月30號落馬，中共軍紀委這次行動，很大程度上應該是衝著中共前軍委副主席郭伯雄去的。
時事評論員夏小強也表示，郭伯雄和徐才厚都是江派勢力在軍隊中最有實力和影響力的代表人物，拿下郭伯雄，是震懾和收編江派軍中勢力的需要。
不過，夏小強強調，如今中共高層的激烈博弈，從表面上看，是一種權鬥，但是如果放到一個更大背景和深層次來看，就不僅僅是一種權鬥。
夏小強：「江澤民集團失去了對中共最高權力的掌控之後，擔心犯下的活摘法輪功學員器官等反人類罪會被清算。習近平陣營和江澤民集團因此圍繞中國社會的核心法輪功問題，正在展開激烈的博弈，這就是這兩年和現在中共政局正在發生的事情。如今的軍隊將領被整肅自殺，也是在這樣的背景下發生的。」
夏小強表示，中共是最邪惡的政權，但中共的最高領導人是個人，他們可以有自己的選擇。現任當局只有公布江澤民集團的活摘罪行，解體中共，才是解除中國社會危機的關鍵和前提。

CCP Generals Death March: Another Major-General Hanged To Death
While the news of deputy political commissar
of the CCP Navy, Mafa Xiang, jumping to his death is still hot,
another deputy political commissar is rumored to have
committed suicide.
Song Yuwen, from the military of Jilin province
is said to have killed himself by hanging.
Within three short months, three military generals
have committed suicide.
Some media commented that the CCP military
is walking a death march.
But what is the real reason behind this?
Consider the following analysis.
Recently, news reported that on Nov. 13, Ma Faxiang, deputy
political commissar of CCP Navy, jumped to his death.
According to the overseas “Boxun Network,”
the CCP Commission for Discipline Inspection was ordered
to take party discipline measures against a batch of
corrupted generals,
while the CCP General Secretary Xi Jinping left for Australia
to attend the G20 summit.
In addition to Ma Faxiang, at least seven more generals
were arrested.
Most of these fallen generals are connected to two former
giants of the Military Commission, Xu Caihou
and Guo Boxiong.
On the 19th, this website released news of another
eight fallen generals.
Song Yuwen, the deputy political commissar of Jilin Military
hanged himself to death during the investigation.
This happened before Nov. 15.
According to the report, Song Yuwen had a long service
in Jilin province.
During his tenure, he acted as division commissar of Tonghua
Army, director of Jilin military political department.
He was promoted to deputy political commissar
of Jilin military in August of this year.
Jilin military is under Shenyang military.
Public documents show that former vice chairman of the CCP
Central Military Commission, Xu Caihou, has also served
as the deputy director of Jilin military ‘s political department,
among other similar posts between 1972 and 1984.
He was subsequently moved to the Shenyang military.
He was the vice chairman of the CCP Central Military
Commission between 2007 and 2012.
Shenyang military was considered his territory.
According to available information, Song Yuwen
is the third general rumoured to have committed suicide
within the last three months.
South China Morning Post of Hong Kong revealed that
rear admiral of CCP Navy Jiang Zhonghua jumped to his death
from a hotel in Zhoushan city of Zhejiang province
on Sept. 2.
A former officer of the navy from Beijing revealed that
the death of Ma Faxiang and Jiang Zhonghua is true.
It is common knowledge within the circle of navy insiders.
But nobody is allowed to discuss the reasons behind it.
Editor of American Chinese magazine China Affairs, Wu Fan
said, “Within three months, three generals committed
suicide by jumping and hanging.
This is shocking news to the outside world.
But I feel that it is normal.
This is bound to happen when there are internal struggles
within the CCP.
Not long ago, when Xi Jinging attended the Furuta conference
in Fujian province, he stressed the importance of controlling
politics.
So far, Xi Jinping has yet to gain complete control
of the military.
Therefore, he wants to purge the military.
When the officers are caught, they will commit suicide
as they cannot run."
Commentaries from Hong Kong ‘s “Apple Daily" said that
Xi Jinping ‘s so-called anti-corruption began with
the “death march of officials" that saw the fall of former
CCP Politburo Standing Committee member
Zhou Yongkang and other officials from the oil gang,
Politics and Law Committee and the Szechuan gang.
Now, the campaign has progressed to a “Death march
of generals," a purge of generals in the military.
Current affairs commentator, Xia Xiaoqiang said “Generals
death march is only a saying.
In reality, it reflects the present anti-corruption
within the CCP military.
After the fourth plenary session, Xi Pinjing held
a military conference in Furuta.
This a signal that he will consolidate his control
over the military and take the next step to purge
the military of the elements from Jiang Zemin ‘s group.
Therefore, the present suicides within the military
are not surprising. “
Current affairs commentator Zhao Erjun said that
Xu Caihou fell on the 30th of June.
He commented that it is likely that this operation
by the CCP Discipline Inspection Committee is targeted
at former CCP Central Military Commission Vice Chairman
Guo Boxiong.
Current affairs commentator Xia Xiaoqiang commented
that Guo Boxiong and Xu Caihou are the leading members
of Jiang Zemin ‘s faction with the most power
and influence in the military.
Taking down Guo Boxiong is necessary to intimidate
and convert Jiang ‘s elements within the military.
Xia Xiaoqiang also said that the internal struggle within
the top ranks of CCP may appear as a power struggle,
but it has deeper significance when it is considered
in a larger context.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “After Jiang』s group lose their control over
the top positions within the CCP hierarchy, they are very
worried that they will be put to task for their crimes
against humanity – one of which is live organ harvesting
from Falun Gong prisoners of conscience.
The skirmishes between Xi Jinping ‘s camp and Jiang Zemin ‘s
group therefore circle around a core issue within
the Chinese society – the issue of Falun Gong.
This has been happening among the authorities
of the CCP for the last two years.
The suicides among the military generals happen
within such a background."
Xia Xiaojiang stated that the CCP is a diabolical regime.
However, CCP ‘s top leadership still has a choice.
For them, the key to resolving the social crisis in China
is to reveal the crimes of live organ harvesting committed
by Jiang’s group to the world and dissolve the CCP regime.
