【新唐人2014年01月21日訊】上海醫生染H7N9去世，醫院爆恐慌

H7N9禽流感最近再度在中國大陸流行，繼廣東1名患者1月19號死亡之後，20號，上海再證實有2人感染死亡，其中一人是「上海浦東新區人民醫院」外科醫生張曉東。

據香港《蘋果日報》報導，張曉東18號清晨死亡，醫院內部極為恐慌，懷疑H7N9已經人傳人。

報導說，張曉東醫生連續高燒一週仍然坐鎮急診外科，直到17號突然病重，需要上呼吸機治療，但第二天就不治身亡。醫院直到19號完成驗屍後，方纔發現死因是H7N9。

上海市府緊急介入，但只是對參與搶救的醫護人員隔離，而曾與張接觸過的患者、同事並沒有做特別檢查。

醫院的一位匿名人士爆料說，這家醫院最近一段時間並沒有接診過H7N9患者，但呼吸科最近一直爆滿，現在還無法確認究竟是否有禽流感患者到過醫院。目前仍然上班的醫護已經非常緊張， 擔心醫院成為病毒集中營。

這名爆料者說，19號醫院緊急開會，要求全體員工封口，並每人派發一盒「疏風解毒膠囊」，但有醫生指出，這種藥與板藍根相似，對禽流感並無防範效果。

大陸暴力拆遷 去年命案16起

中國湖北維權組織《民生觀察工作室》，1月20號發佈一份報告指稱，2013年中國大陸暴力徵遷致死案多達16起。

這份名為《2013中國暴力拆遷徵地總結報告暨全年暴力指數》的報告說，暴力拆遷徵地的手段主要包括：「斷水斷電斷氣、恐嚇騷擾房主、打砸門窗玻璃、圍困『釘子戶』、株連逼迫、以拆違章建築掩蓋強拆、偷拆、誤拆、拘留式拆遷等等。」

報告分析說，這些暴力的背後，是「公權力的不作為、冷寞、包庇和縱容，甚至公權力親自上陣。與2012年相比，這種『制度性漏洞』正在越來越充分的暴露。」

不滿抓伊力哈木 傳烏魯木齊國保辭職

北京維族學者伊力哈木•土赫提1月15號被警方從北京家中帶走後，中共當局一直沒有向他的家人發出任何通知。海內外聲援伊力哈木的人士越來越多，到20號，在網上聯署要求當局立即釋放伊力哈木的人士已經接近千人。

據《法國國際廣播電臺》報導，1月18號，一名據說是烏魯木齊市公安局國保的便衣警察庫爾班江•艾比不拉，因不滿新疆公安廳抓捕伊力哈木而辭職。

報導說，庫爾班江•艾比不拉在辭職信中說，伊力哈木一案中，隱藏著新疆部分等待中紀委嚴厲查處的高官策劃的最後陰謀和手段。

辭職信中說，「把新疆問題的重大責任，推給一名維吾爾族學者來結束…這不公平，讓我來參與、承擔、完成這一歷史性錯案，我做不到。」

庫爾班江•艾比不拉說，他無法承受做「政策性決定」犧牲品的這種壓力，決定辭職。

目前沒有第三方獨立渠道證實這一消息，但新疆當地傳言說，庫爾班江•艾比不拉已經被警方禁閉。

Hospital Panics Since Shanghai Doctor Died from H7N9

H7N9 bird flu spread again recently in mainland China.

One patient in Guangdong died on January 19, the next day,

two people were confirmed infected and then died.

One of them was Zhang Xiaodong, the surgeon from

Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Hospital.

According to Hong Kong ‘Apple Daily’ report, Zhang died on

the morning of January 18.

The reaction within the hospital was one of panic, when it

was suspected that H7N9 has reached human transmission.

The report says, Zhang had continuous high fever but still

worked at the emergency surgery.

On January17 he suddenly became very ill and was put on a

ventilator, however, he died on the second day.

The hospital completed the autopsy by January 19 and found

that the cause of death was H7N9.

Shanghai government urgently responded but they only

isolated those health care workers who were involved in the

rescue, while patients and colleagues who contacted Zhang

were not examined.

An anonymous person from the hospital revealed that, this

hospital hasd’t had any H7N9 patients recently.

The Respiratory department had been full, but could not be

sure if any bird flu patients went to the hospital.

The health care workers who still go into work are very

nervous that the hospital will be a virus concentration camp.

This whistleblower said, on January19 the hospital had an

emergency meeting, asked all employees to seal the

information, and distributed each one a box of ‘Arthritic

detoxification capsules’.

Some doctors pointed out that this medicine is similar to

Radix which does not have a preventive effect against bird flu.

Mainland China‘s Violent Demolition, 16 Deaths Last Year

China Hubei human rights organization ‘Livelihood Watch

Studio’, released a report on January 20 saying there were up

to 16 cases of death in mainland China’s violent demolition.

The report ‘2013 China Annual Violent Demolition and

Collection of Land Violent Index’ says, the means of violent

demolition include: ‘Cut off water, electricity and gas;

threaten and harass land owner; smash glass doors and windows; Surround ‘Nail households’; forcing and disturbing relatives; forced, illegal, mistakenly removed, detained style demolition.

The report says, behind this violence are ‘public authority

omission, coldness, protection and connivance.

The public authority personally join in. Compared with 2012,

‘system vulnerabilities’ are getting more and more exposure.’

After the Arrest of Ilham, Urumqi State Security Resigned

After Beijing Uighur scholar Ilham Tohti was removed by the

police from his home on January 15, the Chinese Communist

Party (CCP) hasn’t notified his family.

More and more people inside or outside China support Ilham.

By January 20 there were almost one thousand people asking

the CCP to immediately release Ilham on the internet.

According to ‘Radio France Internationale’ reports, on January

18t an Urumqi Municipal Public Security Bureau, State

Security plain clothes officer, Kuerbanjiang Aibibula,

resigned from dissatisfaction over Ilham‘s arrest.

Aibibula’s resignation letter

said that, Ilham’s case is hiding some Xinjiang officials’

last conspiracy and will receive the Central Commission for

Discipline Inspection’s severe punishment.

The resignation letter says, ‘Push the major responsibility

of the Xinjiang issue to a Uighur scholar in the end.

This is not fair, let me participate, commit and complete

this historical wrong case, I cannot do it.’

Now there is no third-party independent channel verify this

information, but Xinjiang local rumors say that Kuerbanjiang

has been incarcerated by the police.
