第24屆聯合國人權理事會大會，目前正在日內瓦聯合國萬國宮召開，法輪功人權代表陳師眾博士應邀到大會作專題發言。

據《大紀元》新聞網報導，9月19號，在聯合國人權理事會副主席 Iruthisham Adam女士主持的國際人權討論會上，陳師眾提出了對中共活摘法輪功學員器官的指控，要求聯合國徹底調查和阻止中共的這一罪行。

過程中，中共代表多次打斷陳師眾的指控發言，而美國、英國、法國、意大利、瑞典、瑞士、捷克等國家駐聯合國代表，則公開表示對中共做法不滿，要求陳師眾完成所有發言。

捷克代表在大會上表示，陳師眾對中共活摘器官指控的專題演講，在當天是最受關注、最受歡迎的發言。

法律界質疑甘肅初中生發帖被拘

甘肅張家川回族自治縣初中生楊某，因「發帖被轉發500次以上」，被警方「涉嫌尋釁滋事」刑事拘留事件，繼續受到各界關注，除了網友的大聲譴責外，大陸法律界人士也提出質疑。

有法律界人士認為，轉發500次只是誹謗罪的入罪條件，並非尋釁滋事罪的入罪條件，後者的入罪條件是「造成公共秩序嚴重混亂」。

還有法律學者質疑警方濫權，打壓維權活動。並指出，當事人未成年，按照中共刑事條例應該不受羈押。

另外，據大陸媒體報導，楊某的父親表示，楊某的發帖被轉發不到500次，將請律師介入。

新疆在建醫院塌 多人死傷官方隱瞞

新疆喀什巿一家正在加建的醫院，9月初發生倒塌事故，造成幾十人死亡，但是，中共官方卻對外宣稱，事故沒有造成人員死亡，僅有14人受傷。

據《自由亞洲電臺》9月20號報導，9月2號晚上，新疆喀什第一人民醫院建築工地安全通道約50米高的防護棚，被大風颳倒，近千平方米的鋼管、架子板、防護網等坍塌。

當地居民透露，事故大約造成約80人被活埋，但僅有20多人獲救。而另一消息人士則指稱，未經證實的死亡人數為40人。

報導說，還有一些當地居民較早前曾透露，事故造成8人死亡，20多人受傷。事發後兩天，醫院不准外人進出。當局警告後，有關死亡人數的消息被封鎖。

UN Hears About Falun Gong’s Allegation That The

Chinese Regime Is Live Organ Harvesting From Them

The 24th Session of UN Human Rights Council (HRC) meeting

is currently being held in the Palais des Nations In Geneva.

Dr. Chen Shizhong, Falun Gong human rights representative

was invited to make presentations.

The Epoch Times website reported that, on Sept. 19,

Iruthissham Adam, Vice president of the HRC chaired the meeting.

Chen Shizhong alleged that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)

is performing live organ harvesting on Falun Gong practitioners.

Chen requested that the UN thoroughly investigate and stop

the CCP’s crime.

The CCP representative repeatedly interrupted Chen’s speech.

Representatives from the US, UK, France, Italy, Switzerland,

Czech and other countries openly showed dissatisfaction at

the CCP’s approach. They requested Chen to finish his speech.

Czech representative said in the meeting that Chen’s allegation

of CCP live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners,

is the most popular speech of the day.

Lawyers Question A School Student’s Detention

Yang, a mid-school student in Zhang Jianchuan, Gansu,

reposted messages more than 500 times on the Internet.

He was detained by police on the accusation of making trouble.

The incident received continuous concern by the public.

Netizens strongly condemned the Chinese Communist Party,

Lawyers have raised questions.

Legal experts believe that to repost message 500 times is

just a libel conviction.

It should not be a condition of crime of making trouble.

The latter incriminating condition was “causing serious

disruption to public order."

Legal scholars questioned why the police abused power, and

carried out suppression of human rights activities.

Scholars said that Yang is a minor and should not

be detained according to law.

According to media, Yang’s father said that Yang reposted

less than 500 times, he will seek lawyers’ help.

Chinese Regime Blocked Death Toll Figures From

Building Accident At Xinjiang Hospital

A hospital in Kashgar, Xinjiang collapsed in early September,

killing many people.

However, the official media reported that no one died,

only14 people were injured.

Today Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported that on the evening of

Sept. 2, a 50 meter high scaffolding collapsed at No.1 People’s

Hospital in Kashgar due to strong winds.1,000 square meters

of steel pipe, shelf panels and protective nets collapsed.

Local residents revealed that 80 people may have been

Buried and only 20 of them were rescued immediately.

Another source said that the initial unconfirmed

reports put the death toll at 40.

RFA cited residents earlier that up to eight people may have

been killed, more than 20 others injured.

Two days after the mishap, the hospital refused visitors.

Information about death toll was restricted and then blocked

following the Chinese Comunist Party warning.
