【新唐人2013年08月17日訊】就在越來越多的證據證實中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官，國際社會紛紛譴責之際，中共國家衛生計生委8月15號聲稱，未來兩年之內，大陸公民死後的器官捐贈，將可以完全取代死囚器官。不過，大陸民眾表示，不相信中共會放棄死囚犯作為器官移植來源。而且，對中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官，犯下的反人類罪行，很多大陸民眾非常憤怒，痛聲斥責。
中共國家計生委人體器官移植臨床技術應用管理委員會主任黃潔夫14號聲稱，大陸現在推動的公民心臟死亡後器官捐贈，以每月100例的速度增加。 目前，公民器官捐贈總數已經達到1010例。
黃潔夫承認，95-99%的移植器官來自於死囚。但是，他說會取得死囚本人以及家人的同意。他還聲稱，中國公民身後器官捐獻，不用兩年「就可以完全取代器官移植對死囚器官的依賴」。許多民眾不相信官方的說法，懷疑當局會繼續使用死囚器官。
河南鞏義商人王麗云：「我是不相信的。因為他這方面一貫說謊。而且不要說死囚了，就是正常人你的權利也經常被侵犯。」
河南鞏義商人王麗云：「因為中國人的觀念他不願意這樣做。他都是希望留個全屍，而且火化很多人都不願意接受，何況把器官給別人捐獻出來？」
河北滄州農民工曹建忠：「不大可能。我們現在捐獻的還很少很少。我們村有一個得白血病的，他都找不到配套的骨髓移植，何況是器官？我不大相信。共產黨統治中國，完全是一個騙字，就是忽悠老百姓。」
近年來，海外媒體和人權組織持續披露，2003-2006年之間，中國移植數量呈爆炸性上升，有很多證據表明，這些器官來自於活體摘取法輪功信仰者的器官。
加拿大前亞太司司長大衛•喬高（David Kilgour）和國際人權律師大衛•麥塔斯（David Matas）發佈的《大衛調查報告》中公開了與廣西民族醫院醫生廬國平對話的電話錄音，在電話錄音中，盧國平多次親口承認移植的供體來自於法輪功學員。（對話片斷）
調查員： 那你的同學有沒有跟你說過，他們做的都是這種法輪功的，是不是啊？
盧醫生： 有些是法輪功的，有些是家屬捐獻的。
調查員： 喔。那現在就是說，我想找這種，給我的孩子找這種法輪功的，你估計他能幫我找到嗎？
盧醫生： 肯定能夠找得到。
調查員：法輪功供體是男的還是女的？
盧醫生：男女都有。他會根據你的配型來選。
調查員：他年齡多大？
盧醫生：一般都在30歲左右。
調查員：像你們都要到監獄去挑選是嗎？
盧醫生：肯定會挑選。
河南鞏義商人王麗云：「太令人氣憤了。不是正常的社會，正常的人性能做出來的。而且除了法輪功，在醫院裡面現在也發生這種事情。就普通的人去看病，然後出來突然發現器官少了。現在已經爆出這樣的了。」
一位化名安妮的女士曾向大衛•喬高作證中共的活摘罪行。她說，自己的前夫是一名神經外科醫生，從2001年底開始被招募來幫助摘取眼角膜。每次手術後，安妮的丈夫就得到巨額的金錢回報，安妮的丈夫後來從合作的其他醫生那裏才知道供體是法輪功學員。
2010年4月21號，中共前總書記胡錦濤訪美期間，安妮和在華盛頓新聞發佈會上公開指證中共在蘇家屯活摘法輪功學員器官。她表示，無論中共如何銷毀證據、威脅追殺她，她願用生命作證，揭露中共活體摘取法輪功學員器官的罪惡。
北京工程師梁先生：「主謀做這樣的事情是犯罪。被命令執行做這樣的事情也應該算犯罪。違反人類良知底線。如果是真的話。不管你是甚麼制度，你是甚麼政府，你是甚麼個人，你是甚麼集團，你是甚麼組織，都不能這樣做。」
據《明慧網》7月27號報導，在北京周邊某市有一位腎移植者，與一名法輪功學員的丈夫是好朋友。最近這位法輪功學員問他：「你知不知道所摘器官是誰的？」他說：「知道，是法輪功學員的，是一個二十三歲小夥子的。」這位男士披露：他就醫的北醫三院當時有幾十人同時做不同的器官移植手術，並且一批接一批的做。

China Pressured to Stop Using Prisoners’ Organs
With evidence of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong
practitioners continuing to surface and
increasing condemnation from the international community,
the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) National Health and
Family Planning Commission announced on August 15
that within the next two years,
organ donation from Mainland citizens will completely
replace organs from executed prisoners.
However, the mainland Chinese do not believe that the CCP
will stop taking organs from executed prisoners.
They are also very angry about the CCP’s harvesting organs
from live Falun Gong practitioners.
On August 14, Huang Jiefu, the Human Organ Transplant
Clinical Technology Application Management Committee head,
declared that promotion of civic organ donation after a cardiac
death has increased to 100 cases per month.
There have been 1010 cases in total so far.
Huang Jiefu admitted that 95-99% of the transplanted organs
came from executed prisoners.
However, he said he can obtain the consent of the prisoner(s)
and their family.
He also claimed that Chinese citizens support organ donation,
and within two years, organs from executed prisoners can be completely replaced.
Many people don’t believe the officials version of the story and
suspect executed prisoners’ organs will continue to be used.
Wang Liyun, Businessman from Gongyi city, Henan: “I don’t
believe that, because [Huang] always lied regarding this issue.
The rights of ordinary people are now being violated,
let alone those of death row inmates.
And Chinese people won’t donate their organs,
because they believe in keeping the body intact.
Many Chinese aren’t even comfortable with being cremated,
let alone donating their organs.”
Cao Jianzhong, migrant worker from Cangzhou city, Hebei:
“That’s impossible. We now donate very few organs.
Someone in our village suffers from leukemia, but he
can’t even find a matching donor for a bone marrow transplant, let alone an entire organ.
I do not believe it. The CCP rules China with deception.
It loves to fool the masses.”
In recent years, foreign media and human rights organizations
have continued to disclose that from 2003-2006,
the number of transplants in China exploded.
There is mounting evidence that these organs were harvested
from live Falun Gong practitioners.
David Kilgour, a former Canadian attorney and politician,
and David Matas, an international human rights lawyer,
jointly published an investigation report.
Included in the report is a telephone recording in which
Dr. Lu Guoping from Guangxi National Hospital acknowledged
that organs from Falun Gong practitioners are being used.
Investigator: Have your classmates told you that
they use organs from of Falun Gong practitioners?
Dr. Lu: Some are from Falun Gong practitioners,
and some are donated by families.
Investigator: Oh, I would like an organ form Falun Gong
practitioner for my child. Do you think that is feasible?
Dr. Lu: I am certain the doctor can find it.
Investigator: Are they males or females?
Dr. Lu: Both, depends on the body matching.
Investigator: How old would they be?
Dr. Lu: Around 30 years old.
Investigator: Do you get them from prisons?

Dr. Lu: Yes, from prisons.
Wang Liyun, Henan businessman: “This is too outrageous.
It couldn’t exist in a normal society with normal human beings.
Besides Falun Gong practitioners, it even happens to
average patients in the hospitals.
People go to the hospital due to illness and end up with
their organs being taken.”
A lady using the pseudonym Annie testified for
David Kilgour on crimes of organ harvesting, saying that
her ex-husband was a neurosurgeon and was recruited
to assist in the removal of corneas since 2001.
Her husband received a huge amount of money
as reward each time.
Later, her husband found out from other doctors on the team
that the donors were Falun Gong practitioners.
On April 21, 2010, when Hu Jintao, former CCP leader
visited the US, during a news conference in Washington,
Annie publicly testified against the CCP’s harvesting organs
from living Falun Gong practitioners Sujiatun.
She said that no matter how the CCP destroyed evidence
and threatened to kill her,
she is willing to testify with her life to expose
the CCP’s crimes against Falun Gong practitioners.
Mr. Leung, a Beijing engineer: “It is criminal to do such things.
Following orders to do such things are also committing a crime.
It violates the bottom line of human conscience.
No matter what system, what government, which individual,
what group or what organization, we cannot do such things.”
According to a July 27 report by ‘the Minghui website,’
in a city near Beijing,
a Falun Gong practitioner asked a good friend
of her husband about his recent kidney transplant:
“Do you know where your kidney comes from?”
He replied, “Yes, from a Falun Gong practitioner,
a 23-year-old young man.”
He also said that there were several dozens of organ transplants
taking place in three Beijing hospitals at that time,
with ongoing operations, one batch after another.
