中共的「兩會」3月3號在北京開幕，大陸警方對維權異議人士的警戒控制也全面鋪開。有維權人士表示，這次受到的監控，比之前的敏感日有所升級。
北京知名社會活動人士胡佳3號在推特上說，這次人大、政協兩會的警戒和騷擾升級了，便衣們不僅守在他家樓下院門口，還直接待在四層的家門口，一開門就與便衣面對面。這種方式前所未有。
據互聯網最近幾天傳出的消息，很多大陸維權異議人士兩會前被控制。如北京的江天勇律師3號下午被一群國保控制、上海知名網友李化平同一天被派出所帶走，上海民運人士楊勤恆2號被警察無辜毆打等等。
第二批聯署 呼籲人大通過人權公約
中共「兩會」召開前，第二批大陸學者、前官員、律師以及活動人士簽署聯名信，呼籲中共「人大」儘快批准加入《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》。
據「英國廣播公司(BBC)」中文網報導，第二批簽名者約百人，包括前官員鮑彤、前新聞出版署署長杜導正、律師滕彪、學者高瑜、楊繼繩和女性活動人士葉海燕等。
聯名信指出，這個國際公約代表人類對權利、自由和尊嚴的普遍訴求，大陸當局應當儘快批准。
在此之前，已有120多知名學者、律師等簽署了這封聯名信。
王薄案小說法國脫銷
法國最近出版的一本關於王立軍、薄熙來案的法文小說，引起法國社會關注，小說一度在法國一些大書店脫銷。
這本名為《淺灘之虎》的小說，利用各類角色對白，揭出了薄熙來的「黑打」真相、巨貪黑幕，以及薄夥同周永康、曾慶紅、江澤民針對習近平的「政變」篡權陰謀，還揭出了王、薄、周、江等殘酷迫害法輪功修煉者、特別是活摘法輪功學員器官的罪行。
小說作者、法國教授菲力普•德賽定在接受媒體採訪時表示，這部小說的核心觀點是﹕「王立軍事件引發出的一切都與法輪功話題有關聯」，而且，「對世界歷史進程產生了決定性影響」。
中共自爆軍方攻擊海外法輪功網站
在中共軍方的網絡間諜活動引起全球關注，中美兩國互相指責，輿論沸沸揚揚的時候，中共自己的媒體卻自行洩露了中共軍隊網絡攻擊系統的秘密。
香港《鳳凰網》3月2號轉載了《湖北衛視》前一天的節目「長江新聞號」內容，其中有關「網路黑客」的節目單元裡，一名社科院軍控中心人員介紹網絡黑客攻擊方法時，螢幕顯示「攻擊目標」為海外「法輪功網站」列表，其中包括：法輪大法在北美、阿拉巴馬地區法輪大法、法輪大法網、明慧網、法輪功見證站點(一)等。

Security For The Two Meetings Goes To A Higher Level
The two meetings of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
is due to start in Beijing on March 3rd .
The control over rights dissidents by the mainland police
has comprehensively started.
Some rights activists say the monitor on them is
escalated this time.
Beijing activist Hu Jia wrote on twitter on March 3rd that
the security of NPC and CPPCC is escalated this year.
There are plain clothes police outside his front door
and building. Once he opens the door, he has to face them.
It never happened like this before.
There has been information released on the internet that
many mainland rights dissidents were controlled before the two meetings.
For example, Beijing lawyer Jiang Tianyong
was taken away by national security on March 3rd .
Well known Shanghai netizen Li Huaping was also
taken away by police that the same day.
Shanghai pro-democracy activist Yang Qinheng was beaten
by police for no reason on the 2nd.
The Second Round of Petitions for Proving
the Convention on Human Rights
Before the two meetings started, the second round of mainland
scholars, former officials, lawyers, and activists signed a
joint letter to appeal the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
national people’s congress.
The congress is to prove the International Covenant on
Civil and Political Rights.
BBC Chinese web reported that around 200 people
signed the second round of petition.
They included former official Bao Tong, former director of
Press and Publication Administration Du Daozheng,
lawyer Teng Biao, scholar Gao Yu and Yang Jisheng,
and woman activists Ye Haiyang, etc.
The joint letter indicates that this covenant represents
human beings’ pursuit to rights, freedom, and dignity.
The CCP should prove it as soon as possible.
Before the second round, more than 120 famous scholars
and lawyers had already signed the joint letter.
Novel of Wang Lijun and Bo Xilai Case Sold Out in France
A French novel about the case of Wang Lijun and Boxilai was
recently published in France, causing much social concern.
The novel has been sold out in many major book stores.
The book is called Le Gué Du Tigre.
Using dialogues of different roles, the novel reveals the
truth behind “gang crack down” and official corruption.
It discusses Bo colluding with Zhou Yongkang, Zeng Qinghong,
and Jiang Zemin to usurp power from Xi Jinping.
It also reveals the cruel persecution of Falun Gong practitioners,
especially the organ harvesting crime against them.
French professor Philippe Dessertine, the author of the novel,
was interviewed about the core idea of the novel.
He said “Everything triggered by Wang Lijun’s case leads to
Falun Gong issue”.
This “has a decisive impact on the course of world history.”
The Chinese Communist party (CCP) Discloses Its Military
Attacking of Falun Gong Overseas Websites
Chinese military cyber attacking has caused worldwide focus.
While China and the U.S. are accusing each other fiercely, the
CCP media disclosed secrets of its military’s cyber attack system.
Hong Kong’s ifeng media reproduced “Internet Hackers”,
an episode of Hubei TV’s program “Yangtze River News.”
In the footage, an arms control center staff from the Academy
of Social Sciences introduced the method of cyber attack.
The attack targets listed on the screen showed Falun Dafa
websites in North America, Alabama area, Falun Dafa.org,
minghui.org, Falun Gong practicing cites, etc.
