《南周》出刊 警察報社外清場

因刪稿事件鬧得沸沸揚揚的《南方週末》,1月10號如期出刊,但是,報紙隻字未提刪稿風波。而最近四天,一直對《南周》辦公樓室外的抗議者袖手的中共警察,卻開始暴力清場,多人被強行帶走。

據美國《華爾街日報》報導,這些抗議者是在當地時間下午1點45分抵達《南方週末》辦公室的門外,他們拉開了橫幅標語,吸引了數十名路人旁觀。但是在2點15分,一輛商務車駛近、幾名便衣男子從車上跳下、將兩名示威者按倒在地,隨後推入車中帶走。

另外一名坐在輪椅上的示威者則是被推倒之後,由警察抬走。大約15分鐘後,又一輛商務車駛近,4名男子將一名示威者按在地上,隨後強行帶走,據傳這名示威者被帶走時高喊「我被綁架了」。

數十人因聲援《南周》被傳喚

除了廣州警察的清場行動,中共各地警察也對網上或街頭聲援《南周》的民眾,給以傳喚或所謂「喝茶」的打壓。

據《美國之音》報導,大陸異議人士、獨立中文筆會副秘書長野渡,曾在聲援《南周》的現場發微博並拍照。1月8號警方以涉嫌「非法集會」的理由,傳喚他7個小時。在傳喚期間,野渡被警察強制脫光衣服搜身。

報導說,據不完全統計,中國各界聲援《南周》期間,有幾十人被傳喚、被喝茶、被監視、被跟蹤。

網友在推特上透露,中國知名房地產商任志強,和著名企業家李開復「被喝茶」。而北京的知名法律維權人士江天勇也「被跟蹤」。

中共軍機進入日本防空識別區

據日本媒體報導,1月10號,中共的軍用飛機飛入釣魚島日本防空識別區,日本派出F-15型戰鬥機前往攔截。中方飛機不久之後離開,目前並不清楚雙方飛機當時的距離和位置。

日本電視臺的報導說,中共這次出動了包括戰鬥機在內的3個種類的十多架飛機。

這是中共軍用飛機首次出現在這一爭議性島群附近的空域。

陳光誠侄兒陳克貴妻 北京公開露面

據香港《明報》報導,1月9號,山東盲人維權人士陳光誠侄子陳克貴的妻子劉芳,在逃亡了近9個月後,在北京公開露面,她指出,山東法院對陳克貴的判決不公。

報導說,劉芳曾到濟南尋求律師幫助,並簽署了委託協議,還有十多名維權律師組成律師團,但是,隨後多位律師被打壓,有的律師更被註銷執照。後來,劉芳擔心被山東當局抓捕,輾轉躲藏到北京一個朋友家裏。

Southern Weekend resumes publication; Police stand guard.

After the event of the tampering article,

Southern Weekend resumed publication on January 10th.

However, the newspaper didn’t mentioned any

messages sent about the tampering article.

For the past four days, the police stood outside the office and

didn’t allow protesters near.

They became violent and many protesters were taken away.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the protesters

were out at the Southern Weekend office at 1:4pm.

They unfolded slogans and attracted many people

hanging around watching.

However, at 2:15pm a commercial vehicle approached,

containing several men got out.

They wrestled two protesters to the ground and

then took them away.

A protester who was in a wheelchair was pulled down and

the police carried him away.

After 15 minutes, another commercial vehicle approached,

four men wrestled a protester to ground and forcibly removed.

It’s said when the protester was taken away,

he shouted that he was kidnapped.

Supporting Southern Weekend, many people were subpoenaed.

Including the clearance outside of Southern Weekend office,

police from all over China also subpoenaed and asked supporters

from the internet or street protest to so-called “drinking tea”.

According to report of the VOA, mainland dissident and vice

secretary of independent Chinese pen center Ye Du published microblogs and posted photos on the supporting site.

On January 8th the police arrested and held him for seven

hours in the name of illegal meeting.

During the subpoenaing, Ye Du was forcibly stripped naked

to be searched.

Supporters of Southern Weekend all over China were arrested,

monitored and tracked according to reports of partial statistics.

Some netizens tweeted that famous real estate trader Ren

Zhiqiang and enterpriser Li Kaifu were asked to “drink tea”.

Well known civil rights attorney in Beijing Jiang Tianyong

was also tracked.

Chinese military aircrafts flew into Japanese air defense

identification zone.

According to reports of Japanese media, on Jan. 10th

Chinese military aircrafts flew into Japanese air defense identification zone over Diaoyu islands.

Japanese force dispatched F-15 fighter to intercept.

Soon, the Chinese aircraft left. It’s not clear the distance

and location of the aircraft.

Japanese state TV reported that the Chinese Communist

Party (CCP) dispatched three blocks of ten aircrafts including fighters.

This is the first time that Chinese aircrafts emerged from

this controversial district area of the islands.

Wife of Chen Guangcheng’s nephew chen Kegui emerged in Beijing.

Hong Kong Ming Pao reported that on Jan. 9th Liu Fang,

wife of Chen Kegui, nephew of blind civil rights attorney,

appeared in Beijing after escaping for about nine months.

She pointed out the sentence to Chen Kegui from

Shandong court was unfair.

The report said that Liu sought attorneys’ help in Jinan,

Shandong province and signed entrustment agreement.

Over ten attorneys organized an attorneys group.

However, several attorneys were cracked down on

and some had their licenses canceled.

Liu Fang was worried about being arrested by Shandong

police and managed to hide in a friend’s home in Beijing.
