【新唐人2012年9月22日訊】前重慶市副市長兼公安局長王立軍案庭審結束後，中共喉舌媒體《新華社》發佈了長篇報導，通報王立軍案件始末。這份通報稿證實了之前的許多傳言。另外，法國《世界報》駐京記者在9月20號上午，通過電話採訪了王立軍律師王蘊採，她披露了與官方不同版本的庭審內容。
王立軍一案，在成都中級人民法院一審庭審結束。根據中共喉舌《新華社》報導，王立軍面臨徇私枉法、叛逃、濫用職權和受賄的刑事責任。
9月20號上午，法國《世界報》駐京記者佩德羅來蒂（Brice Pedroletti），通過電話採訪了王立軍律師王蘊採。佩德羅來蒂表示，王立軍庭審中仍有些不清楚的地方，希望王蘊採能夠澄清。王蘊採指出，《新華社》公布的庭審內容不夠全面，例如，谷開來殺人證據並沒有銷毀、王立軍並不知道徐明出錢買房、庭審中有提到薄熙來的名字等。
王蘊採也向《德國之聲》間接承認，在法庭上，控方直接提出了薄熙來的名字。她說：「通報認定了這個事實，應該是在庭上具體提出來了。」
據了解，現年54歲的王蘊採，是北京「隆安律師事務所瀋陽分所」的律師。
與谷開來謀殺案不同的是，中共當局允許王立軍家人自聘律師為他辯護，而非官方指定律師。
稍早前，傳王蘊採與成都中院簽定保密協議，不得對外透露王立軍案情。
大陸網路作家劉逸明表示，大陸官方在輿論上不透明，害怕老百姓知道真相，但是全球都在關注這件事情。
大陸網路作家劉逸明：「事實上中國（共）官場跟那個黑社會差不了多少，就像薄熙來、谷開來，薄熙來是高官，谷開來是律師，他們應該是很清楚，甚麼事情該做，甚麼事情不該做，但他明知道薄谷開來殺人，但是最後薄熙來還要庇護薄谷開來，去打王立軍的耳光，這說明中國很多官員手中有權力，想怎麼幹就怎麼幹。」
劉逸明分析，在海伍德死亡案件中，薄熙來目無法紀、陰險毒辣，外界有目共睹。而通報稿聲稱王立軍在接受調查期間，揭發了他人重大違法犯罪線索，為有關案件的查辦發揮了重要作用。劉逸明說，可見，王立軍的確是檢舉揭發了薄熙來夫婦等人。
劉逸明認為，王立軍雖然被控四項罪名，但可以肯定的是，他會跟谷開來一樣，最終與死刑無緣。
而時事評論員藍述表示，對於處理薄王事件的過程，中共當局以一貫的手法——避重就輕，模糊事實的焦點。
時事評論員藍述：「整個國際社會現在關注的聚焦點，就是對整個谷開來、王立軍、薄熙來的處理過程中，會不會牽涉到對法輪功學員的活體摘除器官，然後到國際市場上販賣，中共就是刻意的迴避這個焦點，然後盡在一些枝節問題上虛晃。」
藍述認為，活摘法輪功學員器官謀取暴利的反人類罪行，不是涉及某一個人的問題，而是牽扯到中共政權上上下下、許許多多部門的一大批官員的問題，所以涉及的是中共官員合夥犯罪的「國家型犯罪」。
21號，成都高級人民法院官員對外宣佈，將於24號上午8點30分，對前重慶市副市長兼公安局長王立軍案做出宣判。外界認為，中共另一場權鬥大戰也即將登場。

Bo Xilai was mentioned in Wang Lijun’s Trial
After the trial of Wang Lijun, the former Vice Mayor
of Chongqing and director of Public Security Bureau,
Xinhua News Agency, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
mouthpiece media published a lengthy report of the entire story.
This report confirmed many previous rumors.
On September 20, the Beijing correspondent of the French
newspaper Le Monde, had a phone interview with Wang Yuncai, Wang Lijun’s lawyer, and was told a different version.
The Chengdu Intermediate People’s Court has ended
Wang Lijun’s trial.
The CCP mouthpiece Xinhua News Agency reported that
Wang Lijun faced being held criminally responsible for
illegal favoritism, defection, abuse of power, and bribery.
On the morning of September 20, Brice Pedroletti, the Beijing
correspondent of the French newspaper Le Monde,
had a phone interview with Wang Lijun’s lawyer, Wang Yuncai.
Pedroletti said that there were unclear points during the trial
and hoped Wang Yuncai could further clarify.
Wang Yuncai pointed out that Xinhua News Agency’s report
was not comprehensive enough.
For example, Gu Kailai’s murder evidence has not been
destroyed, Wang Lijun was unaware that Xu Ming paid for a house, and Bo Xilai was mentioned in the trial.
Wang Yuncai added that she indirectly admitted
to Deutsche Welle that Bo Xilai was mentioned in court.
She said, “The report identified this fact which should
be specifically brought up in court."
It is understood that Wang Yuncai, 54, is a lawyer
at Longan Law Firm, Shenyang Branch.
Wang Lijun’s case is different from Gu Kailai’s murder case.
The Chinese authorities allowed Wang Lijun’s personal lawyer
to defend him instead of an official designated lawyer.
Earlier, Wang Yuncai had signed an agreement with
the Chengdu Intermediate People’s Court that she would not disclose Wang Lijun’s case.
The Mainland Internet writer Liu Yiming said that the public
knows Chinese officials are not transparent.
Officials are afraid of people finding out the truth.
The whole world is concerned about this case.
Mainland Internet writer Liu Yiming: “In fact, the Chinese
officials are almost like the mafia.
Bo Xilai is a high ranking official and Gu Kailai is a lawyer.
They both know what is legal and what is not.
Bo knew that Gu committed a murder.
However, Bo slapped Wang Lijun to protect Gu.
This explains that officials with power in China can do what
they please.”
Liu Yiming analyses that in Haywood’s murder, Bo Xilai
was lawless, sinister, and ruthless and the outside world is aware.
The issued report claims that during the investigation,
Wang Lijun disclosed clues to serious crimes and has played
an important role in the investigation and handling of the case.
Liu Yiming thinks its obvious Wang Lijun indeed exposed
Bo Xilai and his wife.
Liu Yiming believes although Wang Lijun was charged with
four counts, it’s certain that he will not get the death penalty.
Political commentator Lan Shu believes that in handling
of Wang Lijun’s case,
the Chinese authorities took the same approach as before
– being evasive and blurring the important facts.
Lan Shu: “The international community as a whole is concerned
about whether the Gu and Wang trials will involve the
organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners and
the sale of harvested organs on the international market.
The Chinese regime has purposely avoided this focus point
and has paid extra attention to minor issues.”
Lan Shu believes that profiteering from organ harvesting
of live Falun Gong practitioners is a crime against humanity,
not involving a personal issue, but involving the entire CCP
and many officials.
That means it is the official’s partnership has committed
a “nation-wide crime."
On Sept. 21, Chengdu officials of the Higher People’s Court
announced that the verdict of Wang’s case will be out on the 24th.
The outside world believes that the Chinese regime will begin
another power struggle drama very soon.
