【新唐人2012年8月16日訊】涉及8.10重慶及多地跨省的劫殺案嫌犯周克華，在五省高度戒備，軍隊出動，重慶數萬警力圍捕的情況下，直到第五天早上，《央視》報導說，周在沙坪壩區被擊斃，相關新聞展示了周被擊斃圖像，卻引來民間質疑聲一片。
14號《央視》報導說，中共公安部A級通緝嫌犯周克華14號早上被警方擊斃。警方說，自2004年以來，周克華流竄重慶、湖南、江蘇等地，持槍作案10起，打死10人、打傷6人，搶劫巨額財物和81-1自動步槍一支。
重慶市公安局副局長黃偉說：「民警王曉渝、周縉在沙坪壩區童家橋附近發現周克華蹤跡。」周縉說：「當時我們距離他只有三米了，相互開始進行槍戰，然後就看周倒在地上。」
黃偉還說：公安部門調集近萬名公安、武警，投入搜索犬110條，巡查車輛419輛，冒著40多度的高溫酷暑，對歌樂山進行全面圍捕，終於獲得了回報。
相關新聞展示了周克華被擊斃的圖像，他面朝下倒在馬路上，身下一大灘血，側面頭上有一個彈洞。
有網友指出：「通緝令上說周克華中等偏瘦，而被擊斃的『周克華』明顯是中等偏胖﹔也有網友質問：「敢不敢給個正面照。」
人權團體「中國天網」發言人蒲飛指出，在中國冤假錯案並不是個案。希望警方能向全社會公布一下週克華案件的相關資料。
「中國天網」發言人蒲飛：「公布出來，我相信能夠經得起檢驗的話，大家質疑聲自然就會停止，如果它繼續現在這個策略的話，並不是一個明智的辦法，因為現在它也給不出一個具體的東西證明，被殺的就是周克華。」
住在周家附近的重慶市民王先生表示，1月6號，南京發生的劫殺案，當局公布的逃犯姓鄭，不是周克華。他說，警方這麼快認定另外8起跨省劫殺案，也是周克華做的，「太草率」。
重慶市民王先生：「這個公安機關，有的…立功也好，授獎也好，都是搞一些虛假的面子，周克華這個事情現在已死無對證了。那8起案子是不是周克華在做？如果不是周克華，是不是還有第9起、第10起，還有其他的沒有所謂偵破出來的？」
《瀟湘晨報》報導，對於警方「確認」周克華是被擊斃，住在事發地旁邊的居民湯女士卻說，周克華是自殺身亡。她說，她早上買菜回來，路過現場，看到民警打傷了周克華的腰部後，周朝頭部開槍自殺。
周克華多年來作案不斷，卻每次都逃脫追捕，10號，周再次打死一人、打傷兩人後，重慶市除了出動數萬警力圍捕外，周邊的五個省份也高度戒備，甚至出動軍隊參與圍捕，但直到第五天早上才傳出被擊斃。
對此，中共當局辯解說，今年42歲的周克華曾在軍隊特種兵服過役。但周克華母親向媒體表示，周克華沒有當兵的經歷。
重慶市王先生指出，每年當局動用巨額的維穩費，而且每個城市大街小巷都安裝有攝像頭，卻讓周每次作案後都能順利逃走，他認為，警察的辦案能力值得懷疑。
重慶市民王先生：「他這個辦案，就是靠嚴刑逼供，或那些大圍捕，大搜捕啊，動用這麼大的警力，這麼多社會資源去做這些事情，還有這些類似周克華這樣的人，整個社會沒有信仰，道德缺失，犯罪就不計後果。」
周克華案件暴露出了民眾對當局的不信任，和對警方平時不作為的痛恨。王先生認為，如果不是民眾有意偏袒，根本用不著公安部勞民傷財，民眾早把周克華送進監牢了。

Zhou Kehua’s Suspicious Death
Tens of thousands of police and security joined forces
to search for suspect Zhou Kehua for 4 days.
On the fifth morning, CCTV news reported that Zhou was
killed while showing some photos, which was widely doubted by the public.
CCTV reports on the 14th said that Class A wanted suspect,
Zhou Kehua, was fatally shot by the police that morning.
Police said, since 2004, the gunman had killed ten persons
and wounded six in Chongqing, Hunan, Jiangsu and other places.
He embezzled a huge amount of money and one 811
automatic gun.
Deputy Director of Chongqing Police Bureau, Huang Wei,
said that Zhou was found near Tongjia Bridge at Shapingba district.
Zhou Jin said that they were just 3 meters away from him.
“They began to exchange gunshots,
and then I saw him fall to the ground," he said.
Huang Wei also said, “More than ten thousand police,
security forces, 110 searching dogs,
and 419 patrol cars blanketed Gele mountain in search,
and eventually we made it."
Related news showed photos of Zhou’s death.
He lay in the road face down, in a pool of blood,
and a bullet hole on the side of his head.
Netizens observed that he looks much slimmer
in the warrant photo that in the gunshot photo. Some asked, “Dare to show his face?"
Spokesman from China Tianwang Human Rights Service,
Pu Fei, said since wronged cases were quite common in China,
the police should release more detailed information about Zhou.
Pu Fei: “If they release factual details, all the doubts
will naturally cease.
If they continue with the current strategy, it is not wise,
because they can’t prove the deceased person is Zhou Kehua."
Zhou』s neighbor, Mr. Wang, a local resident of Chongqing,
said that the robbery took place on Jan. 6th in Nanjing.
The wanted suspect announced is Zheng, not Zhou.
He said the authority quickly concluding another eight
robberies is also the work of Zhou Kehua is overhasty.
Mr. Wang,"Local police quite often forge
their achievements to get awards.
Zhou Kehua’s death can’t be further investigated.
Is it true that the other eight cases were all done by him?
If not, is there a ninth or tenth case, and other cases yet
to be cracked?"
Xiaoxiang Morning quoted Ms. Tang, a local witness, who
said that Zhou killed himself, and was not killed by the police.
She said that on her way home from shopping,
she passed by the site and saw Zhou shoot himself
in his head after he was shot at waist level by the police.
Zhou conducted many crimes for the past several years,
however, he successfully evaded police every time.
On the 10th, after he killed one and wounded two, Chongqing
authority utilized tens of thousands of police to search for him.
The surrounding 5 provinces also dispatch security forces
to join the effort.
Zhou was said to be killed on the morning of the 5th day.
The authority said that the 42-year old suspect
had been trained as military special forces.
However, his mother told media that
he never served in the military.
Mr. Wang in Chongqing said that the police consume a huge
amount of budget to installed cameras on every street, even small alleys.
However Zhou easily escaped every time, so he seriously
doubts the ability of the police.
Mr. Wang: “Normally, the police rely on
torture to extract confessions.
Their search for the wanted involves
so many people and huge amount of resources.
But persons like Zhou Kehua are still around.
When the whole society doesn’t believe in virtues,
crimes are carried out more recklessly."
Zhou’s case also reveals the public’s distrust in the authority
and a strong feeling against police doing nothing.
Mr. Wang said that if the public didn’t passively
not cooperate with the police, Zhou would have been put behind bars much earlier.
