【新唐人2012年5月29日訊】繼貴州習水、浙江麗水發生嫖宿幼女案件後，網傳浙江永康再發生大規模嫖宿學生處女事件，且涉及多名人大代表和企業家﹔同時河南省永城市市委辦公室副主任李新功因強姦少女被拘，中共官方公布，已查實強姦十多名少女，但民間指出，受害少女保守估計近百名。民眾呼籲，嚴懲中共淫官，斬斷他們伸向幼女的魔爪。
27號微博實名認證用戶「時代週報」高級記者陶喜年、網名「姦商陶瓷」發微博說，浙江永康發生大規模嫖宿學生處女事件，涉及多名人大代表和企業家。
大陸媒體28號報導，浙江省金華永康市公安機關正在查處一起介紹在校女中學生賣淫案件。共抓獲違法犯罪嫌疑人10人。
而在事件發生的前一天，河南省永城市政府網站發佈消息說，市委辦公室副主任李新功涉嫌強姦少女，25號已經被永城市公安機關刑事拘留，中共當局公布，已查實李新功強姦十多名少女，但民眾舉報的受害者數字超過百人。
李新功強姦幼女的事在當地早就傳言，直到5月8號李新功在永城市「第三中學」門口，再次伺機作案時，才被刑警抓捕。諷刺的是，李新功曾多次被評為「優秀黨務工作者」，同時還兼職「永城職業學院」語言文化系教師。媒體報導，警方是在輿論壓力下，才採取行動。
據了解，永城市已下達封口令，不允許任何人隨便發佈有關信息和接受媒體採訪。
早前，河南省的另一名官員，鎮平縣原政協副主席吳天喜，因強姦多名初中女生，2009年被處死。
深圳胡女士指出，這是共產黨的「無神論」洗腦的結果。
胡女士：「多年來，中國人，在共產黨無神論的洗腦下啊，很多人不相信神佛的存在，也不相信善惡有報，所以很多人失去了道德和良知，甚麼壞事都做得出，別說強姦幼女，我看殺人他們都做得出。 。」
中共當局只將「強姦幼女案」定性為「嫖宿幼女」，一些淫官大多又重罪輕判，致使「性侵幼女案」如同瘟疫一樣，蔓延至中國各地。
大陸維權律師李天天認為，受害女孩家長為保護女孩的名譽，反而助長了這些淫官的惡行。
大陸維權律師李天天：「中國農村很多地方很封建的，女孩子出了那種事，家裏人首先想到要保護女孩子的名譽，不是想著懲罰惡人，而是想著保護自己的名譽，保護家庭的名譽，往往不敢聲張啊，或者給點錢，因為窮嘛，給點錢就買通，就搞定了。」
李天天指出，生活中類似案例很多，但中國的法律已不起作用。
李天天：「強姦幼女罪判的還是比較重的，法律是有規定的，他即然敢這麼幹，肯定是有背景，有後台，不怕法律，能搞得定公檢法，人嘛，肯定都有互相學習的本能吧，政府壞到無惡不作以後，然後下面的官兒也就無所顧忌了。」
2009年貴州習水、浙江麗水、臨海「性侵幼女」惡性案件曝光後，河南魯山一名「有前科」的教師，每次犯案後又被轉校繼續任教，以致又強暴6名在校女童。
胡女士希望中共當局能嚴懲那些禽獸不如的淫官，參照刑法第二百三十六條最高刑罰，對他們以無期徒刑或者死刑論罪，斬斷他們伸向幼女的魔爪。

Frequent Rape Reports: Public Call for Officials’Punishment
After reports of rape incidents in Xishui, Guizhou Province
and Lishui, Zhejiang Province,
large scale prostitution of female students has now been
reported in Yongkang, Zhejiang Province.
Several National People’s Congress (NPC) deputies
and entrepreneurs are involved.
Meanwhile, Li Xingong, Deputy Director of the
Municipal Administrative Office in Yongcheng, Henan Province was arrested on rape charges.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) claimed
that Li has raped over 10 girls.
The actual number of victims reported
by the public is nearly 100.
The public have appealed for punishment of those monsters
officials, to stop them from harming young girls.
Tao Xinian is a real-name registered microblog user
and senior reporter from Time Weekly.
On May 27, Tao used an online nickname Jianshang Taoci,
and said that several NPC deputies and entrepreneurs
are involved in large scale prostitution of female students
in Yongkang, Zhejiang Province.
According to media reports from China on May 28,
police in Yongkang are investigating a prostitution case.
This involved female middle school students,
and they have arrested 10 suspects.
It was reported on the Yongcheng, Henan Province
municipal website the previous day that Li Xingong,
Deputy Director of the Municipal Administrative Office,
has been detained since May 25 by police.
The CCP government claimed that Li Xingong
has raped over 10 girls.
The actual number of victims reported is nearer 100.
There have been rumors about Li Xingong raping girls,
and he was finally arrested on May 8.
He was hunting for his next victim outside
the No.3 Middle School in Yongcheng.
Ironically, Li Xingong was named as 『Outstanding Staff
in Party Affairs several times.
He was a teacher of language and culture
at Yongcheng Vocational College.
According to media, the police took action
under pressure from public opinion.
Yongcheng Municipality is said to have forbidden anyone
from releasing related information, or being interviewed.
Previously, Wu Tianxi, Vice-Chairman of Zhenping County
Political Consultative Conference in Henan Province
was sentenced to death in 2009 for raping
several female middle school students.
Ms. Hu in Shenzhen City said that this is a result
of brainwashing by the CCP’s atheism.
Ms. Hu: “Chinese people have been brainwashed
by CCP atheism for years.
They don’t believe the existence of gods, or that good
and evil will always be rewarded.
So many have lost their values and conscience.
They could do any bad deed.
Not to mention raping girls, I think
they can even kill people.”
The CCP regime only accused these rapists of prostituting
girls, imposing a lenient sentence for a serious crime.
It therefore allowed rape to spread all over China
just like a contagion.
Li Tiantian, a human rights lawyer in China, said Chinese
people’s feudal thoughts fostered officials’ bad deeds.
Li Tiantian: “In many feudal rural villages, once a young girl
is raped, her family always want to conceal it.
They want to maintain her reputation,
and not to punish the evil.
They only act for their own fame,
so they usually don’t tell anyone else.
Because they are poor, money can
make them silent.”
Li Tiantian said that there have been a lot of similar cases,
but the law in China is no longer effective.
Li Tiantian: “Raping girls is a serious crime,
defined explicitly by law.
He must have power behind him
to make him dare do so, ignoring the law.
A person always learns from others,
good or bad.
Since the government is extremely corrupt,
the subordinate officials have no fears.”
There were rape incidents in Xishui, Guizhou Province,
Lishui, Zhejiang Province and Linhai City exposed in 2009.
A teacher in Lushan, Henan Province, with a criminal record,
only got transferred every time he raped a girl. Six more girls were raped as a result.
Ms. Hu hopes that CCP authorities can severely punish
those monster officials.
To give them life sentences or death penalty
according to Article 236 of the Criminal Code.
This way, they cannot harm young girls any more.
