《大紀元時報》獨家報導，據北京消息人士透露，傳中共中央政治局核心領導人已經達成四點共識，將在18大宣佈重大決定，中國從此走向人民民主的道路，主要內容包括：組成各界人士參與組成新憲法籌備委員會、宣佈中共歷史使命已經完成、平反「六。四」和「法輪功」、實現軍隊國家化。報導說，消息尚未證實，但在中共高層一定的範圍內瘋傳。
《大紀元》分析說，目前隨著王立軍、薄熙來事件的曝光，中共政法委層層黑幕也被揭開。中共政治局常委、政法委書記周永康十八大肯定要下臺，血債派扶植的繼任人薄熙來已經出局，江澤民、“6•10”和政法委在鎮壓法輪功十三年中發生了的活體摘除法輪功學員器官殺人網、製造震驚世紀偽案——2001年《天安門自焚》，並因此案涉及的連環滅口暗殺罪惡等都將曝光於天下。這些殘酷的迫害事實，足以讓中共垮臺，令世界震驚。

另外，大陸盲人維權律師陳光誠逃出殘酷囚禁已經一個星期，輿論普遍認為他目前在北京受到美國保護。但是這個影響重大的事件到底如何解決，中美兩國官方都遲遲不肯表態。外界認為，陳光誠本人也面臨去留問題的艱難選擇。
陳光誠逃出後，曾對朋友表示，他要留在中國，繼續他的維權工作。但是，這個要求，似乎使中美官方為難。BBC引述《法新社》的消息說，美國「對華援助協會」傅希秋牧師透露，過去幾天情況發生了變化，陳光誠此前一直不願意離開中國，但是現在他接受了現實，知道「他不可能回東師古了」，所以只要家人能陪同，他準備到美國去。
與此同時，協助陳光誠逃離的大陸網友和陳光誠家人的安危，也引起了廣泛關注。據多家媒體報導，除了陳光誠的大哥陳光福被抓、侄兒被追殺外，他的家仍被嚴密封鎖，外界很難了解他的妻子、孩子和老母親的近況。而參與營救的北京學者郭玉閃仍然受到監控，另一名參加營救者，南京網友珍珠（何培蓉）被抓後，也沒有確切消息。

Rumors Say High-Level CCP Reached Consensuses:
Redressing False Cases, Amending Law, and Establishing Multi-Party System
The Epoch Times exclusively reported that according
to a high-level source in Beijing,
key leaders in the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP)
Politburo have reached four consensuses.
At the 18th National Congress they will announce that
China will take the road toward democracy.
The source said the main issue includes people from all
walks of life forming a preparatory committee for a new constitution.
They will announce that the CCP has finished
its historic mission.
The June 4th (Tiananmen Square Massacre) and Falun Gong
issues will be redressed, and the military nationalized.
Reports said the news hasn’t yet been confirmed,
but has quickly circulated at the high-level.
The Epoch Times analysts who have been following exposure
of Wang Lijun’s and Bo’s affairs say the Political and Legislative Committee’s corruption is also being disclosed.
In addition, Zhou Yongkang will certainly be removed
at the 18th National Congress.
The “Blood Debt Faction’s” successor, Bo Xilai, has been
sacked.
Jiang Zemin, the 6.10 office, and the Political and Legislative
Committee have persecuted Falun Gong for 13 years.
During those 13 years, they launched a network of live organ
harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners, and concocted the false Tiananmen Square self-immolation case in 2001.
This case, which involves a series of murders, will also be
exposed to the world.
The facts of the brutal persecution will shock the world,
making the CCP collapse.

Chen Guangcheng’s Fate Uncertain, Rescuers’ Safety Concerned
It has been one week since blind human rights lawyer
Chen Guangcheng escaped house arrest.
The public believes that Chen is in Beijing
under U.S. protection.
However, neither China nor the U.S. has made any comments
regarding how they are dealing with this major event.
Outsiders believe that Chen also faces making the difficult
choice of staying in China or becoming a refugee in the U.S.
Chen had mentioned to his friends after fleeing that he wishes
to stay in China and carry on with his activist work.
However, his demands seem to have embarrassed China
and the U.S.
The BBC quoted news from Agence France-Presse in which
Bob Fu, a priest involved with the China Aid Association in the U.S., revealed that many changes have occurred recently.
Fu said that initially Chen didn’t want to leave China,
but now he has accepted the fact that there’s no chance
of returning to Dongshigu village, so he’s preparing
to head to the U.S. as long as his family can accompany him.
Meanwhile, the safety of Chen’s netizen friends and family,
who assisted him to escape, has drawn the public’s concern.
Many media outlets reported the arrest of Chen’s brother.
Chen’s nephew was chased down, and his home is still
being closely guarded.
It’s difficult for outsiders to know his wife,
child and mother’s situation.
A rescuer, Guo Yushan, is still being monitored and another
rescuer, Chen’s netizen friend, He Peirong in Nanjing, was arrested. Her whereabouts is still unknown.
