【新唐人2012年4月27日訊】胡溫拿下薄熙來，贏得了大陸民眾和自由派知識份子的讚譽，許多文化人高興得想放鞭炮慶賀。然而，海外學者卻認為，拿掉一個薄熙來遠遠不夠，胡溫只有繼續拿下週永康，清除「血債派」，把共產黨的意識形態從中國徹底清理出去，中國才有希望。
台灣《聯合報》發表一篇文章，文章中說，薄熙來倒臺，大陸文化界人士又心驚又慶幸。心驚的是，中國差點走入薄熙來的極左道路。慶幸的是，歷史畢竟朝向正面的方向走。由於王立軍事件的引發，胡溫總算拿下薄熙來，許多文化人高興得想放鞭炮，他們認為真的是「天祐中國」！
美國「喬治梅森大學」教授章天亮博士表示，薄熙來在重慶搞「唱紅打黑」，其實搞的就是共產黨原教的那一套東西。「唱紅」就是共產黨的宣傳模式，歌頌共產黨，報喜不報憂。
章天亮：「 他所謂的這種打黑，簡單的說就是…把有錢的人那些錢搶過來，然後給有錢的人安上一個罪名，說你是黑社會，把人抓起來，甚至給你槍斃掉了。這個跟共產黨當年奪取政權之後搞的甚麼公私合營，鎮壓資本家、鎮壓反革命，把這個當時農村和城市裡有錢的人都抓起來殺掉，這個做法是一模一樣的。」
章天亮認為，拿下薄熙來是一件慶幸的事情，但是，如果胡溫不能拋棄共產黨，不繼續清除「血債派」，去了一個薄熙來，還會有另一個出現。
章天亮：「現在關鍵問題就在於，如果胡溫不能拋棄共產黨的話，他對極左勢力的清算就得有一定的限度。比如真正薄熙來的總後臺像周永康這樣的，他就沒辦法去動。他們覺得好像把一個薄熙來搞定之後，好像極左的勢力就被清除了一樣，其實不是這樣的。」
當薄熙來被撤職後，根據民間揭露，周永康同樣犯有7宗罪，包括貪腐、殺人、謀反、淫亂、迫害人權、迫害信仰自由（法輪功）、封網封殺言論自由、妨害法律公正等罪。外界認為，一旦胡溫下決心調查，周永康罪行纍纍，難逃法網。
有媒體爆料指出，周永康和薄熙來在北京、重慶和成都進行了五次會面，籌劃讓薄熙來在中共十八大接替周晉升政法委書記，並在上位兩年內強迫習近平下臺，必要情況下將動用武力逮捕習近平。他們計劃在2014年前奪權。
評論員傑森指出，薄熙來事件實質上是「血債派」在維持權力，努力延續他們權力的鬥爭。
評論員傑森：「 一開始就是整個我們把它叫血債派，努力的要維持他們權力的延續，以保證他們不被中國的法律、中國人民從法律和道義上，讓他們償還他們所犯下的對中國人所犯下的血債。他們就一定要延續他這個權力，這個是問題的關鍵。」
傑森認為，只要血債派一天擁有權力，就會拚命的把這個權力延續下去，只要延續下去，就會不斷製造事端。所以，胡溫如果要讓中國人穩定、安寧的生活下去，唯一的辦法就是徹底把「血債派」清算掉。

Intellectuals Celebrate Bo Xilai’s Removal.
Scholars Say It’s Only One Step.
Hu-Wen expelling Bo Xilai won the praise of Chinese
people and liberal intellectuals.
Many intellectuals would like to set off firecrackers
to express their happiness.
However, overseas scholars think it’s not enough for only
Bo Xilai to be removed.
Hu-Wen must also expel Zhou Yongkang, cleaning away
the “Blood Debt Faction.”
It must move China away from the ideology of the
Communist Party completely. Then China will have hope.
Taiwanese “United Daily” published an article stating
Bo Xilai’s fall made Chinese intellectuals happy and scared.
They were scared that China would take on an extreme left
road if Bo hadn’t been removed.
They are happy that the history chose the right direction.
Wang Lijun’s case was a trigger that finally led Hu-Wen
to expel Bo Xilai.
This made intellectuals feel so happy they
wanted to set off firecrackers .
They thought this is “God Blessing China”.
Zhang Tianliang, professor from U.S. George Mason
University commented.
Chongqing’s “Sing Red and Strike Black” launched
by Bo Xilai is an action of the original Communist Party.
“Sing Red” is the propaganda method used to praise
the Communist Party.
It only reports the good news and doesn’t report
any bad news.
Zhang Tianliang: “[Bo Xilai’s] so-called 『Strike Black』
can be simply explained as grabbing money from the rich,
then framing the rich as gangland criminals, arresting them,
and even sentencing them to death.
This action is same as that of the Communist Party
after it first grasped power in China.
It had joined public and private ownership of individual
enterprises, suppressed capitalists, suppressed
counter-revolutionaries, arrested all rich people in cities
and rural areas, then killed them.”
Zhang Tianliang thought it was a lucky thing
that Bo Xilai was expelled.
But if Hu-Wen don’t abandon the Chinese Communist Party
(CCP), and don’t continue to clean the “Blood Debt Faction”, they will have another Bo Xilai.
Zhang Tianliang: “Currently, the key issue is that if Hu-Wen
don’t abandon the CCP, their actions to clean the leftists will have limits.
For example, the real boss of Bo Xilai is Zhou Yongkang,
Hu-Wen have no solution to remove Zhou.
They felt that removing Bo Xilai is removing the leftists.
But that’s not the truth.”
After Bo Xilai was expelled, Zhou Yongkang was unveiled
for his seven crimes.
This includes corruption, murder, rebellion,
sexual immorality, anti-human rights,
persecuting freedom of belief (Falun Gong),
and speech, blocking the internet and obstructing the law.
It’s believed that if Hu-Wen decided to investigate,
Zhou can’t escape because he has too many crimes.
Some Media have reported that Zhou Yongkang had met
with Bo Xilai five times in Beijing, Chongqing and Chengdu to arrange their rebellion.
Their plan was that Bo Xilai would succeed Zhou Yongkang
to be the leader of Political and Judiciary Committee in the 18th National People’s Congress Conference.
They would force Xi Jinping to step down after 2 years,
using military force if necessary, and seize power in 2014.
Commentator Jie Sen pointed out that Bo Xilai’s case
is essentially the “Blood Debt Faction” maintaining
their power; to perpetuate their power struggle.
Jie Sen: “In the beginning, the 『Blood Debt Faction』
was trying to maintain their power.
They want to guarantee they will not be asked to pay back
the blood debts of Chinese people by any law or any morality.
They want to perpetuate their power.
This is the crux of the problem.”
Jie Sen thought as long as the “Blood Debt Faction”
has power, they will try very hard to perpetuate it.
If their power is perpetuated, they will continue
to cause trouble.
If Hu-Wen want Chinese people to have a stable
and peaceful life, the only way is to clean the “Blood Debt Faction” away completely.
