【新唐人2012年4月26日訊】中共政法委書記周永康被秘密調查的消息，已被國際多家媒體報導，而中共喉舌媒體 24號節選了周永康上個月的講話，把他在政法委書記首期培訓班上表示堅決擁護中央和胡錦濤的內容，再一次刊登出來，似乎希望阻止有關周永康受到薄熙來事件牽連，並受到整肅的傳言。外界認為，「王、薄、周事件」打亂了中共內鬥格局，中共不得不著眼於十八大前的維穩。
4月24號，中共媒體《人民日報》長篇刊登周永康3月26號在「政法委書記首期培訓班」上的講話。文中要求各級政法單位擁護黨中央，貫徹執行總書記胡錦濤的政策。
《BBC中文網》發表文章說，由於薄熙來事件的影響，中共的確對周永康作了調查，他也在黨內作了檢討。但是目前中共著眼於十八大之前的維穩，不希望在十八大之前對周永康有所動作。
《北京之春》雜誌主編胡平表示，周永康肯定有很大的問題，但中共為了穩定，表面上對周永康不採取甚麼大的動作。
胡平：「（中共）它就是跟過去不一樣了，它自己亂了套了，過去它沒有暴露出這麼多問題。所以它現在很難辦就在這，當然它們想維穩，但你現在做不做得到，那都很難說。」
中共公布薄熙來被立案調查後，海外原本有江系背景的幾家中文媒體，突然爆出大量涉及周永康謀反、暗殺、殺妻、貪腐、荒淫等等內容。隨後大陸民眾不斷髮出法辦周永康，取締政法委呼聲。
胡平：「你像薄熙來這次出問題是因為一個偶然的因素，王立軍進入美國領事館，把這個問題扯開了，撕破了，包不住了，否則它也會，你看大事化小，小事化了。哪怕你周永康、你薄熙來有奪權的這種嫌疑，那麼它們也是不動聲色，然後想辦法把你排出去，剝奪了你的實權，但對外不聲張，一聲張就家醜外揚了嘛。」
胡平認為，不單是周永康，中共內部其他人也沒有幾個是乾淨的。大家都在一條船上，打起來船就翻掉了。中共為了保護這個船，他們就互相包庇。
而日本《讀賣新聞》4月23號也在報導中說，從多名中共內部關係人士傳出的消息，確認中紀委已經對中共政法委書記周永康展開調查。
《明鏡新聞網》曾在上個星期援引「北京政治圈的人士」的話說，中共中央政治局舉行兩天的秘密擴大會議，決定對周永康展開立案調查，延期召開中共十八大。
胡平表示，如果推遲開會，就說明中共內部出了大問題。
胡平：「十八就很簡單，大家知道共產黨開黨代會，人大會都是一樣的，都是橡皮圖章嘛，都是事先把劇本寫好了，大家都排練過了，一切都沒有問題了，才敢上場的。你現在成這個樣子，那他們不是很擔心嘛。劇本都沒有，那開會怎麼開啊？」
胡平分析，主導十八大的這個人，現在他可能也不知道十八大該如期召開好？還是延期召開好？

Zhou Yongkang’s Old Speech was Reported to
Maintain the Stability
Zhou Yongkang, secretary of the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) Political and Law Committee, was reported by many international media that he is under a secret investigation. On the 24th, the CCP mouthpiece media took an excerpt
of Zhou’s speech from last month in which he said he will firmly support the central government and Hu Jintao in the first training course for the Political and Law Committee secretaries. His old speech was published once again that it seems they want to stop Zhou from being implicated by Bo Xilai and from being subject to a purge. The outside world thinks that, due to the events of ‘Wang,
Bo and Zhou’ have disrupted the pattern of the CCP’s infighting, the CCP has to focus on maintaining stability before the 18th congress.
On 24th April, the CCP’s media mouthpiece, ‘People’s Daily’ published Zhou’s lengthy speech about the first training course for the Political and Law Committee secretaries on 26th March. In his speech, he asked political units at all levels to support the CCP’s Central Committee and to implement the policy of Hu Jintao.
‘BBC Chinese Net’ published an article stating that because of Bo’s incident, the CCP indeed investigated Zhou. He also confessed within the party. But currently the CCP aimed at maintaining stability and does not want to take action against Zhou before the 18th congress.
“Beijing Spring" magazine editor, Hu Ping said, Zhou must have a big problem,
but the CCP tries to maintain stability, on the surface, the CCP won』t take action against Zhou.
Hu Ping: “(CCP) it is different from the past and finds itself now in chaos. It did not expose so many problems. It wants to maintain the stability, but it is hard to say if they can make it or not".
After the CCP announced Bo was under investigation, several overseas Chinese media which are related to Jiang, suddenly published news relating Zhou about rebellion, assassination, murder, corruption, debauchery, etc. Then people from the mainland asked to bring Zhou to justice and ban the Political and Law Committee.
Hu Ping: “Bo’s incident is because of an accidental factor that Wang Lijun went to the U.S consulate and opened-up the problem. Even if Zhou and Bo are suspected of seizing power, they are very quiet and then think of ways to discharge and deprive you. But they will maintain silence to the outside,
otherwise the ‘family’ scandal will spread."
Hu Ping believes that not only Zhou, others within the CCP are not ‘clean’.
Everyone is in the same boat, if they fight, the boat will capsize down. The CCP tries to protect the boat by shielding one another.
Japan’s Yomiuri Shimbun, on 23rd April, also reported that news from the related persons within the CCP show that, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has started an investigation into Zhou.
‘Der Spiegel news network’ quoted ‘political circles persons’, that the Central Committee Political Bureau held two days of secret meetings and decided to commence an investigation into Zhou, and postpone the 18th congress.
Hu Ping said that if the meeting is postponed, it means that a big problem has occurred within the CCP.
Hu Ping : “Everyone knows that the CCP’s meetings are fake and are scripted prior to the event until there is no problem. Now they are of course worried.
Because there is no script, how can they have the meeting?"
Hu Ping analyzed that the person who leads the 18th congress may not know if it should be held as scheduled, or be further delayed?
