【新唐人2012年4月23日訊】最近突然出現的重慶文人兼商人王康，陸續向海外媒體爆料薄熙來案件的有關內幕，引起人們對他的關注。尤其在海伍德命案方面，他爆出了很多薄熙來、谷開來、海伍德之間不為人知的一些細節內幕。不過，王康的爆料居然沒有被當局干預，讓外界揣測不已。

王康向《路透社》爆料說，「薄熙來夫婦的關係多年來一直不正常，而谷開來曾與海伍德關係甚密。」並且對《泰晤士報》說：谷開來與海伍德之間「絕對」有超乎友誼的關係。王康還告訴《每日電訊報》，目前至少有39名政商人士，因與薄熙來關係匪淺而遭到拘押，其中包括中共重慶南岸區委書記夏澤良，以及大連「實德」的老總徐明。

從王立軍2月6號進入美領館以來，北京對外發佈有關王立軍和薄熙來案的正式消息可謂惜墨如金，而王康對媒體說，他與薄熙來一家並無私交，他原本是「對現實政治完全不太關心的人」，是個和薄家隔得很遠的人，「只不過剛好有一個消息來源，知道有關的一點消息而已。」

石濤：「這個王康大概兩三天前，突然露面，突然爆料，特別向外國媒體爆料，挺有意思的，挺特別，一開始不知道怎麼出來的，沒有一個前面的預兆，但是出來的料又很實在，我們就看看到底往哪兒引？」

台灣《中國時報》援引「北京消息人士」的話說，王康大部分的信息都是北京傳播出去的，用意在「製造氛圍」。

重慶當地記者透露了王康的身份，包括重慶「陪都文化有限公司」董事長、北京「光華戰略俱樂部」副理事長、學術委員會主席，對台灣問題也有涉獵。這位記者還說，「沒想到他現在比中紀委還厲害。」

之前，周永康主導追查的所謂網絡謠言，雖然事後都被證實那些謠言都是事實，但還是有許多人因此被抓捕關押，多家網站被關閉，民間籠罩在一片白色恐怖中。但王康屢屢爆出敏感話題，為甚麼沒有因為散播謠言而被抓起來？

石濤：「現在矛盾都轉向到所謂死的這個英國人，而不是提到像薄熙來的唱紅打黑，等等，所以，它所表現出來的，在我看來就是黨內依然是團結的，至於路線鬥爭不希望外人參與，希望把這件事情最後集中在死人身上，然後給它解決掉，讓外部的形象更好一些。」

王康為甚麼能得到這麽多「機密信息」，又能如此輕鬆的「爆料」？王康向《德國之聲》表示：他可以斷定，在重慶、在北京、在中國，比他知道更多內情的不知道有多少人，因為種種原因他們不願意出面來說。而他態度的本身，比講話的內容更重要。不過他還說：「現在我是不是受到（官方的）壓力，我不會直接的告訴你，請你理解。」

Are Wang Kang’ Revelations A CCP’ Strategy?

Recently, the Chongqing businessman and scholar

Wang Kang suddenly drew a worldwide attention.

He leaked inside stories of Bo Xilai’s case

to non-Chinese media.

Especially on the Heywood’s death, he revealed many

secret details of Bo Xilai, Gu Kailai and Heywood.

Surprisingly, the Chinese Communist Party’ (CCP) regime

has not interfered with him, which raises questions.

Wang Kang told Reuters that, “the relationship between

Bo Xilai’ couple has been in trouble for a long time,

and Gu Kailai once kept a close relationship with Heywood.”

He also told Times that the relationship between

Gu and Heywood was definitely beyond “friendship.”

To Daily Telegraph Wang revealed that at least 39 politicians

or businessmen with close ties with Bo had been arrested.

This includes Chongqing Nan’an District’s CCP secretary

Xia Zeliang, and Da Lian Shide Group’s president Xu Ming.

Since Wang Lijun’ entry in the US consulate on February 6th,

the CCP’ regime is very careful with news on Wang and Bo.

On the other hand, Wang Kang told media,

that he had no private relationship with Bo Xilai’s family;

as a person who cared little about politics,

he had stayed far from Bo’s faction these years;

he just happened to hear this information

from some sources.

Shi Tao: ”It was about two-three days ago when Wang Kang

suddenly popped up and started telling inside stories to non-Chinese media.

This is interesting and special,

because he seemed to come out of nowhere,

with no sign you could tell ahead,

but what he said sounds reasonable and likely to be true.

So we need to think about the direction

his words are leading us towards.”

Taiwan’ newspaper China Times cited Beijing’ source, that

Wang Kang’s words originate from Beijing, which tries to create certain ambience via the media.

A Chongqing journalist revealed that

Wang Kang holds titles of positions in various fields.

They include board chairman of Peidu Cultural LLC.,

vice executive and president of academic committee of Guanghua Strategy Club in Beijing, etc.

China’s issue with Taiwan is also one of his study interests.

The journalist remarked, “it’s hard to imagine, but he knows

even more than the CCP’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.”

Just a short time ago, Zhou Yongkang had carried out

a crackdown on the so-called “online rumours.”

Even though many of them were confirmed to be true later,

there were still many people arrested and websites closed.

At one time the Chinese people

were shrouded in red horror.

As a comparison, why hasn’t Wang Kang been arrested

as he has talked so much on such a sensitive incident?

Shi Tao: ”Now media are focusing on the British man’ death,

rather than Bo Xilai’s “sing red, hit black” campaign.

In my opinion, this suggests that the CCP still tries

to maintain its image of united party,

and doesn’t want the outsiders to know much

about their internal struggle.

Therefore it tries to direct the media to focus on the murder

case, thus solving the problem with keeping a better image.”

The question is where does Wang Kang obtains those

“secret details” from and why could he leak them so easily.

According to Wang’s interview with Deutsche Welle,

there are certainly many people who know more about Bo’s case than him, either in Chongqing, Beijing or China.

They just chose to keep silent for many reasons.

Furthermore, Wang’s standing point can be regarded

as a more important sign than the stories he tells.

Wang said, “Please understand that I can’t directly tell you

whether I am now under the authorities’ pressure or not.”
