【新唐人2012年4月7日訊】《人民日報》繼3月底連續發表兩篇文章，來樹立對中共領導核心的信任與信心後，星期四再次刊發以《滿懷信心迎接黨的十八大》為題的評論員文章，要求人們堅定信心，把注意力和精力集中到改革發展上來，要求在工作中所謂「心無旁騖」。外界認為，除了中共害怕民眾關心它的內鬥外，這些文章也折射出中共臨終前的哀號。
《人民日報》週四的文章圍繞「信心」展開，描述了當前改革發展呈現出的所謂「活力迸發、蓬勃興旺的良好態勢。」
外界認為這篇文章有中共一貫採用的「春風化雨」之嫌。因為前一陣網絡信息控制時鬆時緊，並且封網抓人。
《中國事務》主編伍凡認為，中共在經濟和政治上都遇到了非常大的困難，目前鼓吹大好形勢，是為了平穩開好十八大，對外粉飾太平，同時也安定內部。
「中國民主黨全委會美國委員會」主席張健認為，現在信息這麼發達，全球變成了地球村，不管中共採取甚麼手段，人們也不會再像以前那樣容易被它矇蔽，都在等著它的解體。
張健：「中共這個政權是全世界已經為數不多的這樣一個瀕臨破滅的一個組織了，它不但對18大沒有信心了，它歷年的十幾大都沒有信心。它唯一靠的就是手中的這種高壓的獨裁來限制人民的言論，你看它甚麼都怕，它怕它被打倒、它怕茉莉花、它怕法輪功、它怕人們講真相、它怕任何任何的言論，同時它也怕它自己的國民。」
伍凡勸民眾不要為共產黨的任何表現所迷惑，不要被它牽著鼻子走，他說，只有解體共產黨，人們才有希望。
伍凡：「再有一點，老百姓現在要求平反，還有很多罷工，這些形勢對它們壓力也很大，對共產黨面臨的內部鬥爭，外部又是老百姓在反抗，在這種時候，它也要讓老百姓知道共產黨是團結的，你要推翻我不那麼容易，要給老百姓有點感覺，在這個時候，不能夠讓老百姓趁經濟不好而推翻共產黨，內部先表面團結吧，再聯手起來對付老百姓。」
伍凡認為，現在內鬥的激烈程度，高官的貪腐程度、經濟衰退、通貨膨脹、社會矛盾都超過了當年6.4學生運動發生的背景。
伍凡：「我說今年可能會發生六四，你首先人們討厭共產黨，這是個最根本的原因，共產黨內部的鬥爭也是來源於社會的動亂，社會矛盾誰製造的呢，共產黨製造的，這互為因果，在這樣的情況下他們消滅不了社會矛盾，解救不了人們的生活問題，那矛盾一直存在著，那總有一天要爆發。」
時政評論員章天亮認為，中共的內部鬥爭，從來都是你死我活，如果胡錦濤不能夠把周永康徹底整垮，周永康很可能把胡錦濤包括他的家人拋出去當替罪羊。
章天亮：「其實我覺得現在胡溫有兩個方面的東西他可能搞得不太平衡，一方面他們竭力的去抓緊軍隊的權力，要求軍隊表態效忠，但是我覺得他們還應該跟民間合作，也就是說要做一些能夠得民心的事情，比如說去停止迫害法輪功，廢除勞教制度，釋放高智晟，平反6.4。」
張健認為，如果再有像6.4的事件發生，一定是薄熙來集團或者胡錦濤、習近平之間一方取得明顯優勢，而把對方打入地牢，然後產生的連鎖反應。因此，這場好戲才剛剛開始。

CCP Dying Wail: People’s Daily Calls for Public Confidence
in Central Leadership.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) mouthpiece
People’s Daily published two articles.
They aimed to strengthen confidence
towards central leadership.
On April 5, it published editorial article, “With Confidence
to meet the Party’s 18th Congress.”
It called for the public to consolidate confidence, focusing
on reforms and concentrating on nothing else working.
Outsiders believe that apart from the CCP fearing people’s
concern at their infighting, it also reflects a dying wail.
One Thursday, The People’s Daily highlighted “confidence”
in an article describing the current reform as so-called
“energy burst, success and prosperity status.”
Outsiders regard this article as window-dressing.
Recently internet control has been both lax and tight,
seeing it tighten to arrest netizens.
Wu Fan, editor in chief of China Affairs believes that the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has experienced economic and political difficulties.
It is currently advocating an excellent situation for a stable
meeting of the eighteenth Congress Conference.
It is whitewashing for other countries, and is trying
to stabilize internal Chinese affairs.
Chairman Zhang Jian of China Democratic National
Committee believes that nowadays, information is so developed that the world has become a global village.
Whatever means the CCP utilizes, people will not be as easily
deceived as before, and are waiting for its disintegration.
Zhang Jian: “The CCP regime is an organization on the verge
of crackdown among the few in the world.
It’s lost confidence towards the 18th Congress Meeting,
and it had no confidence in its former meetings too.
It relies on a high pressure dictatorship to restrict
people’s speech.
It is afraid of everything, like being overthrown, Jasmine
Revolution, Falun Gong, people telling the truth, any speeches, and its own nationals."
Wu Fan advised the public not to be deceived by the CCP,
not be led by the nose.
He said, only with disintegration of the CCP,
can people have hope.
Wu Fan: “The people now seek redresses,
there are a lot of strikes.
The situation gives great pressure to the CCP. It has great
internal struggle, and external revolutions.
So it wants to let the people know that the CCP is united,
and not so easy to overthrow.
It wants to give ordinary people this feeling.
It won’t let people overthrow the CCP in a bad economy,
so it shows itself as united internally first.
It then teams up to deal with the people."
Wu Fan said the intensity of infighting, senior officials
corruption, economic recession, inflation, and social
contradictions are all far more than the context
of the June 4th student movement.
Wu Fan: “I think another June 4th movement
will happen this year.
People hate the CCP, which is the most fundamental reason.
The struggle within the CCP is the root of social unrest.
Who caused the social contradictions?
The CCP.
In such circumstances they could not eliminate social conflicts,
or solve people’s living problems.
The contradiction has always existed,
and one day it would break out."
Current affairs commentator Zhang Tianliang said the CCP’s
internal struggle has always been life or death.
If Hu Jintao could not completely topple Zhou Yongkang,
then Zhou is likely to throw out Hu Jintao, and his family as a scapegoat.
Zhang Tianliang: “I think Hu and Wen have two things
not balanced well.
On one hand, they try to seize military power, requiring the
military to show the position of allegiance.
But I think they should also cooperate with civilians, that is,
to do something good for the people.
For example, stop the persecution of Falun Gong, abolish
forced labor, release Gao Zhisheng, and redress June 4th.
Zhang Jian believes that if there is an incident like June 4th,
it must be either Bo Xilai group or Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping
group that has a significant advantage,
and throw the other into a dungeon.
It generates a chain reaction.
