【新唐人2012年4月7日訊】薄熙來事件對中共政壇所造成的巨大衝擊波，使得各地大員紛紛檢視自身立場，積極表態，看自己是否「跟對邊」。近期，不僅軍隊再次向中共總書記胡錦濤高調表忠，上海市委書記俞正聲、中組部部長李源潮、廣東省委書記汪洋也都紛紛與江系作切割，分別高調聲稱要「政治堅定」。
自今年1月以來，中共軍隊頻頻發聲，向胡錦濤表忠心，4月6號，《解放軍報》再次發表文章，聲稱要「不為流言所惑，堅決聽從黨中央指揮。」
政論家凌峰：「他們的表態主要是服從軍委主席胡錦濤的指揮，因為共產黨鬥爭最重要決定勝負是誰掌握軍隊，所以軍隊先表態了，這一陣主要是各個地方的包括政治局常委裡面那些官員。」
4月5號，新華社發表中組部部長李源潮講話，他說，選幹部要「看關鍵時刻表現」。其中，他說的「搞邪門歪道」被外界解讀為影射薄熙來，而「看幹部的政治立場」，則被認為是要求官員在胡溫和江系的內鬥中表態。
同一天，廣東省委書記汪洋要求手下「思想上目標上行動上都要同心」。上海市委書記俞正聲則在近期的一次會議上突出強調要「政治堅定」。
由於俞李汪三人同被視為十八大常委的熱門人選，因此，有評論指出，他們的政治表態被視為尤其必要。
政論家凌峰指出，薄熙來事件牽扯到中央最高層政治局常委，所以現在的表態是全國性的，而且還有一些省市可能要相繼表態。
凌峰：「如果表態支持中共中央，即使沒有提胡錦濤，那至少也表示現在的中共中央反對薄熙來的，是審查薄熙來的，所以在表態了以後，讓中央可以放心。」
凌峰指出，目前江派已經分化，雖然表態的這批人中，有的可能堅決支持，有的可能是假支持。但目前看來，大部分都支持胡溫審查薄熙來。
中國海外網路作家夏小強認為，現在高層的表態在中共歷史上是很常見的一種現象，都是在中共內鬥達到一個臨界點，將要最後攤牌前的一些常規舉動。
夏小強：「實際上現在這種表態，我覺得是一種中共高層失控和混亂的一種表現。整體來看，江派勢力在失勢，各方在站隊，我感覺到在近期，胡溫方面將有比較大的、可能會有比較大的動作。」
但是，夏小強指出，不管中共的這種內鬥如何進行，哪一方如何進行，中共整體上走向解體的命運是無法改變的。
夏小強：「中共解體是肯定的，這個事實你不管怎麼鬥你都避免不了。不管胡溫也好、不管另外的人也好，他們能夠順應民意和天意把迫害民眾的江澤民和周永康政法委繩之以法、懲辦元兇，等於說是為民眾做了一件好事，也為他們自己的未來選擇了一個光明的道路。」
不僅各地方大員在積極表態，中共媒體也屢次發聲。這其中最引人注目的，就是江系北京市委書記劉淇所控制的《北京日報》。3月31號才剛剛高調質疑胡錦濤「總書記」權威，僅僅時隔6天就發表社論《牢記總書記的囑託》，隨後又說要「以實際行動實現總書記的囑託」，被網友笑稱「變臉」變得好快！

Army Express Loyalty Again.
High-ranking Officials Publicly Support Hu Jintao
Bo Xilai event created a huge shock to the politics of the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The high-ranking officials in different regions analyzed
the situation, and expressed who they actively support to check whether they stand on the “right side”.
Not only did the army recently reiterate their loyalty
to Hu Jintao again.
Yu Zhengsheng, party secretary of Shanghai city,
Li Yuanchao, central organization minister,
and Wang Yang, party secretary of Guangdong province,
also separated themselves from Jiang Zemin’s faction.
They made claims they are “political firm”, pledging
to use their action to show loyalty to the central committee.
Since last January, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA)
expressed their loyalty to Hu Jintao frequently.
On April 6, the “Liberation Army Daily" published
an article.
It said: “Don’t be confused by the rumors, follow
the command of the central committee firmly.”
Ling Feng, political commentator: “They declare to obey
Hu Jintao, chairman of central military commission command.
The key factor of the fighting within CCP’s factions
is the control of the PLA.
So the army expressed their attitude, then many officials
in many regions or in the politburo claimed their support.”
On April 5, Xinhua News Agency published a speech
of Li Yuanchao, the Central Organization Minister.
He said to promote an official, they need to see
“his performance at the key moment”.
His words “engage in crooked ways” was understood
to insinuate Bo Xilai, and “consider the official’s attitude”
was understood to be the official’s position within the fighting
between the Hu-Wen and Jiang factions.
On the same day, Wang Yang, party secretary of Guangdong
provincial asked of his subordinates:
“Keep consistency in mind, in purpose and in actions.”
Yu Zhengsheng, party secretary of Shanghai city
emphasized “political firmness" in a recent meeting.
Yu, Li and Wang are regarded as hot candidates for the
Politburo Standing Committee, at the 18th National Congress.
Some commentators pointed out that their political positions
are considered particularly necessary.
Commentator Ling Feng pointed out that the Bo Xilai event
is related to the members of the Politburo.
The positioning is a national action. They must have more
party secretaries in other provinces to express their attitudes.
Ling Feng: “Declaring to support the central committee
means they are against Bo Xilai.
They support the central committee to sell out Bo Xilai,
even if they didn’t mention Hu Jintao in the declaration.
So, the declaration made the central committee
assured of the situation.”
Ling Feng pointed out that Jiang Zemin’s faction is separated.
Among the people who made the declaration, some are firm
Supporters of Hu-Wen, but some are false supporters.
But right now, most of the CCP officials
support Hu-Wen to sell out Bo Xilai.
Xia Xiaoqiang, a Chinese overseas network writer thinks
the current declarations within CCP high-ranking officials are very common looking at history.
It’s a phenomenon that happened when the internal fighting
reached a critical point. Each faction will lay their cards on the table.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “In fact, in my eyes the declaration is a display
showing the CCP leadership is out of control and in a mess.
In general, the Jiang faction is losing power, and everybody
is choosing their position.
I felt that Hu-Wen will have a relatively big action
in the future.”
However, Xia Xiaoqiang pointed out that no matter how
the CCP internal fighting progresses, no matter which
actions one faction takes, the fate of the CCP disintegrating
can’t be changed.
Xia Xiaoqiang: “The disintegration of CCP is confirmed.
You can’t avoid it no matter which actions you take.
Hu-Wen or other people, if they can follow the people’s wish,
follow god’s opinion of justice and punish Jiang Zemin
and Zhou Yongkang, who persecute the people,
it will be a good thing for the people.
They will choose a bright future for themselves.”
Local high-ranking officials position themselves actively,
and the media published related articles frequently.
The most compelling is “Beijing Daily,” which is controlled
by Liu Qi, the party secretary of Beijing city and member of the Jiang faction.
On March 31, “Beijing Daily” published an article
challenging the power of General Secretary, Hu Jintao.
After 6 days, it published another article which switched:
“keep in mind the exhortations of the general secretary.”
It then said to “use the real action to realize the exhortations
of the general secretary.” Netizens laughed at it to changed so fast.
