【新唐人2012年3月24日訊】有消息可靠人士爆出王立軍事件的來龍去脈。報導說，中共最高層對薄熙來的處理，是由習近平提出方案，胡錦濤拍板。至於消息的真實性如何，一起聽聽專家的評論。
3月22號，《多維網》的文章說，消息表明，王立軍是因為涉及薄熙來家人的案件觸怒了薄，後來擔心人身安全而出逃美領館。
對此，美國「哥倫比亞大學」政治學博士王軍濤認為，這些說法只是中共的一種放風手法。
王軍濤：「雙方在博弈，利用民間的空間在打牌。王立軍是否調查薄熙來家人這些不重要，因為我們知道薄熙來家人肯定有問題。無論是說讓王立軍去整薄熙來的家屬，還是去整王立軍本人，逼得薄熙來去處理王立軍，都是賀國強在做。因為他是從紀委開始做。」
時事評論員藍述則認為，現在去炒作薄熙來的事，目地主要還是圍繞周永康的前途。江系仍然想去拉攏習近平，這是放這些風聲的一個很主要的目地。
藍述：「現在最關鍵的人物是周永康。周永康是江澤民手上最大的一顆棋子，也是所有江系裡面最有實力的一個，他如果倒下去了，江澤民的下場就看得很清楚了。」
《多維網》的報導還說，消息指稱，習近平在兩會前已經提出了對薄熙來的處理方案，由胡錦濤拍板。隨後在政治局九常委討論中形成定案。
香港《蘋果日報》報導則引述《外參》雜誌來自北京的消息說，胡錦濤下令他的政治秘書令計劃，以秘密命令執行對薄熙來的處置。身為中央書記處書記兼中央辦公廳主任的令計劃，有直接指揮中央警衞局的權力。另外，香港《動向》雜誌則報導，中紀委書記賀國強14號下午再次倒戈，三問薄熙來，並斥責薄熙來「嚴重違背黨紀」。
藍述認為，不管當初爆出的周薄如何聯手，胡溫如何調查，所有人都沒預料到會走到今天這一步。而胡溫為甚麼會下大力氣辦王立軍案，藍述認為，關鍵在於王立軍所掌握的資料。
據人權組織披露，王立軍在遼寧和重慶兩地都賣力參與迫害法輪功，並參與活體摘取法輪功學員器官。
藍述：「如果王立軍真的把這些資料拿到國際上去了，那才是真正爆炸性的。因為不論任何一個中共領導人，包括胡溫在內，他絕對不願意自己的名字在歷史上和希特勒擺在一起。中共活體摘除法輪功學員的器官，這就比當年希特勒更有過之而無不及啦。他不願意為這個事情去揹黑鍋，因為這個事情是江澤民一手辦下來的，鎮壓法輪功就是由江澤民發動的，周永康執行下來的。」
藍述認為，迫害法輪功的資料，讓中共高層們考慮的不是關於十八大權鬥的問題，而是他們將來會不會被清算的問題，否則權鬥不會走到今天這一步。因此，即使抓了周永康，事情也不會到此打住，必須有真正能承擔責任的人出來，這個人就是江澤民。

Proposal for Handling Bo Xilai’s Case Spread over the Internet
Recently, sources have revealed Wang Lijun’s come and go story.
It is said that the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) decision on
Bo Xilai’s removal was first proposed by Xi Jinping, and then approved by Hu Jintao.
This saying hasn’t been confirmed, let’s have a look at the
experts’ comments on the affair.
On March 22, DuoWei website published an article, saying that
Bo Xilai was angry with Wang Lijun’s investigation of his family.
Wang was worried for his own safety, and then fled to the
U.S. Consulate in Chengdu.
Dr. Wang Juntao at Columbia University in U.S. said that the
spreading of rumour is a method that has always been used by the CCP.
Wang Juntao, “The CCP’s two main groups are fighting,
and are using the public to play out the game.
It is not important whether Wang Lijun investigated
Bo’s family or not. As we know, Bo’s family certainly has problems.
In fact, allowing Wang to handle Bo’s family’s case,
thereby kicking Wang out,
or forcing Bo to deal with Wang, was all arranged
by He Guoqiang.
Because he started action from the Commission for
Discipline Inspection.
Commentator Lan Shu believes that focussing on the Bo issue,
is the same as targeting Zhou Yongkang’s future.
Jiang Zemin’s faction still wants to win over Xi Jinping,and it is
believed that this is the main purpose of spreading rumours.
Lan Shu, “Now Zhou Yongkang is a critical figure in the affair,
he is merely a pawn in the hands of Jiang Zemin, and is
the most powerful figure in the affair .
If Zhou’s downfall, is near, Jiang Zemin’s fate
appears clearly to be sealed.”
DuoWei news also reported that according to sources,
Xi proposed a plan to deal with Bo before the opening of the
two sessions.
Hu approved it, then the 9 members of the Standing Committee
made the final decision.
Hong Kong’s Apple Daily quoted news from Beijing’s
magazine ‘Waican’, which said that Hu had sent an order to take action on Bo secretly.
Being the CCP’s top leader, Hu has the power to command
the Central Guard Bureau.
In addition, Hong Kong’s Trend magazine reported that
He Guoqiang, secretary of the Central commission for Discipline Inspection,
disciplined Bo on three occasions , and reprimanded Bo
for “serious breaches of party discipline.”
Lan Shu believes that regardless of how Zhou and Bo are allied,
or of Hu and Wen’s investigation, nobody had expected today’s result.
Why did Hu and Wen put such great effort into Wang Lijun’s case?
Lan Shu said that the documents that Wang held dealt with key issues.
Human rights groups have revealed that Wang Lijun was
involved in the persecution of Falun Gong.
He is known to have participated in the
live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
Lan Shu says that, “If Wang has exposed the documents
internationally, this will be truly explosive news.
No matter which country’s leaders, including Hu and Wen,
they absolutely don’t want their names written in the same dark pages of history
as those linked with crimes associated with Adolf Hitler
and the excesses of the Nazis in WW11.
The issue of the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong
practitioners’,
can be said to be far more serious than that of
the crimes committed by Hitler’s regime.
They do not want to take the blame for these terrible crimes.
Jiang Zemin himself initiated the persecution,
he launched it, and Zhou Yongkang carried it out.”
Lan Shu believes that the documents about the persecution
of Falun Gong, are making high-level officials think about
whether or not they will be exposed and criticized,
rather than considering the upcoming 18th Congress issue.
Otherwise, the infighting wouldn’t be as intense
as it is today.
Thus, even if Zhou Yongkang were arrested,
it still won’t be the end of the story.
There must be someone to take responsibility for everything,
and that person is Jiang Zemin.
