Facebook

Learn From Lei Feng: CCP Judicial Bureau Chief Collects Butts

Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) came to power

in 1949, it has intentionally shaped a group of “heroes”.

Lei Feng is one of the CCP’s official role models.

One day before the official “Learning from Lei Feng Day",

the Chongqing Judicial admin launched a mass campaign.

Judicial Bureau Director Lin Yujun took the lead by

collecting cigarette butts on the streets.

The public criticized Lin’s act as being just for show.

The eve of March 5—official “Learning from Lei Feng Day"

the CCP once again launched its high-profile campaigns.

On March 4th, the Chongqing Judicial administration

initiated an activity to “learn from Lei Feng".

Judicial Bureau Director Lin Yujun walked about 8 km

in 2 hours, collecting half a bag of cigarette butts.

Up to 10,000 staff from all-levels of Judicial Bureaus

in Chongqing took to the streets to “learn from Lei Feng".

The employees swept the streets and wiped railings.

Cyber writer, Jing Chu: “This is an all too obvious ‘show’.

The story of Lei Feng is a lie in itself.

‘Learning from Lei Feng’ is an openly fake action

that absolutely disregards the truth."

Chongqing citizen, Mr. Li, questions the quality of urban

Management; if Lin had really gathered half a bag of cigarette butts from the streets.

Li says, the CCP spent taxpayers’ hard-earned money

to “learn from Lei Feng".

Mr. Li (Chongqing Citizen): “The learning from Lei Feng

activitiy happened mostly during working hours.

One day’s salaryis over 100 RMB, while they spent

the whole day sweeping streets and collecting butt-ends.

They were paid salaries to learn from Lei Feng.

I feel this is awfully unacceptable."

Coincidently, a passer-by reporter photographed this scene.

Early back in 2003, Shenyang Military Region propaganda

assistant, Zhang Jun, told an insider’s story about Lei Feng.

Photos showing Lei Feng doing good deeds were all later

reshot, according to Zhang Jun.

Cyber writer Jing Chu: “All Chinese know that

Li Feng is a fabricated role model.

The story of Lei Feng and his good deeds were all fraud.

Lei Feng is just a villain.

So I think the officials who proposed to learn from Lei Feng

had completely gone mad."

In Feburary, micro-bloggers thrashed the CCP regime’s

high-profile campaign of learning from Lei Feng.

Netizens exposed that all propaganda photos over Lei Feng

had been reshot later.

Even the “Lei Feng Diary" had been written afterward

by an official writing team.

Netizens cited a lot of proof online,

heavily refuting the CCP’s brainwashing and fraud.

The CCP removed numerous blog postings and blocked

accounts, sparking widespread discontent among netizens.

Netizens condemned Chongqing Judicial Bureau director

Lin Yujun’s collecting of cigarette butts.

Netizens called for severe punishment of officials who do not

do their work but instead make a show to fool people.

The “learning from Lei Feng” activity sharply contrasts

the indifference of those 18 passers-by in Foshan’s

2011 “Little Yue Yue incident", where a 2-year-old was hit

twice by a car and left lying on the street.

At the March 4th National Congress, Guangdong’s

CCP Secretary, Wang Yang, was asked by a reporter:

“How should we look at the current Lei Feng spirit?"

Wang says, learning from Lei Feng has great significance

in addressing the existing “Little Yue Yue incident" problem.

Chongqing citizen Mr. Li says, today’s anomic China

cannot be changed by erecting some typical model.

Lacking new role models, the CCP has now presented

a deceased showman from 50 years ago.

Mr. Li says, the regime has deceived the public

while burying its head in the sand.
