【新唐人2012年2月7日訊】近一段時間以來，中國大陸連續發生惡性持槍搶劫案。同時，各地也不斷爆發民眾維權抗暴事件，引來當局軍警開槍鎮壓。不同的槍聲，卻都昭示著中共推行的強力「維穩」策略並不能換來所謂的「穩定」，反而使社會矛盾越發激化，危機四伏。
2月3號，遼寧省瀋陽市皇姑區發生一起持槍搶劫殺人案件，嫌犯槍擊受害人頭部，搶走現金4萬多元。稍後，52歲的犯罪嫌疑人王立平被警方抓獲。4號晚，另一名犯罪嫌疑人，51歲的姜海濤與20名武警開槍激戰一個多小時，最後被擊斃。
近來，大陸槍擊案不斷髮生。廣東湛江徐聞縣就曾發生多起持槍搶劫案件，2號夜間，3名嫌犯再次搶劫現金，並開槍拒捕。最後，嫌犯一人被擊斃，一人被抓，一人逃走。
2月5號，甘肅會寧縣村民曹吉權用自製手槍殺死3人，擊傷8人。
這一系列案件的發生、治安的不斷惡化給大陸老百姓的心理帶來很大影響，出行格外小心。瀋陽皇姑區的市民對《新唐人》表示，皇姑區的治安一直不好，經常有各類案件發生。
瀋陽皇姑市民：「提前就告訴孩子：要加小心，晚上得早回來；東西放衣服裡面的兜裝著，不能往大衣外面裝東西；走路一定要結伴，現在上哪去一個人不行。」
上海訪民毛恆鳳也表示，上海的搶劫、偷竊案件很多，有時候大馬路上就有人搶東西、偷東西，但很多人看見了，也不敢去制止。
上海訪民毛恆鳳：「社會的道德倫理都很敗壞了。共產黨的領導把人的心靈都扭曲了，做壞事的人多，做好事的人少。因為做壞事、欺負人，他們會得到利益，但是你做好人，往往就要倒霉。」
媒體報導，上個月（1月）6號，江蘇省南京市下關區一起農業銀行發生持槍搶劫案。犯罪嫌疑人持槍打死某公司提款人，搶走近20萬元現金後逃竄。警方宣稱，這名嫌疑人2004年曾經在重慶持槍搶劫，8年來流竄全國各地，作案多起，導致6人死亡，2人重傷。但截至目前，警方還不知道嫌疑人的真實身份，嫌犯仍在流竄中。
大陸憲政學者陳永苗：「這麼多的搶劫案，實際上它跟社會貧富分化的極端差異、制度的腐敗、跟專制，關係是極大的。」
媒體報導，在「穩定壓倒一切」的統治思維之下，大陸當局近幾年每年用於維穩的費用已經超過軍費，數額極其巨大。但中國的社會治安狀況卻越來越差，那麼當局到底需要甚麼樣的穩定，維穩經費都用在了哪裏呢？
龍年的第一個星期，四川藏區接連傳出多起軍警向藏民開槍，造成嚴重死傷的報導。2月3號，四川甘孜州色達縣又再度傳出3名藏人自焚，抗議中共的高壓統治。
中共當局派遣大批軍警進駐藏區所謂「維穩」，抓捕很多藏人。中共還嚴密封鎖互聯網以及通訊設備，致使外界無法獲知藏區的具體情況。美國《CNN》記者想要繞道前往藏區採訪報導，但被當局監控扣留。
陳永苗指出，中共的統治造成嚴重的社會矛盾，「暴政出暴民」，但很多老百姓是因為自身的權益受到政府公權力的侵犯，而維護自己的權利，不能說是「暴民」，也不該被政府「維穩」。

Gunshots in Succession, Mainland “Unstable”
Recently, Mainland China saw successive gun robberies, together
with outbreaks of public uprisings in protection of civil rights.
The police have frequently opened fire toward the people.
All these are clear signs of “instability”
under CCP’s slogan of “social stability.”
Intensified social contradictions have increased the crises.
Feb. 3, armed robbery and murder occurred in Shenyang,
Liaoning Province.
The suspect shot the victim in the head and stole ￥40,000.
Later, the 52-year-old suspect Wang Liping was arrested.
On the night of Feb. 4, a second suspect, 51 years of age,
was killed in a gunfight against 20 armed police.
Recently, Mainland China has seen an increase in gun crimes.
Feb. 2 a robbery took place in Xuwen county, Guangdong province.
1 suspect was killed, another captured, and a third escaped.
Feb. 5, Cao Jiquan in Gansu Province killed 3 people and
injured 8 more with a home -made pistol.
This series of crimes has significantly influenced Mainland people’s lives,
making them extremely careful when traveling.
Residents of Shenyang Huanggu District told NTDTV,
Huanggu District has seen many crimes committed.
Residents of Shenyang Huanggu District say, we have to
tell our children to be careful and come home early.
To place any belongings to the inside of their pockets,
instead of the outside.
And to always walk with others, never going anywhere alone.
Shanghai petitioner Mao Hengfeng said,
Shanghai also has many robberies and thefts.
Some criminals even rob in daylight
but no one dares to stop them.
Shanghai petitioner Mao Hengfeng stated,
Social morality and ethical principles have deteriorated.
CCP has distorted the human mind. People do more bad things
than good things these days.
It is a given, under CCP rule doing evil brings benefit,
while doing good brings nothing but trouble.
Jan. 6, an armed robbery occurred outside a local bank in Nanjing.
The suspect killed an innocent bystander for 200,000￥.
Police said the suspect had committed another robbery back
in 2004 in Chongqing. He’d been on the run ever since.
During his escapades, he caused 6 deaths with 2 seriously injured,
but so far police are still not clear of his true identity.
Mainland scholar Chen Yongmiao claims, so many robberies
are a result of extreme wealth gap, institutional Corruption, and tyranny.
It is reported that the Mainland’s social stability budget
has far outweighed military spending.
China’s social security situation however, keeps worsening.
What kind of stability do the authorities want to achieve?
Where do the stability maintenance funds go to?
The first week of the Dragon year, police opened fire
on Sichuan Tibetans, causing serious casualties.
On Feb. 3, 3 Tibetans in Sichuan Ganzi district, set fire to
themselves in protest against the oppressive rule of CCP.
Communist authorities sent large armies to Tibet
to “preserve stability.”
Besides arresting Tibetans, CCP also blocked the Internet.
CNN reporters tried to detour to Tibet but were detained by CCP.
Chen Yongmiao pointed out that CCP’s rule caused serious
social conflicts—tyranny produces “mobs.”
Many civilians only try to defend their rights against
government violation.
They shouldn’t be called mobs and shouldn’t be
“stabilized” by the government.
