Facebook

A Warning to CCP Officials, Chirac Was Convicted

On December 16, former French President Jacques Chirac,

was sentenced to a two-year suspended jail term by a Paris court,

having been convicted of embezzlement and misuse of

public funds.

Chirac became the first French President brought to trial

since World War II.

Chinese people believe that the corruption is proportional

to long-term authoritarian rule.

Chirac’s trial sends out a strong warning to the

Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which breeds massive official corruption.

The case of Jacques Chirac can be traced back to

The court found that, in the 1990s, whilst Mayor of Paris,

Chirac illegally diverted public funds and

abused public power and trust.

Presently 79-year-old Chirac cannot escape conviction.

China Interim Government President Wu Fan believes that

Chirac’s trial not only sounded an alarm to all French officials,

but also gave good warning to the CCP regime,

whose official corruption is rampant across China.

Wu Fan says: “If a French president can be put on

trial 20 years later, this can happen in China, too.

When the CCP collapses, we Chinese people will set up the

rule of law to trace all those corrupt officials wherever they are.

They’ll receive sentences for their crimes.

The Chirac’s fate is also a warning to the CCP’s officials,

that is, all your wrongdoings won’t be ignored.

You’ll end up on trial some day and give an explanation to

the Chinese people.”

Former CCP president Jiang Zemin is also known to be

the most corrupt official in China.

Jiang’s crimes include misgovernment, smearing history,

mass murder, selling territory and official posts.

Jiang was reported to own a secret Swiss bank

deposit of USD 350 million.

On the eve of the CCP’s 16th Congress, held in 2002,

Jiang made a single transfer of over 3 billion dollars to a Caribbean branch of a Chinese bank.

Another former CCP leader Mao Zedong splashed out

RMB120 million in building his luxury villa in 1960s, during the period of the Great Chinese Famine.

The construction of Dishui Dong Villa was started in the

latter part of 1960, and was finished in1962, with a total building area of 3,638.62 square meters.

The road from Mao’s hometown Shaoshan to Dishui Dong is

also a part of the construction.

In the meantime, over 4,000 Chinese civilians

died from famine.

However, Mao’s crime has not been prosecuted

even until now.

China’s writer Jing Chu thinks that bringing criminal leaders

to justice for their crimes can only be realized in democratic countries.

Jing Chu: “This is a proof of the goodness of

democratic systems.

Even if the person is the head of a state, all the crimes that

he committed shall be investigated.

Chirac’s trial shows France’s strict rule of law.

When all past crimes are found out, the law will certainly

be implemented. And the crime will be subjected to a persistent tracking down.

This reflects social justice, a punishment to fit the crime, and

the manifestation of a confident society. “

During his 43-year political career, Chirac served two

presidential terms of 12 years each.

Before that, he twice served as Prime Minister of France

and for 18-years was mayor of Paris.

Jing Chu believes that the corruption is in direct proportional

relation to long-term governance and dictatorship.

Jing Chu: “A long-term ruler has separated himself

from society. If his power is not subjected to timely checks and balances.

Since the populace has no power to vote him down, the ruler

will become unscrupulous.

Decades of the CCP’s rule presents us with the world’s

most corrupt, most depraved, most brutal and most bloody party."

The judge said that Chirac’s behavior had caused Paris

taxpayers to suffer a loss equivalent to 1.4 million euros.

Chirac is the first ex-head of France to be convicted of a

crime since Marshal Philippe Pétain, who was found guilty of treason in 1945.

During World War II as head of state, Pétain surrendered to

the Germans, He was later sentenced to death,

but was pardoned due to his meritorious service in World War I.
