World figure skating stars heated up the ice on Sunday at a gala skating show in Seoul, South Korea.
世界花式溜冰高手們,禮拜日在南韓漢城為盛大的溜冰秀進行暖場。
Mao Asada of Japan, the rival of South Korea’s Kim Yuna, was the most popular skater at Sunday’s event.
日本的淺田真央,是南韓選手金尤娜的對手,也是禮拜日這場溜冰盛事最受歡迎的滑冰選手。

“It is better to see Mao Asada in person than seeing her on TV. She skates quite well — she’s good enough to be regarded as Kim Yuna’s rival."
14歲的粉絲李周鉉說:
「看到淺田真央本人比在電視上看到她還要棒。她溜得真的很出色。她的技術好到足以視為金尤娜的對手了。」
Mao won the women’s title at the world figure skating championships in March in Turin, Italy.
淺田真央三月份在義大利都靈的世界花式溜冰錦標賽中,獲得女子組冠軍。

“This is the fifth or sixth time for me to visit South Korea. Whenever I came here I was much surprised at skating fans’ hearty welcome. So I will practice harder to show better performances to those skating fans."

Female stars danced on the ice to a South Korean popular song ‘Nobody’ sung by the Wonder Girls, while male stars danced to ‘Heartbeat’ sung by 2PM.
女滑冰明星們在冰上跳著由Wonder Girls所唱的南韓流行歌曲’Nobody’,而男滑冰團體跳著由2PM所唱的’Heartbeat’。
