【新唐人2013年10月01日讯】杀死城管的沈阳小贩夏俊峰，几天前被执行死刑，夏俊峰的“头七”恰逢中共建政日十月一号，他的家人打算在这一天“出殡”。国外人权组织呼吁十月一号这一天，中国民众能够以敲锣、鸣笛等方式，站出来一起表达对中共暴政的愤怒。
被中共当局执行死刑的沈阳小贩夏俊峰的妻子张晶，28号晚上在微博上发出讣告：十月一号夏俊峰头七之日将出殡。讣告中说：尊母信仰，于家中停灵七天，以慰亡魂。谨定于十月一日早上八点三十分殡出。不设酒席，不收礼金，不拉条幅，不喊口号。
夏俊峰的“头七”遇上中共建政日。网上有沈阳小贩倡议，在当天共同送别夏俊峰，或发动罢市以示悼念。
美国的公民力量团体也发出倡议说，夏俊峰之死，让中国人民陷于对现今政权更深的绝望中，民众的愤怒几近集体爆发的临界点。中国人民必须行动！
倡议书呼吁中国各地的民众在这一天采取“1001行动”，让民众对这个专制政权的愤怒来一次集体大爆发。
“1001行动”内容包括﹕10月1号上午10点01分，全中国民众同步开始敲击可以发声的物体，也可以用汽车鸣笛、喊叫、唱歌、喇叭、奏乐等加入，形成全国共鸣，持续的时间越长越好。
上海访民金月花：“作为我们普通的百姓，真的表示同情。因为现在中国当今的社会，当今的时代，真的，是有钱有势的社会。无权无势的百姓，我们的生命，就像地上的一个蚂蚁，他们随时可以践踏，随时可以捏。”
对于夏俊峰刺死两名城管，代理律师滕彪说，有六名证人可以证明夏俊峰遭到城管殴打，刺死城管属于自卫。但是法庭拒绝采纳证人证言。
上海访民金月花相信夏俊峰是正当防卫。
金月花：“城管可以肆无忌惮的在马路上嚣张猖狂的打人，他为什么？他也是人。他也是人。一个正常理智的人，哪一个人不自卫呢？他来打你，你可以不还手吗？让他打死吗？他也是一条命，你也是一条命啊。”
金月花表示，每个月的最后一个星期五，是全国访民集体到信访办上访的日子。平常她家门口都有警察拦截她进京上访。
金月花：“这个月没有慰问拦截，以前几个月他们都拦截，都在我家门口，用警车人力看着我。我不能出来，我就不出来了。这个月没有这个现象，我就出来了。北京截访的人也少了好多。因为北京本来在永定门两侧，黑压压的一片，比我们访民还要多，都是来截访的，各个省市的。 ”
金月花估计，上周五聚集在信访办的全国访民有上万人。她说，当天上海访民去北京上访的约有800多人，但是，当局只允许上海访民派出五名代表进去信访办。五名代表将姓名，身份证号码登记之后就算完事了。而警方不让访民自由离开，却出动十辆巴士将访民送到“久敬庄”关押。
依法上访的访民遭到中共当局的非法关押。除此之外，许多维权人士在“十一”前夕，也接到来自有关部门的通知，一些社区所谓“维稳人员”下达所谓上级的指示，强制要求维权人士、天主教徒、基督徒、和其它信仰团体不能参加任何家庭活动，包括户外活动。
“公民力量”表示，让我们从绝望的痛苦中重振精神和勇气。这几天我们的道别语是：“1001，我要听到你的声音”。“1001，连石头都要发声了。”

Whistling to express anger on Xia Junfeng’s “first seven" on Oct 1st
Shenyang seller Xia Junfeng, was executed a few days ago
because he killed urban managements.
His family wants to hold a funeral procession on his “first
seven" day,
which corresponds to CCP’s independent day,
both falling on Oct 1st.
Human rights organisations outside of China, have made appeals
to the people of China,
to group together to make appeals, expressing their personal
anger at CCP on the day.
Shenyang hawker Xia Junfeng’s wife Zhang Jing,
microblogged an obituary:
we will hold a funeral procession for Xia Junfeng
on his first seven— Oct 1st .
Obituary said:
To respect his mother, the coffin stays at home for 7
consecutive days,
comforting the return of the ghoust, the revenant.
The funeral procession will be held at 8:30am on Oct 1st.
No banquet, no gifts of gold, no scrolls & no slogans.
Xia Junfeng’s “first seven" coincided with CCP’s
independent day.
Online Shenyang hawkers suggesed, a “shopkeepers’ strike"
to show mourning on Xia Junfeng’s funeral day.
America’s “Civil Force" group raised the initiative, saying
Xia Junfeng’s death has put Chinese people into a deep
despair with the current regime; people’s anger is
close to the critical point of breaking out correctively.
Chinese people must take action!
Proposals called for Chinese people to take “1001 Campaign"
on the same day throughout China,
letting people’s anger to ,soar to new heights.
Collectively breaking out against the authoritarian regime.
The,"1001 Campaign" includes: October 1st,2013 10:01am,
all Chinese people can simultaneously make a noise.
You can use car horns, shouting, singing, speakers,
music,etc. to join as one,
forming a national resonance,the longer
the better.
Shanghai Jin Yuehua: “As a common herd, I really
sympathise with him.
Today’s China is a society driven for power & wealth.
As a common people, we are more like ants on the ground
that can be trampled upon & squashed at any time."
For Xia Junfeng, stabbing two urban management personel,
lawyer Teng Biao laid claim that there were six witnesses,
able prove Xia Junfeng was chased & beaten by two
urban management.
It was self-defense, unfortunately killing the urban management.
But the court still refused to adopt the testimony of witnesses.
Shanghai petitioner Jin Yuehua believes Xia Junfeng’s actions
were of a self-defensive nature.
Shanghai Jin Yuehua: " Urban management can beat people
on the road brazenly.
Yet in self defense, we are not allowed!?
Both sides are human beings.
As an individual with his
own mind, why can one not defend himself ?
When he beats you, you would not fight back?
You’d let him simply kill you?
He is a life just as you are also a life. “
Jin Yuehua said, the last Friday of each month is the date for
all petitioners thoughout the country,
to visit the complaints office.
Normally, there is a police officer to intercept her going to
Beijing, obstructing her doorway.
Jin Yuehua: “There is usually interception in front of my door
with policemen in the car;
yet this month, there was no police at all.
Usually I would stay at home if I am unable to get out.
Since there was no one there blocking my access,
I was able to come out.
Beforehand, on both sides of Beijing Yongding county,
there were more people from various provinces & cities,
intercepting our petitioners, now however they are
much fewer in numbers.
Jin Yuehua estimated there were thousands of visitors
gathering at Beijings Complaints office last Friday.
People coming from all areas of the country.
She said, Shanghai petitioners were more than 800
visiting Beijing Complaints office.
However, the authorities allowed only five
representatives to enter.
After registering their names & ID numbers,
the five representatives
were taken into custody in Jiujingzhuang, using ten buses.
Legal petitioners were illegally taken into custody by Chinese
authorities.
In addition, many activists also received a notice from
so-called “stability maintenance personnel" with the
instructions issued by the so-called superiors:
activists, Catholic, Christian & other faith-based groups,
cannot participate in any family activities,
including outdoor activities.
“Civil Force" said, let’s revive ourselves.
