School Girls Initiate Sex Trafficking

A group of Shanghai-based middle school students
are prosecuted on charges of prostitution.
Prosecutors handling the case stressed that
these girls showed no shame to such sex trafficking.
Some of them have no, or poor families.
They sold their youth for vanity.
Chinese say that under the ruling of the CCP (Chinese
Communist Party), students are taught about class struggle.
In society, officials’ corruption is rampant.
China’s age-old moral system is suffering from erosion.

Little Wen and Nana are neighbors since childhood.
Ping-Ping is Little Wen’s classmate.
Nana dropped out of school after a family misfortune,
and has been wandering around in the society.

Since late 2009, the three under-18-year-old girls used social
network QQ, phone calls and other ways to introduce each other and other girls to men for sexual relations.
They collected fees for services and referrals.

China’ media reported that the uncovered case has recently
been prosecuted by Shanghai Zhabei District Procuratorate.

The reports said that 20 middle school students
were implicated. Two of them are under 14 years old.
The schools involved include nine public high schools
and a vocational school in Shanghai.

The prosecutor handling the case revealed to the media,
“For money, many implicated girls initiated to sell themselves and introduced others.
A circle of panders, or pimps, has been shaped, similar to
the so-called “compensated dating" in Japan."

Blogger Jin Shiyi posted, “Though the case was uncovered,
I think it’s not just one case in Shanghai, like Japan’s “compensated dating."
In China, there should be a second case,
third and even more cases."

Ms. King (Shanghai resident): “These girls got too much
unhealthy information from the net,
the interpersonal communications,
the society’s morals, and the newspapers and media."

This practice created a shortcut for “get-rich-quick" people
and corrupt officials, to create young prostitutes, the article said.
It became an ant hole of the moral wall, eroding China’s
moral system, which was formed over thousands of years.

Sun Wenguang (Retired Professor, Shandong University):
“Over decades, CCP education emphasizes class struggle, with no traditional Chinese content.
All those traditional virtues were destroyed. Ancients followed
principles of: “benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom."
That is, a person should know about shame,
traditional concepts like this were all deserted by the CCP."

Prof. Sun said, under anomic influence Chinese students think
corrupt officials make money from privileges they don’t have.
So they choose to make money by selling their bodies.

Prof. Sun: “These officials are now managing the whole
nation, with corruption, embezzlements and falsifications.
So when some civilians hear of this, they’ll think,
‘If I do not falsify, I’ll suffer losses.’
These officials’ practices set up a trend of moral degradation.
Everyone is after money, official positions,
and will go any length to get promoted
to a high official’ position."

Song Zuying is a famous Chinese singer with the rank
of Major General at the CCP People’s Liberation Army.
In early November, along with TV celebrity Yang Lan, and
Japanese AV idol Sora Aoi, Song attended an international wrestling tournament in Beijing.
A group photo of the three attending the ceremony
circulated online, inciting much criticism.

Middle school teacher in Shanghai:
“I do not know if this is a step forward or backward.
But from another angle, such behaviors will have a very
negative impact on many people, especially the under aged.
Their behavior is promoting values like:
‘It’s nothing, I don’t care!’"

Netizen:"We live in a country that even a corrupt official’s
mistress can ascend to be “National Advanced Personage" and “China’s Top 10 Excellent Women."
We are really not the best people to criticize
AV actresses of other countries.
In China, there’s no shortage of sanctimonious people,
behaving like ruffians and whores, selling their dirty souls."
