【新唐人2015年01月31日訊】阿里假貨爭執升溫 美律所開始調查
中國電商巨頭阿里巴巴與中共工商總局，針對假貨問題的爭執繼續升溫，爭執的焦點已經從對抽檢辦法的質疑，轉向了阿里是否在上市前，隱瞞曾被工商部門「行政指導」，涉嫌誤導消費者的事實。
1月28號，工商總局公布《關於對阿里巴巴集團進行行政指導工作情況的白皮書》，披露了阿里曾被「行政指導」和指出多項問題之後，阿里股價暴跌，紐約時間28號單日市值蒸發110億美元，29號，股價繼續狂瀉，跌穿每股90美元。
據香港《南華早報》報導，目前至少有4家美國律師事務所，已經根據投資者委託，開始調查阿里是否違規違法，有律所正在準備起訴阿里，為股東因被誤導而承受的損失向阿里索償。
袁貴仁禁西方價值觀 激起反彈
中共教育部長袁貴仁，1月29號，在教育部召開的一個座談會上聲稱，要加強對中國高校的意識形態管理，絕不能讓傳播西方價值觀念的教材進入課堂，引起了大陸學界和網民的反彈。
北京大學法學院教授賀衛方對《德國之聲》說，按袁貴仁的觀點，高校教師無法講課。原華東師範大學教師張雪忠也在微信上表示，袁貴仁是在對全國高校教師進行羞辱與恐嚇。
大陸網友則質問袁貴仁：「西方價值觀念包涵哪些內容？民主，法治算不算？馬克思主義算不算？」「做官的把自己的孩子直接送到美國等西方國家，直接使用西方教材，咋辦？」
港大《學苑》再倡「自決」
香港大學學生會刊物《學苑》最新一期，再次以「雨傘時代 自決未來」為題推出系列文章，呼籲港人「在悲觀中尋找出路」。
其中一篇題為《本土革命 誓守族群》的文章說，「中共有意殲滅港人主體意識，一國兩制已是無力回天，港人如今無路可退，要不就負隅一戰，奮起革命，要不就屈從一統，淪為奴才」。
這是《學苑》1月14號被香港特首梁振英點名批評「鼓吹港獨」之後，首次出刊，因此備受外界重視。香港特首辦針對《學苑》的文章，迅速做出回應，香港親共媒體《文匯報》也隨即發文猛批。

US Law Firms Investigate Alibaba’s Fake Issue
The dispute about the issue of fakes between China’s largest e-commerce company, Alibaba, and China State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) continues to heat up. Alibaba was first questioned about its sampling approach. It is now suspected of not disclosing it was being investigated by SAIC and thus misleading consumers.
In a white paper from SAIC about Alibaba on Jan. 28, Alibaba was said to be under “SAIC administrative supervision" on multiple issues. Since then, Alibaba’s stock plunged. It lost $11 billion on the 28th. On the 29th, the stock fell below $ 90 per share.
Hong Kong South China Morning Post reported that there are at least four US law firms seeking legal investigation against Alibaba. There are law firms preparing a lawsuit against Alibaba to recover shareholder losses stemming from misinformation.
Minister of Education Bans Western Values
Communist Minister of Education Yuan Guiren addressed in a forum on Jan. 29 that college ideology should be strengthened and Western values should not be allowed to enter the classroom. It immediately caused arguments from the Chinese academia and netizens.
Peking University Law School professor He Weifang told Deutsche Welle that Yuan’s opinion will stop college professors from teaching on campus. Former East China Normal University professor Zhang Xuezhong also criticized on WeChat that Yuan’s comment is a humiliation and intimidation to the college faculty.
Netizens questioned Yuan Guire: “What are the Western values, democracy, the rule of law, or Marxism?" “The officials sent their children directly to the United States and other Western countries, where they directly use Western textbooks. What should we do about it?"
HKUSU “Undergrad" Re-initiate “Self-determination"
The latest publication of Hong Kong University Students’ Union, Undergrad, issued a series of articles calling Hong Kong people to find a way out even in pessimism, in the era of the Umbrella Movement.
In its series, it described that the CCP has intended to annihilate Hong Kongers’ consciousness. “The ‘one country, two systems’ is powerless. Hong Kong is now no turning back. It is either to fight for the revolution or to succumb to the authority and become slaves."
This publication has drawn much attention because this is the first publication since Hong Kong Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying previously criticized its article to “promote independence of Hong Kong" on Jan. 14.
