2千餘訪民信訪局前拉橫幅訴冤
1月30號，在北京國家信訪局附近，有大約2000餘名來自中國各地的訪民，拉起橫幅申訴冤情，並抗議司法腐敗，在他們的周邊佈滿警車防控。
村官私賣礦山 村民阻工遭鎮壓
1月29號，浙江省富陽市場口鎮洋沙村，村民阻工抗議村官私賣礦山，遭大量警察鎮壓，十餘位村民被抓捕。
富陽市洋沙村唯一的一座山，村官瞞著村民私自簽署協議，將200畝礦山賣給了開發商，最近村民上山發現有¼的礦山已被開採，調查期間，遭警察鎮壓阻止，一批村民被抓。
深圳玩具廠老闆跑路 400人討薪
1月29號，廣東省深圳市龍崗區宏勝玩具廠老闆跑路，400名工人到橫崗街道辦維權討薪時，遭治安員毆打，1名工人被打傷。
貴州人大閉幕日 百輛截訪車抓訪民無數
1月30號，貴州民族師範大學教授黃椿致電《六四天網》說，當天是貴州省人大閉幕日，信訪中心截訪車輛有近百輛，截訪人多得數不過來，訪民一批批被陸續截走，被帶走的訪民無法計數。

Two Thousand Petitioners Seek to Redress Grievances
About 2,000 petitioners from around China gathered
in Beijing on Jan. 30.
They held up banners and complaints against the corrupt
judiciary systems.
Police and patrol cars were on alert at the site.
Villagers Protest Illegal Land Sale
On Jan. 29, villagers of Fuyang City, Zhejiang Province,
tried to stop illegal mining and protested against local officials"
illegal sale of a mine, but were met with suppression of police.
A dozen villagers were arrested.
Local official of Yangsa Village sold the only mine
to developer without consulting villagers.
Only recently did the villagers find out a quarter of the mine
has been explored.
During their investigation, police arrived to suppress
and stop their activities. A number of villagers were arrested.
Shenzhen Toy Factory Employees Defend Their Rights
On Jan. 29, around 400 employees of a toy factory in Shenzhen,
Guangdong Province, protested for their wage arrears.
The owner had run away, but the security guard”s violence
caused one worker injury.
Guizhou Arrested Massive Petitioners on People’s Congress Closing Day
Guizhou Normal University Professor Huang Chun
told 64tianwang.com that there were nearly 100 vehicles
and massive agents surrounding the petition office on Jan. 30,
the closing day of Guizhou People"s Congress.
The number of petitioners being removed is too many to count.
