【新唐人2015年01月29日訊】王宇看守所會見被告人 遭非法拘禁
1月28號上午，大陸知名維權律師王宇，到河北棗強縣看守所會見當事人劉冰冰時，被看守所警察強行關進小黑屋，並非法扣押律師證。
據大陸《維權網》報導，因劉冰冰告訴王宇，他在看守所遭到刑訊逼供，王宇當場寫了控告信，劉冰冰簽字確認時，被警察看到，要扣下控告信，王宇不同意，於是兩名警察扣押了王宇本人和她的律師證。
到中午12點左右，在眾多大陸律師的聲援壓力下，看守所才把王宇放出小黑屋，但是仍然扣押著王宇的律師證。
四川藏民省人大會場外請願
四川省「人大」會議正在成都市錦江賓館舉行，1月28號，數百失地農民到會場外請願，表達各自的訴求。四川藏區的十多位牧民，當天也在會場外拉橫幅抗議。
廣東汕頭上千村民示威抗議貪污
1月24號到27號，廣東省汕頭市玉一村的一千多名村民，連續舉行遊行示威，抗議村官私賣土地、貪污賣地款。27號，一名村民因拍照，被毆打受傷。
江西省九江市數百教師罷課
1月27號，江西省九江市永修縣的數百教師罷課，併到縣政府集會，要求政府補發之前剋扣的考評獎、績效工資，以及降溫費、烤火費等。
同一天，九江市開發區的部分教師也到當地政府集會，要求提高待遇。

January 28 morning, Beijing human rights lawyer, Wang Yu, was illegally detained and her lawyer ID confiscated when she was meeting her client, Liu Bingbing, in Hebei Province.
Chinese Human Rights Defenders reported that as Liu informed lawyer Wang about the torture in jail, Wang drafted a letter of complaint for Liu to confirm and sign.
But the police waylaid the letter. In dispute, the two police detained WangYu and confiscated her lawyer ID.
Under the pressure of solidarity from other lawyers, Wang was finally released at noon, but her lawyer ID was not returned.
Tibetans in Sichuan Province Petition at People’s Congress
When Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress was holding its meeting in Chengdu City on Jan. 28, hundreds of landless peasants and a dozen of Tibetan herders protested outside of the conference by pulling banners expressing their grievances.
Villagers in Guangdong Province Protest Corruption
Between Jan. 24 and 27, more than a thousand villagers of Shantou City, Guangdong Province, held demonstrations against local officials selling their lands and embezzlement of the money. A villager was injured by beating because he was trying to take photos.
Hundreds of Teachers Strike in Jiangxi Province
On Jan. 27, hundreds of teachers from Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province went on strike. They gathered at county hall to demand the return of the deducted salary on various excuses such as evaluation, merit pay, cooling cost, heating, and so forth.
On the same day, teachers from other parts of Jiujiang City rallied for better benefits.
