【新唐人2015年01月27日訊】近來，中國大陸知名冤案「念斌案」再度引發關注。念斌自述在死刑複核期間曾經被蹊蹺抽血。家人懷疑可能和器官摘取有關：倘若念斌與某位高官器官配型成功，那麼恐怕早已不在人世了。而根據《追查迫害法輪功國際組織》的長期調查，中共盜取器官的黑幕遠不止於此，其系統性的活體強摘法輪功學員器官的罪惡震驚世界，被稱為是「地球上從未有過的邪惡。」下面我們一起來看看詳細報導。
1月22號，名為「我是念斌的姐姐」的用戶在大陸微博發佈信息說：大陸知名冤案「念斌案」當事人念斌，在向王興律師等人講述他所遭受的折磨時，提到一個細節，在死刑複核階段有一天莫名其妙有人來看守所抽他的血。念斌姐姐感嘆：要是當時他跟某高官配型成功，恐怕已不在人世。
這篇微博立即引起網民關注，獲得大量轉貼和評論。
念斌代理律師王興：「2010年4月份福建高院二審判了死刑之後，看守所裡頭給他抽血體檢。他說以前抽過了，但是看守所解釋說，大家都要檢查。實際應該不是這樣的。」
大陸律師陳光武談到，死刑犯確實被摘取器官用於移植。以前當局對此絕不公開，但律師、法院尤其是刑事法官是知情的。
大陸陳光武律師：「在執行死刑之前，是有很多醫療部門向法院的執行部門聯繫登記，要求要預訂死刑犯的器官。」
在國際上，中共未經死刑犯或家人允許，而盜取死刑犯器官的不道德做法，早已廣受批評。中共則一概否認。但2006年中共活體強摘法輪功學員器官的驚天罪惡被揭露之後，為掩蓋活摘罪惡，中共開始自打耳光，公開承認盜取死刑犯器官。
去年12月香港媒體披露，大陸另一知名冤案「聶樹斌案」難以昭雪，是因為涉及中共「按需要殺人」的黑幕。網路盛傳，當年石家莊法院發現案件有疑點，主張判處死緩。但因為聶樹斌的腎臟與身患尿毒症的中共外交部高官章含之匹配，經高層下令，聶樹斌被立即執行死刑。
12月底，章含之的女兒洪晃發文解釋說，章含之第一次換腎是在1996年，肯定與95年被執行死刑的聶樹斌無關。但她並不知道她母親兩次換腎的腎源。洪晃表白：「這一切都是醫生安排的。而我們為甚麼不參與、不打聽，是因為我們有一種感覺，這個過程可能我們不想知道，可能很恐怖。」
確實，令人感到恐怖的，遠不止盜摘死囚器官這冰山一角。更恐怖的是，中共自從99年開始迫害法輪功之後，大陸醫院進行器官移植的數量出現急劇增長。在大陸死刑犯逐年減少、自願捐獻器官數目幾乎可以忽略不計的情況下，法輪功學員成為這巨大器官供體來源的唯一解釋。
2006年，加拿大著名人權律師大衛•麥塔斯，和加拿大外交部亞太司前司長大衛•喬高，發佈了獨立調查報告《血腥的器官摘取》，指出中共2000年至2005年的6萬例器官移植中，有大約41,500例的器官來源於法輪功學員。
總部設在美國的《追查迫害法輪功國際組織》也對此進行了相關調查，並取得了電話錄音等大量證據。
《追查國際》發言人汪志遠：「調查中，原總後勤部衛生部部長白書忠，就供出了江澤民直接下命令，用法輪功學員器官做移植。軍隊武警結合地方器官移植機構聯合進行的一個全國性的大屠殺。」
去年11月18號，《追查國際》對中國大陸30個省、直轄市1000多名器官移植醫生進行了電話抽樣調查，結果顯示：雖然中共活體強摘法輪功學員的罪惡已經被廣為揭露、受到國際社會高度關注，但這一罪惡目前還在繼續，數以百萬計的法輪功學員，仍被作為中共活體器官庫而隨時面臨被殘忍的殺戮。

“Nianbin’s Case", Suspected of Organ Stealing
The recent case of injustice in China to Nianbin, (“Nianbin Case"),
has once again raised concerns.
Nianbin said during the death penalty review, how he was
strangely tested for blood type.
His family suspected this could be connected to the issue of
“ Organ Harvesting”, something more widely known
in China today.
If Nianbin’s blood was successfully matched to a certain
high-ranking official, he might be killed at any time.
According to long-term investigations undertaken by the
“International Organisation to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong",
the shady dealings of the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) stealing organs is far more than this,
and its evil of systemically harvesting organs of living Falun
Gong practitioners has stunned the world,
which is known as “the evil of all evil’s to have visited our planet”.

On Jan. 22, netizen known as “I am Nianbin’s elder sister"
published her message on the Weibo channel in China:
when Nianbin described his torture case to lawyers Mr Wang Xing
et al, he described how,
during the review stage of his death penalty, one day,
someone came to the jail for drawing his blood.
Nianbin’s elder sister lamented: if his blood was successfully
matched with a certain high-ranking official,
he might have been killed already.
This piece of Weibo news immediately attracted
the netizens’ attention, receiving many comments.
Nianbin’s lawyer Mr Wang Xing: “After the High Court
of Fujian Province sentenced Nianbin to the death
penalty in April 2010,
the detention centre drew his blood for medical checks.
He said that it had been drawn before.
But the authorities of the detention centre explained
that every one should be checked.
But the truth is, its a different matter entirely.”
Mainland China lawyer Chen Guangwu said, the organs
of executed prisoners are indeed taken for transplant.
The authorities have never publicly released
such information before, but lawyers and the court,
especially the criminal court judges, are all well informed.
Lawyer Chen Guangwu: “Before the execution, a lot of medical
agencies contacted the executive branch of the court for
registration requests of booking organs from executed prisoners."
Internationally, the CCP’s unethical practice of stealing organs
from executed prisoners without permission from both prisoners
or their families, has already been widely condemned.
But the CCP has totally denied these allegations.
However, since the appalling evil of the CCP harvesting
the organs of live Falun Gong practitioners was
revealed in 2006,
in order to cover up the organ harvesting evil,
the CCP began to slap themselves, openly admitting
to stealing the organs from executed prisoners.
Dec last, Hong Kong media reported that another
well-known mainland injustice had occurred,
the “Nie Shubin case",
which was very difficult to redress, involving the CCP’s black
curtain policy of " killing people according to demand".
The report widely spread on the Internet that Shijiazhuang
Court had found doubtful evidence to Nie Shubin’s case,
offering reprieve from the death penalty.
However, due to his kidney matching that of Zhang Hanzhi
who was CCP’s high-ranking official of Ministry
& Foreign Affairs and suffering from uremia,
the high level of CCP ordered the execution
of Nie Shubin immediately.
At the end of Dec. 2014, Zhang Hanzhi’s daughter
Hong Huang published an article,
explaining the first kidney transplant for Zhang Hanzhi
happened in 1996, which is certainly nothing to do
with Nie Shubin’s execution in 1995.
But she did not know her mother’s twice transplanted
kidney sources. Hong Huang confessed:
“All these have been arranged by the doctors.
We do not participate in it, we do not inquire the sources.
Because we had a feeling to this process, we may not want
to know, as it can be very scary."
Indeed, the terrifying matters are far greater than the
iceberg itself of taking organs from executed prisoners.
The fact is, the number of organ transplants sharply increased
in Chinese hospitals since the CCP began persecuting
Falun Gong in 1999.
Under the situation of the decreasing executed prisoners
in China and the negligible number
of voluntarily donated organs,
Falun Gong practitioners turned out the only explanation
to the huge increase of organ donor sources.
In 2006, renowned Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas
and former Director of Asia-Pacific Department of Canadian
Foreign Affairs David Kilgour,
released an independent report “Bloody Harvest", which points out
among 60,000 cases of organ transplants from 2000 to 2005 in China,
there are approximately 41,000 cases of organs stolen from
Falun Gong practitioners.
Headquartered in the United States, “International Organisation
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong", also
conducted related investigations,
collecting lots of evidences including
phone recordings.
“WOIPFG" spokesman Wang Zhiyuan: “During the survey,
former Minister of Health Ministry of General Logistics
Department Bai Shuzhong,
confessed Jiang Zemin directly ordered to deploy transplantation
by using organs of Falun Gong practitioners.
The military hospitals and hospitals of Armed Police,
as well as local hospitals which are capable
of organ transplants,
jointly conducted a nationwide holocaust."
On Nov. 18 of last year, WOIPFG undertook a telephone
survey on more than 1,000 transplant physicians
of 30 provinces and municipalities in Mainland China,
which showed that: although the evil of the CCP
harvesting the organs of live Falun Gong practitioners
has been widely revealed,
and highly concerned over by the international society,
this evil is still continuing.
Millions of Falun Gong practitioners are still regarded
as the CCP’S living organ library and are still facing the
cruel prospect of brutal killings.
