【新唐人2015年01月09日訊】1981年，大陸有一則報導稱，美國西點軍校也在學雷鋒。被中共利用來洗腦大眾，大力熱捧的雷鋒風靡到海外，這個消息一傳出，在當時可算是所謂的「為國爭光」。不過，經過34年，作者出面道歉，說其實這只是西方愚人節的一個玩笑，一切都是假的。
34年前的一則「西點軍校學雷鋒」新聞，瘋傳中國。
由於這則新聞，使得不少中國人去西點軍校尋找美國人學雷鋒的蹤跡留影照相，西點軍校多次闢謠無果，學校被搞的筋疲力盡。
34年後，原作者出面道歉，承認這是一條假新聞。
1月4號，退休的新華社記者李竹潤發微博寫道：「1981年愚人節，某外電播發『消息』西點軍校學員學雷鋒，高唱『學習雷鋒好榜樣』。我不加思索，便把它寫進文章(署筆名黎信)。直到1997年在《讀書》雜誌上看到李慎之揭露謊言的文章，才知道自己上了當。」
李竹潤承認，因為當時新華社的新聞受文革影響，很多假大空的報導，簡直沒法看，於是他想學習西方新聞理論和新聞寫作。當時剛好在4月1號愚人節那天，他在《合眾國際社》上看到一篇通訊，寫的是西點軍校的學員學雷鋒，他們不僅學雷鋒，而且還在學校裡立了一個像等等，於是他就採用這個消息來源，事實上，這是西方媒體在愚人節發佈的應景「新聞」。
自由撰稿人朱欣欣：「官方媒體很多都是出於中共自己的目的，來選取一些新聞，所謂比如肯定中國，或者中共某方面的成就啊或工作啊，它是借別人的話來誇自己，還有更多的時候是藉著西方的一些新聞來貶低西方。」
1月7號，《解放軍報》刊文稱，雷鋒畫像曾張貼在西點軍校課堂黑板上，想要進行澄清。對此，網友們並不買賬。網友「實心眼250」說，人家都說是愚人節的鬧劇了，你們還跟著炒剩飯，真丟人。
在中國，雷鋒可謂是家喻戶曉的人物，幾十年來，雷鋒就等同於「好人好事」，中共的宣傳造假欺騙了大陸無數民眾。
有網友說，宣揚樂於助人的品德這個並沒有錯，但是虛構誇大一個典型就沒必要了，謊言一旦拆穿，影響反而更惡劣。
網絡作家荊楚：「你看毛澤東發動的學雷鋒運動，毛澤東他是繞了一個圈，就是把全國人民玩於股掌之上，為甚麼號召人民學雷鋒呢？因為這個雷鋒支持他那些狗屁不通的毛著。」
據了解，僅僅活了22年的雷鋒，拍過六七百張照片，雷鋒入伍到死亡一共953天，如此高頻率的拍照，又是如何辦到的呢？據大陸媒體披露，當年為雷鋒拍照的張峻和季增回憶，絕大多數都是他們根據當時的政治需要和上級指示創作的。
比如，雷鋒在汽車駕駛室裡讀《毛選》的照片《糧食．武器．方向盤》，以及雷鋒握著衝鋒槍，戴著棉帽站在一排樹前面的照片等等，都是迎合當時的政治需要，擺拍出來的產物。
荊楚：「一個人坐在火車上，你知道這個火車在開了，你要看到窗外的山林啊田野啊，樹木啊房屋啊在移動，你就知道火車在開了，現在中宣部的功能，它就是把這個火車的窗戶用黑布蒙起來，放一個假的顯示屏來顯示窗外的景物，在這種情況下，就算把這列火車開進太平洋，坐在車上的人，仍然不知不覺。」
網絡作家荊楚表示，欺騙人民是中共維持政權的伎倆。在中國很多真實的新聞是不能報導的，包括異議人士、維權上訪、還有信仰迫害等等。
荊楚：「所以那些開發自由門、無界瀏覽這些翻牆的工具這些人功德無量，為中國的文明進步做了很大的貢獻，全國人民應該感謝他們，這些工程師很了不起，就是通過他們的技術行為，讓共產黨很多的謊言都土崩瓦解。」
中共極權體制嚴密箝制人民的言論與思想，很多西方國家的網絡信息均被封鎖。

For 34 Years, Fake News Spread about “West Point learning from Lei Feng"
A news report from China in 1981, stated the US West Point
had learned lessons from Lei Feng.
This piece of news has been used by Chinese authorities
to brainwash and deceive the public,
vigorously touting Lei Feng being popular oversea’s.
At the time of the news reports release, it was regarded
as a so-called “glory for the country".
However, 34 years since its release, the reporter responsible
for the article, made a public apology, claiming it merely
an April Fools joke.
It was 34 years ago, a piece of news " West Point learning
from Lei Feng" was extensively spread in China.
Because of this news, many Chinese people visited
West Point looking for traces of the Americans
learning from Lei Feing and taking photos.
West Point repeatedly denied the rumour but in vain,
and the College was stretched to exhaustion.
However, 34 years later, the original author apologised,
and admitted that this was false news.
On Jan. 4, retired Xinhua News Agency reporter
Li Zhurun wrote on his Weibo account:
“On April Fool’s Day of 1981, a foreign news agency reported
that West Point students had learnt from Lei Feng and sang
‘Learning From Lei Feng as A Good Example’.
Without thinking, I wrote it in the article (by my penname Li Xing).
Only until 1997 did I see the article written by Li Shenzhi,
which exposed the lies of my article in the “Reading" magazine,
I then realised that I had taken the bait. “
Li Zhurun admitted that, because the Xinhua News Agency
articles were affected by the Cultural Revolution
with a lot of false and empty reports,
this influenced him in never reading any news reports
at that time.
So he wanted to learn the theory of western news and news writing.
It was on April 1 (April Fool’s day), he saw an article published
by “Associated Press" saying West Point students learn from Lei Feng.
They not only learnt from Lei Feng, but also established
a statute in the school.
He then used the news source, and in fact this was seasonal
“news” published by western media.
Freelance writer Zhu Xinxin: “Many of the official media has
some selected news for the CCP’s own purposes.
So far, the so-called news of affirming China, or recognising
some achievements of certain aspects of CCP etc,
this is to boost its image whilst using other people’s words.
Many times they use some Western
news to belittle the Western world."
On Jan. 7, “Liberation Army Daily" published an article,
saying Lei Feng’s image was displayed in the
classrooms of West Point.
In this regard, Internet users did not agree with such a saying.
Netizen “Shixinyan 250″ said, others recognised
this as a farce, an April Fool,
and yet you still followed a long with this news, its a real shame.
In China, Lei Feng can be described as a public image name
known by most households.
During the past 10 years, Lei Feng is regarded as a good thing.
The constant lies and cheating of CCP, has led people astray.
Some netizens said that to preach morality is not wrong,
but to exaggerate one, there is no need.
Once the lies are exposed and the result might be helpful,
the impact would be more severe.
Internet writer Jin Chu: “You see Chairman Mao launched
the campaign to learn from Lei Feng,
Mao walked around in familiar circles, playing and deceiving
the people. Why did he ask people to learn from Lei Feng?
Because Lei Feng supported those books written by your Dad."
It is understood that although Lei Feng just lived for 22 years,
he left behind him between 600-700 photos.
Lei Feng just stayed in the army for 953 days.
So how could they realise this?
According to mainland media, Zhang Jun and Ji Zeng
recalled the overwhelming majority of the photos
were taken and created according to the prevailing political
needs and directives of superiors.
For example, a photo of Lei Feng in a car reading
“Mao’s articles" titled “food, weapons,
steering wheel."
Lei Feng was also pictured holding assault rifles, wearing a cotton
cap stood at a row of trees.
these were required to meet the prevailing political situation,
and the products were man-made.
Jin Chu: “If a person is sat on a train, you would know that
this train is moving forward.
If you want to see out of the window, you look at the mountains,
the fields, forest, trees and home properties,
they are all moving, then you know the train is also moving.
Now the Central Propaganda Department’s function,
is to cover the train windows with black pieces
of cloth, and put a fake screen displaying
the scenery outside the window.
In this case, even if this train entered the Pacific Ocean,
the person sitting in the car would not know any different"
Internet writer Jin Chu said that deceiving the people
is a means of maintaining the CCP regime.
In China a lot of the real news reports cannot cover the real topics
including dissidents, human rights petitions,
as well as the persecution of religion and so on.
Jing Chu: “So the developers of Freegate and Unbounded
are having limited understanding about these circumvention tools,
but have made a significant contribution to China’s civilisation
and progress. The national people should be grateful to them.
These engineers are great, they are trying to make breakthroughs.
Hence the lies of CCP will be seen and eventually face ruin."
CCP’s communist totalitarian regime has clamped down
on free speech and thoughts of the people.

are all often blocked.
