【新唐人2015年01月06日訊】繼2012年、2013年兩屆《中國人渣排行榜》在網絡大熱後，2014年的《人渣排行榜》剛剛出爐，就受到了外界廣泛關注，人們迫不及待的查看又有哪些新人渣「榮登」榜單，哪些老人渣「渣品」依舊。下面就讓我們一起來看看，2014年由中國大陸網民投票選舉出來的中國人渣，以及他們驚人的「渣言渣語」。
與前兩屆人渣排行榜比較一致的是，今年的人渣前10名，依舊是中共貪官佔主要地位。榜首由中共軍委副主席徐才厚拿下，渣言為：「我最大的缺點就是過於清廉。」而中共全國政協副主席、中央統戰部部長令計劃則排名第三，渣言是：「乾乾淨淨做事、清清白白做人，是黨員幹部為人處世的底線。」
此前，原重慶市委書記薄熙來和原中央政法委書記周永康，分別奪得2012年的人渣榜冠軍和2013年的人渣榜亞軍。
網友張先生：「他們代表了中共官員的一個共性，就是好話說盡壞事做絕」。
由於有過多的網民選舉貪官，人渣榜評委會指出，由於評選的是《中國人渣排行榜》，不是《中國貪官排行榜》，而且每年只評選100只人渣，如果把中共貪官都收進去，100後面加多少個0都是不夠的。
「中國社會民主黨」中央委員會主持人劉因全：「仍舊在臺上的、人模人樣的，他們那些黑暗地方沒有被揭露，老百姓也不太清楚，但是已經揭露出來的這些人，大家都看透他們的嘴臉了，所以就把他們排到了榜首。其實現在臺上的好多人也是和他們一樣，甚至比徐才厚、令計劃還要貪腐。」
網友們發現，今年人渣榜單上「磚家」、「叫獸」、「文棍」特別多，尤其是中國社會科學院貢獻人數最多，例如排名第四的中國社科院院長王偉光、排名16的社科院學者房寧、排名第19的社科院原副院長李慎明、此外還有排名28的中科院院士何祚庥等等。
自由撰稿人劉逸明：「我認為選他們都是有充分的理由的。比如說何祚庥，就是一個喜歡胡說八道的，很多時候故意拋出一些冒天下之大不諱的觀點，引起公眾輿論的拍磚。」
眾「磚家」、「叫獸」上榜的理由也是五花八門，有人反對普世價值、有人鼓吹階級鬥爭、有人主張「人治」打壓「法治」、有人支持「一胎化制度」，也有人聲稱「愛國必須愛黨」等等。
張先生：「社科院是為中共實施的一些政策做理論上的解讀，他們基本不分是非，沒有立場。就是站在中共立場上，無條件的為中共理論、政策、行為辯護，所以被民眾們深惡痛絕。」
人渣榜評委會指出，除了中國大陸，人渣榜也順利「收到」了好幾只香港人渣，其中最出名的莫過於香港的著名三級片導演王晶。於是，王晶就這樣榮登了人渣榜第14名。他的渣言是：「百年來反政府活動，多由學生打頭陣。學生領袖戴上光環就自我催眠是救世主。」
張先生：「王晶想通過巴結權力開拓大陸市場，顛倒了是非，我覺得基本香港人對佔中性質上，認識的都很清楚，就是有異議的話，也是對表達方式有異議。」
在2014年人渣集體排行榜上，共選出了18家機構和單位，其中前五名分別是：環球時報、央視、社科院、遼寧日報編輯部和國家新聞出版廣電總局，其餘13家集體人渣也大多是官方的宣傳機構。
在諸多媒體中，中共央視成為人渣榜評委會重點關照的對像，並引用了網友精闢的評價稱：中共領導人喜歡到央視找女情人，領導的老婆也沒閒著，乾脆到央視找面首。
劉逸明：「央視實際上和社科院有同樣功能，也就是幫助中共辯護，幫助中共塗脂抹粉。但是央視跟它不一樣的地方就是，央視現在不僅僅在意識形態方面與民意為敵，而且央視男男女女都捲入到了一些腐敗案件。」
評委會指出，除了新上榜的人渣以外，還有鄧亞萍、王小石、紅十字會常務副會長趙白鴿、教育部部長袁貴仁等許多「老人渣」，依然「在各自的行業和領域繼續為黨國出謀劃策、鞠躬盡瘁著。」
人渣榜總結：2014年，是極不平凡的一年，可謂是風起雲湧，渣起渣落，長江後浪推前浪，一代新渣換舊渣。

Following the online trending “China scum list" for 2012
and 2013, 2014’s “scum list" just came out.
It received widespread attention from the outside world.
People cannot wait to see who the new scums are and
which old scums remain.
Let’s take a look at the 2014 Chinese scums voted by
netizens, and their amazing “scum language and words".
Consistent with the previous two scum rankings is the top
10 scum list.
It still the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) corrupted officials.
No. 1 on the list is won by the CCP Central Military
Commission Vice Chairman Xu Cachou.
His scum phrase is: “My biggest drawback is that
I am too uncorrupted".
Ling Jihua, CPPCC Vice Chairman and Minister of Central
United Front Work Department, ranked No. 3.
His scum phrase is: “Clear in being, Careful in doing is the
bottom line for party cadres."
Earlier, former Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai and
former secretary of the Central Political and Law Commission
Zhou Yongkang, respectively won the 2012 championship
and 2013 runner-up scum lists.
Netizen Mr. Zhang, “There is one common tie between
the CCP officials.
They say the nicest things while committing the
most outrageous crimes."
So many netizens voted about the corrupt officials that the
scum list jury mentioned that the selection is only “China
scum list", not “China corrupted officials list”, listing 100
scums annually.
If all the corrupted officials were collected together the list
will be too big no matter how many 0’s are added to the 100.

Liu Yinquan, “Those who are still on the stage, act like human
beings, people do not know as their dark sides have not yet
been exposed.
But for those who have been exposed, people see through
their faces, so lined them up to the top list.
In fact, many people now on the stage are like them, who
are even more corrupted than Xu Caihou and Ling Jihua."
Netizens found out, there are many “Experts", “Professors"
and “Scholars" on the scum list this year.
There are many from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences
(CASS), such as fourth-ranked CASS Dean Wang Weiguang,
sixteenth-ranked CASS scholar Fang Ning, and nineteenth-
ranked former vice president of CASS Li Shenming.
In addition, there is 28th-ranked CASS Academic He Zuoxiu.
Freelance writer Liu Yiming, “I think they are all selected
for good reasons.
He Zuoxiu likes nonsense; often deliberately making some
big comment against the majority to cause public criticism."
These “Experts" and “Professors" on the list are varied, some
oppose the universal values, some preach class struggle,
some advocate “the rule of man" to suppress the “rule of
law", some support the “one-child system".
Some claimed “patriotism must love the party" and so on.
Mr. Zhang, “CASS is to interpret theoretically for a number
of policies implemented by the CCP.
They basically disregard right and wrong, and have no stand.
They stand on the CCP’s position, and unconditionally
defend the CCP theory, policy, and behaviors.
They are hated by the public."
The Scum list jury pointed that, in addition to Chinese scums,
the list also successfully “received" several from Hong Kong.
One of them is the well-known sexual movie director
Wong Jing. Jing thus got to No. 14 on the scum list.
His scum phrase is: “Centuries of anti-government activities
were more from students. Student leaders put on an aura
and self-hypnosis as the savior."
Mr. Zhang, “Wong Jing wants to explore the mainland
market through flattering the people of power.
This is upside down and wrong.
I think the Hong Kong people are very clear about
Occupy central, even though there are objections.
It is an objection to the way of expression."
In the 2014 scum list, 18 agencies and units were elected.
The top five are: Global Times, CCTV, CASS, Liaoning Daily
editorial department and the State Press and Publication
Administration of Radio, and the remaining 13 collective
scum are mostly official propaganda agency.
Among the many media, CCP CCTV has become the focus
of attention of the scum list.
References to incisive evaluation from netizens that: CCP
leaders like to find female lovers from CCTV, and leaders’
wives didn’t waste time, finding gigolos from CCTV.
Liu Yiming, “CCTV in fact has the same function as CASS,
which is to help defend the CCP.
The difference is CCTV is now not only the public enemy
in terms of ideology, but also some CCTV men and women
are involved in some cases of corruption."
The jury noted that, there are additions to the new scums.
Deng Yaping, Wang Xiaoshi, Red Cross executive VP Zhao
Baige, Minister of Education Yuan Guiren, and other
“veteran scums" are “trying their very best in respective
industries and fields to still contribute to the party State."
Scum list Summary: 2014 was a very unusual year; it can be
described as turbulent, scums rise and scums fall, waves
pushed waves forward, and a new generation of scums is
replacing the old scums.
