【新唐人2014年10月16日訊】10月15號凌晨3點，香港警方在特首辦附近的龍和道進行清場行動，將佔據龍和道，以及原來在特首辦外添華道留守的示威者驅趕至添馬公園一帶。據了解，警方在的行動中，使用了大量胡椒噴霧，甚至有民眾被抬到黑暗角落被警察群毆。涉案警察目前已被調離職位。
當地時間10月15號凌晨，大批警察進入特首辦前的龍和道，以集會非法為由，驅散抗議人士。他們手持警棍、盾牌、胡椒噴霧，期間不少抗議者被強行拉開和帶走，警方舉起紅旗，聲稱不排除使用武力，龍和道現場一片混亂。
14號深夜，有數百名學生與市民突然佔據特首辦外的龍和道路段，這個路段是大約50公尺的地下隧道。
14號晚間和15號凌晨，警方分別在金鐘和旺角、銅鑼灣等地展開清場行動，其中在金鐘特首辦前的龍和道，警方多次施放胡椒噴霧，強行清場。在30分鐘的驅趕行動中，多人受傷，45人被警方帶走。
從畫面中可以看到，大批警察一字排開，他們手拿胡椒噴霧器，一步一步朝著手無寸鐵的學生前進，就算學生高舉雙手，還是遭到警察強行脫下護目鏡，並快速朝向他的眼睛發射胡椒噴霧。這名年輕學生痛苦的倒在地上後，被警察強行拖走。
在另一個場景，有六名警察帶走一名現場民眾，在陰暗的公園角落丟下，然後對他施暴，在一陣腳踢之後，似乎還不夠，警察乾脆用拳頭向這位民眾打了好幾拳，這將近四分鐘的暴力打人過程，全都被《香港衛視》拍錄下來。
公民黨黨魁、立法會議員梁家傑從電視播出這段暴力畫面，證實這位被毆打者，是香港公民黨黨員曾健超。
公民黨黨魁、立法會議員梁家傑：「把曾健超用塑膠的膠帶，他的一雙手從後面捆綁，捆綁了以後，就把他抬到添馬公園裏頭，一個比較黑暗的角落，六到七個警察就把他拳打腳踢。曾先生除了是公民黨的黨員以外，他也是特首的選舉委員會的社會福利界的委員，那麼他現在醫院裡頭驗傷。」
梁家傑認為，警方執法不能用私刑。他要求警務處處長馬上逮捕這六名警察調查。根據《英國廣播公司BBC》報導，國際特赦組織促請當局要讓涉事的警察受到法律制裁。國際特赦組織香港分會總幹事區美寶說，一些警察認為自己可凌駕於法律之上，讓人嘔心。
據《蘋果日報》15號報導，香港保安局局長黎棟國表示，涉案警察目前已被調離職位。曾健超完成驗傷，並無骨折，但全體多處紅腫、瘀傷、背部有多個直徑2厘米的圖形瘀傷，暫時未知由何種器具造成。
而在15號天亮後，香港警務處高級警司徐偉雄召開新聞發佈會時說，抗議者高舉雙手並不代表他們是和平的抗議。網友憤怒回應，質問難道警察惡意發射胡椒噴霧才是和平清場？
學民思潮強烈譴責警方濫用暴力，為了驅散抗議者，無所不用其極。政府應立即回應市民對真普選的訴求，而不是利用警察以暴力手段驅散抗議者。
香港科大畢業生周先生：「代表我們是一個和平的人，我們希望用雨傘躲在前面，我們不希望任何的人受傷。就算所有人都被清走了，但我相信，香港市民一定不會屈服的。」
香港城市大學生陳小姐：「他們說不是清場，但是清除路障，這只是言語偽術。我們沒有路障，我們用人障。」
據了解，香港泛民主派在立法會上，提出成立專責調查委員會，調查警方用警棍及催淚彈對付和平抗議者，以及懷疑有黑社會成員在旺角佔領區襲擊抗議者，同時質疑中聯辦有介入事件。

Hong Kong Police Who Beat Protester Removed From Duties
On Oct. 15, 3 a.m., Hong Kong police cleared out Lung Wo Road
and Tim Wa Avenue near the Chief Executive (CE) office, pro-
democracy protesters were forcibly moved to Tamar Park area.
Sources say that police used pepper spray during the action,
one protester had even been dragged to a corner and
beaten by police.
Sources said that officers involved in the beating
had been removed from duties.
In an early morning of Oct. 15, many police were dispatched
to Lung Wo Road outside CE’s office, they dispersed protesters
using the excuse of “illegally gathering”.
Police were armed with batons, riot shields and pepper spray,
some protesters were forcibly dispersed and taken away.
Police held flags claiming that they cannot guarantee
to not use force.
The sites appeared chaotic.
On the evening of Oct. 14, several hundreds of students and
citizens occupied Lung Wo Road area near the CE office.
This part of road is under a tunnel about 50 meters long.
From the evening of Oct. 14 to next early morning, police
separately cleared out the scenes in some areas
including Admiralty, Mong Kok and Causeway Bay.
Police used pepper spray enforcement
in the Lung Wo Road area.
During the 30 minute operation, many people were injured,
45 protesters were taken away by police.
From the pictures we can see that police lined up and were
armed with pepper spray, moving forwards towards the students.
Although a student held up his hands, the police still took
off his glasses quickly spraying into his eyes.
This young student felt so painful that he fell on the ground
and was then dragged away by police.
Six police dragged a protester into a dark corner in a park,
brutally beating and kicking him, police felt that it was not
enough and then hit the protester with their fists.
Several minutes of the beating was captured by TVB Hong Kong.
Alan Leong, leader of Civic Party identified the person
in the video was Ken Tseng, member of the Civic Party.
Alan Leong: Ken Tseng was tied with sealer tape from the back,
and being carried to Tim Ma Park.
In a dark corner, six or seven police started beating him.
Apart from being a member of the Civic Party, Mr. Tseng is
also a social worker, he was hospitalized.
Alan Leong says that police enforcement shouldn’t
be used as lynching.
He requests the commissioner of police to immediately arrest
the six officers involved in the attack.
BBC reported that Amnesty International (AI) called for the
police involved in the attack against the man to face justice.
Mabel Au, director of AI HK said that “it was stomach-churning
to think there are HK police that feel they are above the law.
Apple Daily reported on Oct. 15 that HK Secretary for Security
Lai Tung-Kwok said the officers shown in the video
had been removed from their position.
Ken Tseng has had his injuries checked up in hospital, there
were no fractures, but many bruises, in his back there is a
circular shaped bruise, yet it is unclear what tool had
been used to have caused it.
In the morning, Superintendent of Police Public Relations
Branch Hui Chun-Tak said at a media conference that protesters
who put their hands up don’t mean they are peaceful.
Netizens responded with anger questioning, whether police
using pepper spray means, a peaceful clear-out?
Scholars strongly condemned police power abuse, and the
use of all means to disperse protesters.
The government should immediately respond to citizens’
requests of real general elections and not sending police to
disperse protesters with violence.
Mr. Zhou, a graduated student from HK University of Science
and Technology: We are peaceful, we hope that by using an
umbrella standing in front, we don’t want to hurt anyone.
But I believe even though all protesters had been cleared out,
HK citizens would never give in.
Ms Chen, student of City University of HK: They said
it was not a clear-out, they just cleared the road barriers.
This is a play with words.
We don’t have road barriers, we used a human wall.
Sources say that in a legislative meeting, HK Pan-democracy
Camp suggests to set up an investigation committee.
It is to investigate police using batons and tear gas to deal
with peaceful protesters, and it has been suspicious that some
triad members attacked protesters in Mong Kok areas.
They also questioned that the Liaison Office had been
involved in the incident.
