昆明徵地衝突至少7死40傷
雲南昆明市晉寧縣晉城鎮富有村，2700多畝土地被當地縣政府強行徵收，發生多次衝突。10月14號，開發商派來兩千多名打手對付反抗強徵的數百村民，打傷40多名村民，打死兩名村民，放火燒村民時反而燒死5名自己人。目前近千特警集結縣城邊待命。
少年自焚工廠不救 廣東2千人罷工
廣東省東莞市日資企業中星電器廠工人曾勇輝，因為蘋果手機在廠部儲物櫃丟失，與日方高管平松言語衝突而自焚，現場管理人員和保安只是拍照，沒有施救，導致曾勇輝身體90%的燒傷，生命垂危。10月14號，工廠的2000多名工人自發罷工抗議，並將工廠大門推倒，行動持續到當天深夜，當局派出大批警察鎮壓，多人被抓捕。
河南村民抵制強拆被毆打
10月13號，河南駐馬店驛城區開源辦城管，進入刁莊村試圖強制拆遷，遭到村民的抵抗。執法隊隊長帶頭毆打居民，隨即引發持磚頭互毆，導致多名村民受傷。
廣東村官私賣土地 村民遊行抗議
廣東省汕頭市潮陽區和平鎮中寨村村民，抗議村書記馬鎮輝私賣土地，貪污售樓款，從10月13號開始發起示威，圍堵馬鎮輝家豪宅，向豪宅大門投擲雞蛋。14號，上千村民又遊行到和平鎮政府抗議，

7 Dead, 10 Injured at Kunming Subway Conflicts
At Fuyou Village in Kunming, Yunan Province,
about 450 acres (over 2,700 mu) of land was forcefully taken
by the local country government, causing many conflicts.
On Oct.14, the developer sent more than 2,000 thugs
to fight the hundreds of protesting villagers,
causing over 40 villagers to be injured and 2 killed.
Five of the thugs were also burned when they lit a fire
to burn the villagers.
Currently nearly 1,000 SWAT policemen
are stationed at the township, awaiting orders.
No Rescue for Self-Immolated Teen Worker, 2,000 on Strike
Zeng Yonghui, a teen factory worker at the Japanese-invested
Zhongxing Electronics in Dongguan City, Guangdong,
set himself on fire after arguing with a Japanese executive
at the factory’s storage unit.
During the verbal conflict and self-immolation,
on-site management and security staff only took pictures,
but allegedly made no attempt at a rescue, leading to
Zeng Yonghui being in critical condition with 90% burns.
Oct. 14—Over 2,000 workers spontaneously went on strike,
pushed the factory gates down and protested until mid-night.
The authorities sent a large number of police to repress them
and arrested many.
Henan Villagers Beaten for Protesting Forced Demolition
City management at the Zhumadian Station in Yicheng,
Henan Province, went to Diaozhuang Village to start
demolition work on Oct. 13.
The team captain took the lead to beat villagers who protested
causing a violent conflict in which both sides threw bricks,
leaving many injured.
Guangdong Village Cadre Embezzles Land, Villagers Protest
Villagers at Zhongzhai Village in Shantou City, Guangdong,
protested against the village Party Secretary Ma Zhenghui
who was embezzling and secretly selling off land for money.
On Oct. 13, villagers launched demonstrations, surrounded
Ma Jiahui’s family mansion and threw eggs.
On Oct.14, thousands of villagers marched
to the township government in a peaceful protest.
