【新唐人2014年09月30日訊】在今天的中國社會，有這樣一群人，仍在無辜遭受迫害，甚至掙紮在生死邊緣，在黑暗中痛苦承受。遼寧本溪市的12名法輪功學員，在被中共當局非法抓捕並關押將近1年半，近期陸續被非法庭審。而由於多次構陷失敗，法庭不得不變換手法。在這期間，法輪功學員李純正慘遭迫害離世。
去年4月25號，在遼寧省本溪市副市長兼公安局局長楊建軍的主謀下，非法綁架了17名法輪功學員，其中12人一直被非法關押、構陷等迫害。
今年6月3號，本溪明山區法院要對這12位法輪功學員，進行非法開庭。十多位正義律師齊聚本溪。開庭前，法院突然要對律師非法安檢，遭到眾律師的堅決抵制，拒絕出庭。庭上，院長、法官和刑事庭長等多次威逼利誘，要求法輪功學員辭退律師，遭到拒絕後，不得不取消當日庭審。
為了避開律師團的監督，7月，本溪明山法院將案件拆分，改為對12位法輪功學員逐個審理。
法輪功學員李欣的辯護律師郭海躍表示，分開審理後，新的《起訴書》指控的主要是法輪功物品的持有問題。他和當事人都在法庭上都陳述，法輪功物品是修煉問題。
李欣辯護律師郭海躍：「在法庭上來說，他們應該按照法律來辦事，依法公平、公開審理這個問題。既然法律上沒有（提到法輪功非法），他們就應該無罪釋放。」
另一位法輪功學員王秀燕，開庭時間在10月。她的辯護律師董前勇表示，這個案子之所以拖這麼久，一是因為證據不充分，再就是中共內部可能出現一些分歧。
王秀燕辯護律師董前勇：很多公檢法（人員）也知道甚麼情況了，所以出現這種拖著不去審理，有這種情況。但也有可能是背後的政法委或其他因素，更想按著他們的意願把這個案子秘密的，或者說盡量沒有影響的來處理完。」
實際上，因所謂的「證據」難以擺上檯面，案件被檢察院退回公安局兩次，法院退回檢察院一次。
不過，在這期間，法輪功學員李純正，在被本溪看守所關押時含冤離世，年僅47歲。而就在他離世的前一天，8月30號，家屬在醫院見到李純正全身浮腫，腳踝處有明顯的深坑，鼻腔、口腔也大量瘀血，胸前一大片紫色斑點。
李純正的辯護律師薑一賓指出，之前會見的時候，李純正並不像有病的樣子。薑一賓還表示，當事人死亡了，案件也就終結了。但從法律上講，他的當事人是無罪的。
李純正辯護律師薑一賓：「死亡以後，鑑定的結果查的是白血病。他發病很突然，從他身體不好到去世，也可能就三個月的時間。」
至今，看守所所長崔運濤拒絕提供任何病歷，以及法律文件，李純正的家人悲痛慾絕。
而同時被綁架的其他法輪功學員，也遭到不同程度的迫害，有些明顯消瘦脫相。四十多歲的王秀燕，勞動中因長期接觸毒膠水，半個身子麻木，頭痛不止。後來她拒絕勞動，就被用鐵鍊將雙腳鎖在炕上三天﹔就連因工傷截肢的王秀蓮，曾遭背銬，長達三小時。
辯護律師張科科說，當問到法輪功學員恨不恨參與的警察時，他們的答案驚人的一致：「不恨，他們也是被謊言矇蔽的。」張科科說，是這些善良的好人，讓自己感受到人性的極致。
不過，中共的殘虐暴政，並未因法輪功學員的善良，和對「真善忍」信仰的堅守，而有所改變。就在去年的綁架案至今還沒有結案的情況下，今年的7月16號到7月20號，本溪再次綁架了27名法輪功學員，說是完成去年「四二五綁架案件」的任務。

More Persecuted to Death.
In China, people are still facing persecution,
and struggling for survival.
12 Falun Gong practitioners in Benxi City, Liaoning have been
illegally held for nearly a year and a half.
They were recently illegally tried.
Because of the many failures in slandering them,
the court kept changing to different methods.
Falun Gong practitioner Li Chunzheng was
persecuted to death during the trial period.
On April 25, under orders from Yang Jianjun, Deputy Mayor
of Benxi, who is also the chief of police, 17 Falun Gong
practitioners were illegally arrested, 12 of them are still being
illegally held and persecuted.
On June 3, the 12 Falun Gong practitioners were illegally
tried in Mingshan District Court.
Dozens of defense lawyers gathered in Benxi.
Before the trial started, the court suddenly made the lawyers
go through security checks.
Those who refused to do that were denied attendance to
the trial.
The court told the Falun Gong practitioners to fire the
lawyers, but they refused.
The illegal trial had to be cancelled on that day.
In order to avoid the lawyers’ supervision, in July,
Mingshan court split the case.
They tried the12 Falun Gong practitioners separately.
Guo Haiyue, defense lawyer for Falun Gong practitioner Li
Xin says that after separately trying Falun Gong practitioners,
the new indictment’s main point is about Falun Gong materials.
Li Xin’s defense is Falun Gong materials are part of cultivation.
Guo Haiyue, “in court, staff should follow the law, to be
upright and openly dealing with the case.
The law has never said Falun Gong is illegal,
Falun Gong practitioners should be released.”
Another Falun Gong practitioner Wang Xiuyan’s trial
is scheduled for October.
Wang’s lawyer Dong Qianyong says the reasons behind the
case lasting for so long is that the evidence is not enough, and
it is likely the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has some
different opinions internally.
Dong Qianyong, “it could be many staff in the public security,
procuratorate and courts had understood the truth.
So they postponed the case.
It also could be the Political and Legislative Affairs
Committee or other factors behind this.
They would rather follow their plan to deal with the case
secretly, or finish the case without any big impact.”
Actually, because the evidence is almost nothing, the
Procuratorate had to return the case to police twice.
The court returned the case to the procuratorate once.
However, Falun Gong practitioner Li Chunzheng, age 47,
was persecuted to death in Benxi detention center.
Li Chunzheng’s lawyer Jiang Yibin says that last time
he visited Li Chunzheng, Li didn’t seem well.
Lawyer Jiang said Li was persecuted to death, so
the case was closed.
However, from the legal perspective, his client is innocent.
Jiang Yibin, “after he died, the police’s report said
he died of leukaemia.
His’illness’ came on very quickly; it took only about three
months from not being well to being dead.”
So far, Cui Yuntao, director of the detention center refused
to provide any health file or legal documents.
Li Chunzheng’s family members felt very sad.
The other Falun Gong practitioners have faced different
degrees of persecution.
Some of them were tortured, resulting in critical conditions,
and can hardly be recognized.
Wang Xiuyan, over 40 years old, during her labor work, had
to use toxic glue.
This resulted in half her body becoming numb
and constantly having headaches.
Later, she refused to do slavery work, then police locked her
feet with chains for three days in bed.
Wang Xiulian, had an amputation due to injuries from labor
work, and was handcuffed behind the back for three hours.
Lawyer Zhang Keke says that when Falun Gong practitioners
were asked if they hate police, their answers are the same;
“No, they (police) are also cheated by lies.”
Zhang said that Falun Gong practitioners are good people,
showing the highest moral standard of human beings.
However, the CCP’s tyrannical rule hasn’t been changed by
Falun Gong practitioners’ kindness.
Nor by the principles of Truth, Compassion and Tolerance
that they are upholding.
While last year’s case is being dealt with, from July 16 to 20,
27 Falun Gong practitioners again were illegally arrested.
The police claimed that they needed to finish their tasks
from last year’s “4.25 kidnapping incident”.
