【新唐人2014年09月16日訊】14號下午，從銅鑼灣，到中環遮打道，四千多名港人「黑布圍城」，宣佈公民抗命到底。和平佔中行動發言人也表示，正「如火如荼」地籌備佔領中環。港人的勇氣，一方面讓很多圍觀遊行大陸遊客讚歎，而另一方面，中共當局對「佔中」表現出空前的緊張。
星期天下午三點半，香港的銅鑼灣響起莊嚴的鼓聲，四千多名身穿黑衣的香港市民，靜默的拉起九條巨型的黑布，邁步走向中環。抗議中共背棄承諾，封殺真普選，並宣佈香港人「公民抗命」到底。
九條巨型黑布，每條代表一個年代。剛剛「剃頭明志」的佔中三子，和十幾位泛民主派議員，民主老將，手持寫著「政府失信」的黑布打頭陣。年輕人則殿後，像徵著香港民主運動承先啟後。也為即將開始罷課的年輕學子打氣。
香港支聯會主席李卓人：「如果不站出來的話，（中共）他們可以得寸進寸，令我們僅有的自由價值都被剝奪了。」
香港學聯副秘書長岑敖暉：「中共可以抹殺30年民主路，但我們這群年輕人絕對不會妥協，亦絕對不會放棄為香港爭取民主，一定會和它撐到底。」
這是「和平佔中」行動發起的首次「黑布行」遊行。「和平佔中」行動發言人表示，有四千人遊行，遠超預期，而佔領中環「勢在必行」。
和平佔中行動發言人戴耀庭：「如火如荼，可以這麼說，很多方面的工作都需要投入大量的資源人力去做。」
綿延的巨型黑布，沉默的反抗，使得很多從大陸來觀光的老百姓，也為港人爭取民主的勇氣感嘆。
大陸遊客：「大陸這樣子肯定不行的，在大陸。他這個是直接挑戰共產黨的。你想一想。」
大陸遊客：「大家都是自由的，他們想這樣的話，只要不是有傷害到其他人，或者是說，有在欺壓別人的話，都是可以吧。」
也許，大陸百姓這樣的態度，正是中共對「佔中」空前緊張的原因之一。
參加遊行的時事評論家程翔透露，據他所知，中共各派都已經派人來香港。
時事評論家程翔：「有安全部的人，有公安系統的人，也有一些以學術機構名義的人，來到香港，來收集各方面的情況。」
程翔說，雖然從03年以後，當局就經常派人來香港「摸情況」，但這次人數之多，前所未有。
時事評論家程翔：「他們最想知道的就是，『佔中』會發生到甚麼程度，如果發生『佔中』，應該有些甚麼具體的應對方案，等等。」
經過兩個多小時，四千人的「黑布行」在傍晚六點多抵達了終點——中環遮打道，隨即舉行了集會。
集會人群：「爭取民主誓不罷休」「公民抗命、反對獨裁。」
看到民主精神有年輕一代承先啟後，民主黨創黨主席李柱銘，既充滿信心，同時也強調，爭取民主的同時，還要保護香港的核心價值。
民主黨創黨主席李柱銘：「我們一定要保住我們的廣東話；一定要保住我們的繁體字；一定要保衛我們的公民社會；一定要保衛我們的法治精神；一定要堅持，我們每一個自由都不可以被人剝削。」
有報導估計，佔領中環行動將在10月1號舉行。而香港「學聯」月初已經宣佈，全港大專生從9月22號開始罷課一週，並根據北京和港府的態度，考慮延續或升級罷課行動。「學民思潮」也剛剛宣佈，香港中學生將在9月26號罷課一天。

Hong Kong Black March to Lead Up to Occupy Central
On the afternoon of Sept. 14 more than 4,000 people in
Hong Kong marched from the end from Causeway Bay
to Chater Road with black cloth carrying messages of protest.
The spokesman of the Occupy Central movement says
preparations to occupy central Hong Kong are moving
forward “like a raging fire."
The protesters have received many praises from mainland
Chinese tourists for their courage, and has put unprecedented
pressure on the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
It started at 3:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon,
when a solemn drum sounded at Causeway Bay.
Over 4,000 Hong Kong people wearing black marched silently
towards Central Hong Kong carrying giant sheets of cloth,
protesting the CCP’s abandonment of it’s promise of “genuine
universal suffrage" and its force-out of it.
The protesters announced they would act out
in civil disobedience until the end.
The three founders of Occupy Central and more than a dozen
pan-democrats and democracy veterans took the lead holding
the black cloth saying “the Government has lost our faith."
Young protesters followed behind them, symbolizing
that Hong Kong’s democracy movement will continue.
They’ve also encourage the local students
to go on a week-long strike from school.
Lee Cheuk-yan, head of the Hong Kong Alliance in Support
of Patriotic Democratic Movements in China (the Alliance):
“If we do not stand up, the CCP will become more insatiable
to deprive our only liberal values."
Lester Shum, Deputy Secretary General of the Alliance:
“The CCP can obliterate 30 years of the democratic road;
but our young people will never give up.
We won’t give up the fight for Hong Kong’s democracy
and will fight to the end."
The black cloth parade is the Occupy Central movement’s
first activity.
The movement’s spokesman says the march exceeded
expectations, with 4,000 participants; while the “Occupying
Central is imperative."
Benny Tai Yiu-ting, Occupy Central spokesman:
“You can say it’s like a raging fire.
We need to invest much manpower in all kinds of areas."
The black cloth march and silent revolt has left many
mainland Chinese tourists amazed at Hong Kong people’s
courage to fight for democracy.
Anonymous mainland Chinese tourist: “It’s impossible
in the mainland because they directly challenge the CCP."
Anonymous mainland Chinese tourist: “They are all free.
I think it’s acceptable as long as they don’t harm others,
or bully others."
Perhaps such mainland people’s attitudes is one of the reasons
Occupy Central puts unprecedented pressure on the CCP.
Commentator Cheng Xiang who participated the march says
that, to his knowledge, all CCP factions have sent people to
Hong Kong.
Cheng Xiang: “People from the Security Department, the
public security system, as well as some from some academic
institutions came to Hong Kong to collect information."
Cheng Xiang says that although the authorities have often sent
people to Hong Kong to feel out the situation since 2003,
they’ve sent an unprecedented number of people this time.
Cheng Xiang: “The thing they want to know most is
the extent of Occupy Central’s impact, options for how to
specifically respond to it, and so on."
After more than two hours, the 4,000 strong black cloth march
arrived at Chater Road at six in the evening and held a rally.
Protesters: “Vow to not give up the fight for democracy",
“Defend Hong Kong, oppose dictatorship."
Founding chairman of the Democratic Party in Hong Kong
Martin Lee stressed with confidence that they will protect
Hong Kong’s core values while fighting for democracy after
seeing the younger generation carrying on the democratic spirit.
Martin Lee: “We must keep our Cantonese; must keep our
traditional characters; we must defend our civil society;
we must defend our spirit of law; we must persevere in
protecting our each and every freedom from being exploited."
Reports estimate that the activity to Occupy Central
Hong Kong will be held at the beginning of October.
At the beginning of September, the Alliance announced a one
week strike for the whole Hong Kong university students on
Sept. 22 and will be renewed or upgraded according to
the attitude of the Beijing and Hong Kong governments.
The student activist group Scholarism has announced that
Hong Kong middle school students will also hold
a one day strike on Sept. 26.
